Help people achieve more, respond to change, and uncover new opportunities with AI from 麻豆原创

In Q3, we expanded our portfolio of Joule Assistants and introduced dozens of specialized agents that help customers move beyond isolated tasks toward connected, end-to-end execution. The value of AI has always been about what it accomplishes for our customers. Our recent releases help them streamline processes, increase productivity, and build more resilient operations.

Joule is 麻豆原创鈥檚 portfolio-wide AI engagement layer, combining agentic capabilities with 麻豆原创 business applications to help organizations become an Autonomous Enterprise. Through Joule Work, the new UI for AI, people describe what they want to achieve, get relevant insights, build app-less spaces personalized to their needs, and take action across connected business systems. When it鈥檚 time to execute, Joule Work selects the right Joule Assistant for the job. These assistants act as domain experts, bringing knowledge of roles and processes to the task at hand. They orchestrate specialized Joule Agents to execute tasks, using business context and data, respecting established authorizations, and maintaining audit trails. People set the direction, assistants coordinate agents, and agents carry out work with proper oversight and governance.

For example, billing teams can create invoices, identify anomalies, and resolve posting errors with the Billing Assistant and its agents. Supply chain planners can detect critical shortages earlier, assess trade-offs between service levels and inventory investment, and coordinate responses with the Supply Chain Planning Assistant. Maintenance teams can turn asset signals into coordinated maintenance action, helping address problems before they become larger operational disruptions. People retain oversight and control, while assistants and agents help reduce manual effort.

Customers are already putting these capabilities to work. PwC is using 麻豆原创鈥檚 Billing Assistant to help identify potential issues earlier, supporting better client outcomes. Novartis has launched a pilot of the Sourcing Assistant to help sourcing professionals focus on strategy, supplier engagement, and value creation.

鈥淎gents bring consistency and speed to work that previously required a lot of manual effort and coordination,鈥 , head of Procurement at Novartis. He expects improvements of 25% faster cycle times and a 35% uplift in FTE productivity.

As organizations adopt more agents, they need a clear view of their AI landscape. 麻豆原创 AI Agent Hub provides a central inventory of 麻豆原创 and non-麻豆原创 agents, helping teams keep track of and govern their growing agent portfolio. With 麻豆原创 Signavio agent mining and the Process Consulting Agent, we enable customers to identify their biggest opportunities for agentic AI and execute on them right away. This visibility supports a more coordinated approach to managing AI adoption across the business.

With Joule Studio, accessible through Joule Work, customers can create agents tailored to their business and extend 麻豆原创 standard agents with their own instructions. Browser-based tools and pro-code development options support different levels of technical expertise, while testing, versioning, and deployment turn ideas into agents that take action. This lets customers extend 麻豆原创鈥檚 capabilities to meet their business requirements.

Now, let鈥檚 dive into recent innovation.

Please note that this article covers only AI offerings released since July 1, 2026.

Joule

Joule Work

Employees can spend less time navigating applications and more time turning information into outcomes with Joule Work, which is available on desktop, in-app, web, and mobile. Joule Work, the new UI for AI, connects local and cloud environments, bringing conversational AI closer to the files, information, and business tools employees use every day. Employees can work with local files and folders in a secure sandbox environment, access current information through integrated web search, and connect to 麻豆原创 and non-麻豆原创 applications using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and Agent-to-Agent (a2a) integrations. Custom and corporate skills help streamline repetitive tasks, while local data and connected tools support faster creation of presentations, summaries, and other assets. And where a skill is not enough, the 麻豆原创 Knowledge Graph kicks in to search the entire space of business objects available to users for deeper transactional and analytical queries. Together, these capabilities reduce manual information analysis and help employees focus on higher-value work.

Dynamic workspaces, which we refer to as spaces, bring together insights, applications, Joule Assistants, and agents to support business workflows. Employees express what they want to accomplish, and Joule Assistants coordinate specialized agents to carry out the work. This effectively initiates the journey into a world where generative UI delivers an ultimate personalized experience to any end user. Joule Studio complements this experience with capabilities to build, deploy, and govern custom agents and workflows.

Early adopter feedback shows how this experience is changing the way employees interact with business information. Reinhausen, a global technology leader in electrical grid technologies, joined the Joule Work desktop early adopter program to support its AI journey. 鈥淲hat once required up to an hour of manual effort across our 麻豆原创 S/4HANA environment is now accessible in seconds through natural language, fundamentally changing how our teams interact with business data,鈥 said Peter Wied, director of Complexity Management at Reinhausen.

Customers are also using custom assistants to bring expertise closer to employees. Warehouse automation company KNAPP used Joule Studio to build an assistant that helps workers identify and resolve problems without waiting for an expert, reducing issue resolution times by about 90% and time spent on documentation and training by about 80%.

Generative AI hub enhancements

麻豆原创-RPT-1.6
麻豆原创-RPT-1.6, now available on generative AI hub, is our latest model in the 麻豆原创-RPT family. It delivers the strongest gains in prediction quality to date, particularly for high-cardinality classification, and is validated across 197 real-world enterprise tasks.

  • Explainability: Available in all 麻豆原创-RPT-1.6 variants, this includes column-level feature importances and the ability to surface specific historical rows most influential to each prediction, giving business users and decision-makers a clearer basis for trusting and acting on AI-driven outputs.
  • Deep Context Mode: Only available in 麻豆原创-RPT-1.6-large, this allows the model to draw on significantly larger reference datasets to improve prediction quality. It is intended for use cases with large historical data, such as invoice records spanning multiple fiscal years or product catalogs in the tens of thousands. This mode trades higher latency and cost for higher accuracy, and can be enabled via a single parameter in the prediction configuration.

Tabular Orchestration
Tabular Orchestration, now available on generative AI hub, is a new managed workflow for 麻豆原创-RPT models. It handles context management and data access, thereby removing the need to build and maintain custom data pipelines. Teams register their data source and scenario configuration once at design time. Every inference is a single API call, with the workflow automatically handling data ingestion and context selection before routing the prediction request to the specified 麻豆原创-RPT model. This setup is designed to easily carry forward as the workflow expands to support additional tabular foundation models beyond 麻豆原创-RPT in future releases.

Prior Labs’ TabPFN-3.5-Plus
Business analysts and AI teams can turn structured business data into actionable predictions faster with TabPFN-3.5 Plus, now available in 麻豆原创 AI Core. Developed by Prior Labs, an 麻豆原创 company, the tabular foundation model helps organizations predict outcomes such as payment delays, supplier risks, customer churn, and upsell opportunities鈥攚ithout task-specific model training or tuning. Unlike large language models, which excel at language and knowledge tasks, TabPFN-3.5 Plus is purpose-built for the rows and columns that underpin critical business decisions.

The model works with data as it exists in business systems, handling missing values, mixed data types, and inconsistent fields without preprocessing. Through in-context learning, it uses labeled examples to make predictions from raw tabular data, including columns containing thousands of distinct values, such as product codes or customer identifiers. This reduces the manual preparation and trial-and-error configuration associated with traditional machine learning, helping teams move from business data to predictions in minutes.

For customers, this means a faster path to predictive insights with less model-development effort. Finance teams can anticipate payment delays, procurement teams can assess supplier risks, and customer-facing teams can identify churn risks and upsell opportunities. By making prediction more accessible, TabPFN-3.5 Plus helps organizations use their structured data to inform decisions and act earlier on emerging risks and opportunities.

The Next Chapter in Spend Management: AI Innovations Across 麻豆原创 Ariba, 麻豆原创 Fieldglass, and 麻豆原创 Concur /2026/10/next-chapter-spend-management-ai-innovations-sap-ariba-sap-fieldglass-sap-concur/ Mon, 12 Oct 2026 12:00:00 +0000 /?p=247819 Last week at 麻豆原创 Connect, 麻豆原创 introduced new capabilities and partner innovations across 麻豆原创 Ariba, 麻豆原创 Fieldglass, and 麻豆原创 Concur that help organizations turn spend insights into faster, better-informed decisions.

麻豆原创 Connect in 2026: Advancing the Autonomous Enterprise

Procurement leaders operate in a very different environment than they did just a few years ago. Beyond cost and compliance, they must now strengthen resilience, manage supplier risk, support workforce strategies, and help businesses respond faster to changing market conditions.

Yet, many of the systems supporting these responsibilities remain disconnected. Supplier intelligence lives in one place, workforce information in another, and spend data often requires significant preparation before it can drive decisions.

At 麻豆原创 Connect, we announced a series of innovations across the 麻豆原创 Ariba, 麻豆原创 Fieldglass, and 麻豆原创 Concur portfolios designed to help organizations address those challenges: new AI assistants for spend analysis and contingent workforce management, embedded supplier risk intelligence through a new partnership with Moody鈥檚, a new solution extension with ORO Labs that orchestrates procurement across complex enterprise landscapes, and new 麻豆原创 Concur capabilities that simplify high-volume administrative work.

Together, these innovations point to a broader shift toward , a domain within the . AI connects information, insights, and execution, while people remain in control of the decisions that matter most.

Better spend decisions start with better visibility

Many procurement organizations still struggle to turn spend data into actionable insight quickly enough to support decision-making.

According to the 2026 Economist Enterprise report, , sponsored by 麻豆原创, digital transformation is now the top strategic priority for procurement over the next 18 months, and improving spend analytics is one of its biggest drivers, cited by 53% of executives. These findings reflect growing pressure to improve decision-making and business impact.

Earlier this month, 麻豆原创 announced the availability of 麻豆原创 Ariba Spend Analysis and Insights, giving organizations a new way to bring together spend data across 麻豆原创 Ariba, 麻豆原创 Fieldglass, 麻豆原创 Concur, 麻豆原创 Cloud ERP, and other systems into a single foundation for analysis and action.

Building on that foundation, we announced the new Spend Analytics Assistant at 麻豆原创 Connect. Planned for general availability in Q1 2027, it helps procurement teams identify opportunities for cost savings, compliance, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation. Rather than searching through reports, teams see highlighted areas that merit attention, along with supporting context to help them prioritize and act, so they spend more time on decisions and less on data preparation.

Bringing supplier risk into everyday decisions

Supplier risk is now a strategic concern across every industry, yet risk data often remains disconnected from the sourcing and purchasing decisions where it matters most.

At 麻豆原创 Connect, we also announced a new partnership with Moody鈥檚 that embeds supplier risk monitoring directly into . By bringing financial health, operational risk, and regulatory status into the same environment where supplier performance and relationship data are managed, procurement teams can evaluate risk as part of everyday decision-making rather than periodic reviews.

The partnership also strengthens the foundation for AI-powered procurement. When risk information is embedded directly within procurement workflows, it becomes part of the business context used to help identify emerging issues and support earlier intervention. This gives teams a more complete view of supplier relationships and greater ability to respond before potential disruptions affect operations.

General availability is planned for Q4 2026.

Connecting procurement across complex enterprise landscapes

The disconnection that slows procurement decisions often extends beyond data; it also shows up across the systems themselves. For many organizations, procurement unfolds across a mix of 麻豆原创 and third-party applications, each supporting different parts of the process. Coordinating work across that kind of landscape, without disrupting the systems teams already rely on, can be one of modern procurement鈥檚 more persistent challenges.

To solve this, 麻豆原创 announced a new solution extension developed with ORO Labs: 麻豆原创 Ariba Procurement Orchestration by ORO Labs. It provides a purpose-built orchestration layer that connects procurement experiences, workflows, and systems across complex environments spanning both 麻豆原创 and third-party applications.

For employees, this means a more unified experience and a simpler way to initiate and navigate procurement work. Low-code/no-code workflows let teams adapt processes as business requirements and policies change, without disrupting underlying systems. Organizations can also apply agentic AI within these workflows while preserving the controls, approvals, and human oversight that enterprise operations depend on.

The solution extension works alongside Joule Work, with Joule Work serving as the primary engagement layer. General availability is planned for November 2026.

Making external workforce management more proactive

For many organizations, contingent workers have become an essential part of how they scale skills, execute projects, and adapt to changing business needs. Managing those workers, however, often requires coordination across procurement, HR, hiring managers, suppliers, and compliance teams.

We also announced the new Contingent Workforce Assistant, designed to bring greater visibility to that process. Planned for general availability in Q4 2026, the assistant helps organizations manage the contingent worker life cycle by surfacing issues such as onboarding delays, pending approvals, compliance requirements, and other exceptions before they affect assignments. By bringing relevant information into a single experience, teams can address issues earlier while maintaining governance and auditability.

This proactive approach addresses one of the persistent challenges in workforce management: identifying issues early enough to act before they become operational problems.

Simplifying travel and expense management through targeted automation

Not every productivity challenge in spend management requires a major transformation initiative.

In many organizations, the greatest source of friction in travel and expense management comes from routine administrative work, such as retrieving receipts, locating invoice images, preparing audit documentation, and reviewing user permissions. Individually small, these tasks collectively consume significant time across finance, audit, compliance, and expense management teams.

To address this, 麻豆原创 Concur announced new additions to . Building on capabilities already used to support tax, audit, compliance, and reporting, 麻豆原创 plans to introduce new micro-apps that help organizations export employee expense information, simplify access-governance reviews, and retrieve vendor invoice documentation in bulk.

The approach is intentionally practical: rather than redesigning entire processes, the micro-apps target specific operational pain points. Customer adoption of the existing micro-apps points to strong demand for this focused automation.

Additional micro-apps are planned for general availability in Q4 2026.

Turning spend intelligence into action

Most organizations have plenty of spend data. The persistent challenge is turning that information into timely decisions and meaningful business outcomes.

The innovations announced this year at 麻豆原创 Connect address that challenge from multiple angles, improving visibility into spend, bringing risk intelligence closer to procurement decisions, connecting procurement processes across complex enterprise landscapes, improving external workforce management, and reducing administrative effort across travel and expense.

Better decisions require better visibility, stronger context, and fewer barriers between identifying an issue and responding to it. This is the goal of Autonomous Spend Management: applying agentic AI across every spend process so disconnected workflows operate as one intelligent, governed system.

This matters more as procurement takes on a larger role in driving resilience, growth, and business performance. For organizations that can identify opportunities faster, respond to risk earlier, and spend less time on manual coordination, spend becomes a source of advantage rather than a cost to control.

麻豆原创 Showcases the Autonomous Enterprise in Action /2026/10/sap-connect-keynote-autonomous-enterprise-in-action/ Wed, 07 Oct 2026 13:00:00 +0000 /?p=247910 Just five months after promising customers that it would enable them to become AI-native autonomous enterprises, 麻豆原创 has delivered: showcasing it with on-stage demos and live customers at 麻豆原创 Connect in Las Vegas.

麻豆原创 Connect in 2026: Advancing the Autonomous Enterprise

鈥淚t’s time to show you the Autonomous Enterprise in action underpinned by great customer stories,鈥 麻豆原创 CEO Christian Klein told his keynote audience at the start of the event.

Klein reminded the audience that 麻豆原创 introduced the Autonomous Enterprise at its 麻豆原创 Sapphire conference in May 2026 as 鈥渢he beginning of better.鈥 Since then, he said, 麻豆原创 has worked with hundreds of customers to implement Joule Work as the AI engagement layer for the Autonomous Enterprise.

A new UI for AI

鈥淭his month, we are rolling out Joule Work for all customers,鈥 Klein said, describing it as a new UI for AI. He noted that for decades, users had to learn how 麻豆原创 worked, but with Joule Work, 麻豆原创 learns how people work. 鈥淔rom now on, the more than 400 million 麻豆原创 users can talk in their own language to 麻豆原创, and Joule Work gets the job done.鈥

The Autonomous Enterprise in Action | 麻豆原创 Connect 2026
Video by Matt Dillman and Renata Pompeu Pividal

Klein explained that Joule Work is based on three pillars: conversations, where users ask questions and delegate tasks to agents; spaces, which display content, insights, and shared work; and Joule Studio, where customers extend Joule or build agents tailored to their own processes.

He called 麻豆原创鈥檚 deep business and data context its 鈥渟ecret sauce.鈥 That context includes 麻豆原创 Knowledge Graph, which maps more than 7 million data fields, 50 million tables, more than 50,000 public and private APIs, 400 data products, and extensive process knowledge. 鈥淭hat’s why Joule doesn’t guess,鈥 he said.

麻豆原创鈥檚 110,000 employees are already using Joule to perform hundreds of thousands of tasks every day, he shared: 鈥淲e are already seeing productivity gains in central functions like HR, finance, and procurement of over 20% and even bigger gains in more complex analytical and planning tasks.鈥

麻豆原创 Autonomous Suite

Klein then turned his attention to the 麻豆原创 Autonomous Suite, the second layer in the Autonomous Enterprise. The suite initially covers five domains: finance, procurement, supply chain, human resources, and customer experience. 麻豆原创 Autonomous Suite is designed for work where a good answer is insufficient and 鈥渢he right answer鈥 is required every time, he said.

鈥淟LMs are probabilistic and only give you the most likely answer,鈥 Klein said. He contrasted that probabilistic approach with 麻豆原创’s embedded agents. Because the agents operate within deterministic application workflows, they use the same data, follow the same rules, and leave the same audit trail as the applications themselves. Customers can choose the level of autonomy appropriate to each process, retaining human approval where risk is high and allowing greater automation for routine work.

Since 麻豆原创 Sapphire, Klein said 麻豆原创 has created more than 20 Joule Assistants and over 200 Joule Agents, and is aiming for more than 400 agents by year-end. 鈥淏ut the real story isn鈥檛 the number of agents. It鈥檚 the business outcomes they deliver,鈥 he said.

麻豆原创 Business AI Platform

鈥淭hese agents can only understand your business so well because of the 麻豆原创 Business AI Platform,鈥 Klein said. 鈥淭he platform gives customers the best frontier model for every agentic use case, the deepest out-of-the-box business context and 麻豆原创-managed governance.鈥

Building on Klein鈥檚 remarks, Manoj Swaminathan, president and chief product officer of 麻豆原创 Autonomous Suite, described the 麻豆原创 Business AI Platform as the infrastructure that enables the Autonomous Enterprise. The platform is organized around three capabilities: building agents, contextualizing them with business data, and governing how they operate.

Swaminathan explained how the context layer makes agents more accurate. Joule Studio spans no-code and professional development and offers access to more than 70 models, a strategy he said reduces lock-in and controls token costs.

鈥淛oule Studio is natively integrated with our context layer,鈥 he said. 鈥淪o, the agents you build are more accurate, faster to deploy, and more efficient to run. Our knowledge graph is the map with the processes, data flows, and business tools. The agents find the right processes among thousands and the right information among over 7 million feeds. 麻豆原创 Business Data Cloud brings that understanding to all your data, one consistent view, the processes, policies, and logic to make it meaningful.鈥

Swaminathan said no AI can compensate for a broken data model. To help agents understand customers鈥 business rules, 麻豆原创 Domain Models are trained on 麻豆原创鈥檚 code. For predictions, 麻豆原创 provides two engines grounded in how a customer’s business operates: 麻豆原创-RPT, 麻豆原创’s model family trained on its business data, and the Prior Labs tabular AI model.

Jerseys from Jersey

During his section of the keynote, Jan Gilg, global president of Customer Success & Americas, used an imaginary startup 鈥 鈥淛erseys from Jersey鈥 鈥 to invite a handful of customers to the stage to answer his questions and validate aspects of 麻豆原创鈥檚 Autonomous Enterprise strategy.

The customers included Novartis, which is piloting Joule sourcing agents for bid analysis and negotiation support; Morgan Foods, which described a supply-chain transformation built on 麻豆原创 S/4HANA and 麻豆原创 Integrated Business Planning; Nestl茅, which emphasized the importance of a unified digital core; and 麻豆原创 customer and partner PwC, which spoke about the value of the Industry AI portfolio from 麻豆原创.

Summing up their comments, Gilg noted that the elements of the 麻豆原创 Autonomous Suite 鈥渁re more than a collection of functional components. It鈥檚 one system working together like connective tissue that provides connectivity, context, and control.鈥

Gilg also made several product announcements, including the launch of 麻豆原创 Pay, an embedded payments service that can automatically execute and reconcile supplier payments once an invoice is approved. He also announced 麻豆原创鈥檚 planned acquisition of TechWolf, a Belgian workforce-intelligence startup designed to help close skills gaps.

Security and governance

In the closing section of the keynote, 麻豆原创 Chief Security Officer Marielle Ehrmann focused on trust and governance. She noted that ransomware handovers that once took eight hours now take 22 seconds with AI, and while 83% of enterprises use AI daily, only 13% have real visibility into it.

鈥淭he biggest threat to companies is not malicious AI; it鈥檚 unmanaged AI,鈥 Ehrmann said. To counter that threat, she said every agent should have a verified owner, a risk tier, and scoped access rights, supported by zero-trust checks on identity, purpose, and data sensitivity as well as human oversight.

She emphasized that 麻豆原创 Business AI Platform incorporates regulatory and localization requirements, applies user authorizations, keeps customer data from being used to train foundation models, and supports three levels of oversight: human-in-the-loop approval, human-on-the-loop monitoring, and human-in-command override authority. 鈥淭he more autonomously an agent operates, the tighter the oversight applied,鈥 Ehrmann said, calling the principle 鈥渇reedom within boundaries.鈥

A clear shift among customers

Wrapping up the keynote, Klein emphasized that trust is key to everything 麻豆原创 does and has been for over 50 years. 鈥淲e are delivering the most trusted and governed AI in the industry,鈥 he said, but added, 鈥淎I also requires significant change management to ensure it delivers the desired outcomes for your business.鈥

That is where 麻豆原创鈥檚 business transformation solutions come in, he said. 麻豆原创 Signavio measures process value before and after a change to help justify token spending; 麻豆原创 LeanIX discovers and tracks AI agents; and 麻豆原创 WalkMe supports user adoption and trust. Klein also highlighted an agent-led migration toolchain. Together, he said, these capabilities mean that the days of multi-million-dollar migration spend are gone.

鈥淭his is no longer the start of something better. This is better,鈥 Klein told the audience. He described a clear shift among 麻豆原创 customers: 鈥淔rom manual steps to connected workflows, from reactive decision-making to predictive insights, from humans in spreadsheets to humans in and on the loop–all powered by our AI platform to keep AI accurate, governed, and extensible.鈥

And, most importantly, Klein said, 鈥淚ts ready for you today鈥 This is the Autonomous Enterprise.鈥

麻豆原创 Positioned as a Leader in the Inaugural Gartner庐 Magic Quadrant™ for Supply Chain Management Suites /2026/08/sap-a-leader-inaugural-gartner-magic-quadrant-scm-suites/ Thu, 13 Aug 2026 15:15:00 +0000 /?p=246837 Building a resilient, future-ready supply chain is one of the most complex challenges organizations face today. For more than 50 years, 麻豆原创 has helped organizations navigate supply chain volatility by connecting planning, execution, and business processes across the enterprise. We are proud to share that 麻豆原创 has been positioned as a Leader in the inaugural *, a recognition that, in our view, reflects not just where we are today, but the direction we are heading.

This graphic was published by Gartner, Inc. as part of a larger research document and should be evaluated in the context of the entire document. The Gartner document is available upon request from 麻豆原创 or at .

Supply chain leaders today operate in an environment where disruptions are constantly changing, customer expectations shift quickly, and the window for effective response keeps shrinking. Organizations need more than digitalization. They need platforms that connect people, processes, data, and business networks鈥攁nd that turn that connectivity into faster, better decisions.

Our vision: Autonomous Supply Chain Management

The next frontier in supply chain is not just connectivity, it is decision intelligence. At 麻豆原创, represents our vision for how organizations will run their businesses in the future, with data, business context, policy, and AI reasoning working together so that the right decisions happen faster, more consistently, and at scale, while human judgment remains central.

Orchestrate your supply chain to stay ahead and exceed expectations

is a practical step toward that vision, where people define goals and priorities, AI assistants orchestrate activity across domains, and agents execute the work within governed, end-to-end processes. Enterprises rely on fully autonomous agents to run supply chain processes and decisions within guardrails defined by the organization. Reaction times to disruptions compress from days to minutes. Data collection across organizational silos happens in near real time. Rather than manually collecting and interpreting data, planners receive auto-generated scenarios that are pre-validated and ready for a decision. That speed advantage is transformative.

But the value goes beyond speed. Organizations learn from past decisions and harmonize decision-making across the enterprise, leading to consistently better outcomes over time. AI delivers the greatest value when it is embedded where work actually happens, grounded in deeply integrated processes and trusted data.

Our approach

A truly integrated supply chain platform does more than connect data鈥攊t connects decisions. That is the principle that guides how we have built the , and it is what we believe sets 麻豆原创 apart.

Our breadth across execution, transactions, business networks, finance, and AI is unique. No other vendor brings together operational systems, trusted business data, and intelligence and orchestration in a single, deeply integrated suite. That breadth matters because supply chain decisions do not happen in isolation鈥攁 sourcing decision affects manufacturing capacity, which affects logistics, which affects financial commitments. When those systems are connected, decisions improve across the board.

We organize our platform around three layers. The first is operational systems, including applications such as , , , , , , and . These are where supply chain work happens. The second is trusted business data, anchored by , which aggregates data from 麻豆原创 and third-party sources to help give organizations a unified, real-time view across the enterprise. The third is intelligence and orchestration, delivered through , our AI engagement layer, which brings together agentic AI, embedded analytics, and network-enabled execution to help organizations move from reactive problem-solving to proactive decision-making.

This architecture helps organizations standardize processes across domains, reduce dependence on fragmented point solutions, and improve coordination from sourcing through final delivery鈥攍inking operational, financial, and network outcomes in real time.

Putting innovation into practice

We see demand for capabilities that bring together operational data, business context, and AI-powered insights, and we are actively investing to meet that need. New Joule Assistants are being embedded across planning, manufacturing, logistics, asset management, and supplier collaboration, helping teams act on changes faster and reduce time spent on manual coordination.

Alongside these assistants, we are delivering purpose-built AI agents across supply chain processes, designed to take guided action within defined business guardrails while keeping people firmly in control. These capabilities are becoming available in phases through 2026, aligning with customers鈥 existing 麻豆原创 landscapes.

Delivering real results for customers

Ultimately, in our opinion, recognition like this is only meaningful when it reflects real impact for the organizations we serve. Takeda Pharmaceuticals International AG, a global leader in R&D-based biopharmaceuticals, offers a concrete example of what this looks like in practice. Using 麻豆原创鈥檚 supply chain planning assistant, Takeda has moved from manual root-cause analysis to AI-detected diagnostics and AI-suggested remediation, with automated performance tracking that enables a self-healing supply chain capability.

鈥淎I represents the key enabler for Takeda鈥檚 transformation for the future,鈥 said Rebecca Kaufmann, senior vice president and head of Enterprise Platforms at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. 鈥淲e are combining the 麻豆原创 industry and technology knowledge with our organizational real-life experience. The supply chain planning assistant will provide us with AI-detected root causes and AI-suggested remediation and also automated performance tracking resulting in a self-healing capability.鈥

Looking ahead

Supply chains don鈥檛 become autonomous overnight. This evolution happens workflow by workflow, expanding automation where it delivers real value, while keeping people firmly in control. Supply chain teams are increasingly looking to spend less time monitoring and firefighting and more time shaping decisions, managing trade-offs, and building resilience.

We are grateful to the many customers, partners, analysts, and 麻豆原创 teams whose collaboration and insights help shape our products and strategy. While we are honored by this recognition, we view it as an important milestone for us rather than a destination. We remain committed to ongoing innovation that helps organizations transform their supply chains into strategic sources of competitive advantage鈥攁nd we thank our customers for their trust in that journey.

Connecting Cargo: How Live Positioning Is Streamlining Supply Chains /2026/07/hapag-lloyd-connecting-cargo-live-positioning-streamlining-supply-chains/ Mon, 27 Jul 2026 16:15:00 +0000 /?p=246247 Hapag-Lloyd has equipped 2 million shipping containers with tracking devices that transmit location data in real time. 麻豆原创 uses this data in its ERP systems to help businesses identify potential delays and adjust their production schedules accordingly. Carriers, buyers, and production planners all over the world are benefiting.

Managing logistics operations has become increasingly challenging in recent years. The coronavirus pandemic and its repercussions caused unprecedented disruption across global supply chains, and today, hostilities in the Strait of Hormuz are severely hindering shipping traffic.

Gain supply and delivery assurance by tracking orders and shipments in real time

In situations like these, the only option many companies have to protect their manufacturing and delivery timelines from delays and uncertainties is to carry larger inventories. This inevitably leads to higher costs.

Now, a combination of container tracking technology and real-time data is revolutionizing supply chain visibility, enabling businesses to keep their inventories at efficient levels. Hapag-Lloyd, the world’s fifth-largest shipping company, provides live position data for its containers. 麻豆原创 uses this information in its ERP systems and 麻豆原创 Business Network Global Track and Trace cloud solution, connecting it to the shipment and material data that is stored there. Which means that, as well as being an 麻豆原创 customer, Hapag-Lloyd is an 麻豆原创 supplier and partner, too.

Karsten Schmidt, director and product owner of the Live Position and Track & Trace tools at Hapag-Lloyd, and Sven York Pohl, chief expert for Digital Adoption at 麻豆原创 SE, discuss how the collaboration between the companies began, how it is benefiting users already, and what opportunities lie ahead.

Q: Tracking technology has advanced rapidly in recent years. What sparked the wave of innovation we鈥檝e seen here?

Pohl: During the coronavirus pandemic, we experienced serious delays in the movement of goods and materials. And we realized that logistics processes need to be much more transparent.

Schmidt: Until recently, we could only track certain milestone events in sea shipping, such as a container arriving at a port or being loaded onto a ship. We knew when a container had been loaded onto a ship or when it left the Port of Hamburg, but if it failed to arrive in Munich as planned, we had no way of knowing what had happened to it.

Q: So how do you track containers today?

Schmidt: After the pandemic, we decided to equip all our dry containers with IoT tracking devices that continuously transmit location data. By mid-2024, we had fitted these devices to 90% of our container fleet. Since then, we have been able to track more than 2 million containers worldwide and provide position data every 15 minutes for shipments on land鈥攁nd every six hours for shipments by sea. This means that our customers can check the precise location of 鈥渢heir鈥 containers online in real time.

Q: How did the collaboration between Hapag-Lloyd and 麻豆原创 begin?

Pohl: I was involved in an 麻豆原创 transformation project at Hapag-Lloyd, which meant I had frequent meetings with Karsten. We realized early on that position data had immense potential, both for Hapag-Lloyd as a shipping company and for its customers. If you know exactly when an intermediate product will arrive, or how many days late it will be, you can plan your downstream production steps with pinpoint precision. And this obviously works best if position data is visible not only on a separate website, but also in the applications you use to manage your production and other business processes. So Karsten and I began discussing how we could feed position data into 麻豆原创 ERP systems.

Q: Which 麻豆原创 applications use this data?

Pohl: The 麻豆原创 Business Network Global Track and Trace cloud solution offers companies transparent shipment information in real time along the entire supply chain. And it enables this data to be embedded natively in back-end systems. Which means, for example, that you can integrate automated alerts directly into 麻豆原创 S/4HANA that show where a container is currently located. The data can also be leveraged in 麻豆原创鈥檚 cloud-based supply chain collaboration platform, 麻豆原创 Business Network for Logistics, to seamlessly connect shippers with logistics services providers and carriers. And, aside from ensuring visibility, real-time data such as that provided by Hapag-Lloyd maximizes supply chain security and drives sustainability by enabling businesses to track materials from their source to the finished product.

Q: Who benefits most from Hapag-Lloyd’s tracking data?

Schmidt: Logistics managers, definitely. Because they need precise information about where their containers are located and when they will arrive. The tracking data also provides insights into how sustainable a transportation chain is. Warehouse planners benefit too, because they can keep inventory levels as low as possible, without them dropping too low. And as well as enabling carriers to plan their routes with maximum efficiency, tracking data can also help streamline and optimize payment processes.

Q: Would you say that the current conflict in the Middle East has highlighted the value鈥攁nd necessity鈥攐f using tracking technology to plan shipping routes?

Schmidt: Absolutely. A huge number of containers have been transported from the Persian Gulf across Saudi Arabia to the Red Sea port of Jeddah to be shipped on from there. Our container tracking solution keeps me constantly updated on the land route I have chosen and on where my container is currently located.

Q: What happens if the container is held up somewhere? How does the system help?

Schmidt: That鈥檚 what we鈥檙e working on right now. Usually, when customers want to know where their container is, they call our customer service number. But with 15,000 containers held up in the Persian Gulf, we were unable to handle the sheer volume of inquiries we received by phone. So we gave all our customers access to our live positioning service, even those who had not booked it. The solution we implemented to deal with this exceptional situation showed us the potential that was there going forward to simplify our customers鈥 processes鈥攁nd our own.

Pohl: Looking ahead, 麻豆原创 users will be able to ask their software what options they have when shipments get held up, and what alternative modes of transportation are available to them.

Schmidt: If, for example, a ship is delayed and misses its scheduled rail connection, the system will provide a predictive service, telling the user whether onward transportation by truck is possible and how much longer the journey will then take.

Pohl: We will also use Joule, the flagship AI brand that is built into 麻豆原创鈥檚 cloud portfolio, for this service, so that users will be able to ask AI to suggest specific actions.

Schmidt: Obviously, when goods are transported over long distances, and especially by sea, you can never rule out delays entirely. But what we can do is remove that feeling of helplessness and of having no room to maneuver when events occur that are out of my control.

Hapag-Lloyd container tracking

  • Hapag-Lloyd has equipped 2 million standard containers with IoT tracking devices that transmit their current position in real time.
  • Customers can constantly monitor the position of their shipments online.
  • 麻豆原创 integrates position data into its 麻豆原创 Business Network Global Track and Trace cloud solution and embeds it in its cloud ERP back-end systems.
  • Looking ahead, when shipments are delayed, these systems will proactively suggest alternatives and recommended actions.
  • Joule will also help users make informed decisions that support efficiency in the supply chain.

麻豆原创 Opens Data Center in India, Underscoring Expertise in Data Federation and Deepening Commitment to the Region /2026/06/sap-opens-data-center-india-expertise-in-data-federation-commitment-region/ Fri, 12 Jun 2026 04:15:00 +0000 /?p=241590 麻豆原创 has opened its newest data center in Mumbai. The data center, residing on hyperscaler infrastructure and operated by 麻豆原创, reflects the company鈥檚 deepening commitment to India, the world鈥檚 and home to more than 15,000 employees of the Germany-based enterprise software provider.

With the new data center in India complementing existing ones in Europe, the U.S., and Saudi Arabia, 麻豆原创 has dramatically strengthened the data federation capabilities of , linking together the procurement processes of businesses and their trading partners across the globe.

麻豆原创 Business Network is the world鈥檚 largest business-to-business trading platform, facilitating over $7.7 trillion in commerce annually in 190 countries.

With this milestone, 麻豆原创 has delivered on a crucial promise made to a highly consequential set of customers in the Indian subcontinent and beyond. Later this year, the India data center will extend data federation capabilities for as well.

But what is data federation? And why is it so consequential for organizations in India and elsewhere?

Data federation assembles a unified view of data from disparate sources without physically moving or copying it. Trading partners can thus exchange goods and services across international borders while the data underlying those transactions remains stationary. By preserving the integrity of data where it resides, federation facilitates mission-critical operational processes on a global scale while achieving regulatory consistency with compliance requirements that arise at a national level. For example, if a buyer鈥檚 data resides in 麻豆原创 Business Network鈥檚 India data center but its supplier鈥檚 data sits in the U.S. data center, federation provides both parties with access to each other鈥檚 data without impinging on either nation鈥檚 policies governing the residency of that data. This becomes especially important as new legislation gathers pace around the world in response to rising concerns over individual privacy, national security and commercial sectors considered sensitive.

Enabled by , 麻豆原创 Business Network and its data federation capabilities are now built on the kind of modern, connected foundation required for the next era of cloud-based commerce. Beyond improved scale, resilience, and regional compliance, 麻豆原创 Business Technology Platform helps create the basis for agentic artificial intelligence, automation, richer analytics, stronger security, open extensibility, and seamless cross-麻豆原创 workflows and processes. The result is a network that can not only connect partners globally but also help customers to conduct business more intelligently, respond faster to change, and drive greater value from every interaction across procurement, supply chain, logistics, asset collaboration, and working capital management.

To collaborate with their trading partners on these and other core business processes, companies conducting business in India require a cloud-based platform that provides secure infrastructure for building resilient domestic supply chains while maintaining global connectivity, thus maintaining sensitive procurement, supplier, and manufacturing data within Indian jurisdiction. 麻豆原创 Business Network furthers these objectives with our newly launched data center in Mumbai, where data is localized in a manner compliant with (MeitY) guidelines, with a MeitY-empaneled cloud service provider.

While supporting compliance within an increasingly complex regulatory environment, data federation offers numerous technical advantages as well, especially in hybrid or multi-cloud environments. These benefits include cost efficiency, unified governance and security, and faster response times compared to accessing servers in distant regions. Yet the most valuable competitive advantage provided by data federation may be the most elusive: peace of mind for business leaders amid the ever-looming threat to supply chains posed by disruption.

To counter that threat鈥攚hether arising from geopolitical conflict, labor unrest, financial shock, natural disaster, or other upheaval鈥攂usinesses are turning increasingly to data federation and other cloud-based solutions to extend visibility and instill resilience across their operations and those of their trading partners. With the opening of our new data center in Mumbai, we are incredibly excited to strengthen our relationships with customers throughout India and accelerate the value available to them from 麻豆原创 Business Network.

How W眉rth Standardizes B2B E鈥慞rocurement with Customers via 麻豆原创 Business Network /2026/03/how-wurth-standardizes-b2b-e-procurement-with-customers-via-sap-business-network/ Tue, 24 Mar 2026 12:15:00 +0000 /?p=241339 The W眉rth Group, a subsidiary of Adolf W眉rth GmbH & Co. KG, is one of the leading players in the development, production, and sale of fastening and assembly materials.

Connect across companies to build stronger supply chains and deliver on the customer promise

The company manages an extensive portfolio of more than 125,000 products. Despite its strong market position, digitalizing procurement across diverse customer environments remains a key challenge, particularly in e-procurement, where large customers often have very different requirements, even when market standards exist.

To address this, W眉rth recognized the need to better connect procurement processes and now collaborates closely with leading e-procurement systems and platforms. The company has driven the harmonization of customer processes and ensured seamless onboarding to . At the same time, W眉rth actively supports its customers in harmonizing and digitalizing their own internal workflows.

As the world鈥檚 largest procurement platform, 麻豆原创 Business Network enables more efficient procurement and automated order processing and provides end-to-end transparency across the purchase-order鈥憈o鈥慽nvoice flow between W眉rth and participating customers. This scope involves purchasing orders, delivery confirmation, and invoices, with exceptions managed through clearly defined workflows.

Save time and boost efficiency: seven minutes saved per order

Manual processing of orders, sent as PDFs or via non鈥慽ntegrated channels, creates disproportionate effort, especially in relation to the order value, since indirect materials often involve smaller order values with many order items.

With automation, W眉rth saves approximately seven minutes per order on average — approximately 490,000 minutes annually or about 8,167 hours. The platform enables digital order transmission, catalog exchange, and automated invoice matching, materially improving process efficiency.

Seamless customer purchasing journey

With around 3,000 sales representatives in Germany, more than 600 pick-up branches, and numerous on-site storage solutions, including automated dispensing machines, W眉rth offers customers a truly omnichannel purchasing experience. Through 麻豆原创 Business Network, all these touchpoints can be seamlessly integrated, giving customers that adopt this approach full transparency, as every order becomes visible directly within their own system.

One construction industry leader worked with W眉rth to integrate dispensing machines and branch pick鈥憉ps into 麻豆原创 Business Network, digitalizing its procurement processes. This integration has largely eliminated manual activities in day鈥憈o鈥慸ay order handling of standard processes. Exceptions are automatically identified and routed through defined workflows, while payment instructions are triggered once the purchase order, goods confirmation, and invoice are successfully matched.

Stronger supplier-customer partnership

Beyond operational savings and improved collaboration, W眉rth enhances the customer experience through near-real-time integration across procurement, invoicing, and logistics. Digitalized procurement processes help meet customer requirements more reliably and further strengthen the supplier-customer partnership.

Business Networks Remove Friction from Global Commerce While Adhering to National Electronic-Invoicing Standards /2026/02/business-networks-adhering-to-electronic-invoicing-standards/ Wed, 25 Feb 2026 12:15:00 +0000 /?p=240693 At a time when business-to-business commerce can be orchestrated with the touch of a screen, buying and selling across geographic borders has become increasingly frictionless.

But what happens when the bill comes due, so to speak, from local jurisdictions? How may a business transact commerce globally while adhering to an emerging set of electronic-invoicing requirements that differ among countries?

Global visibility across multiple tiers of the supply chain

As global supply chains weather shifting tariff policies, geopolitical tensions, and climate events, business leaders have turned to cloud-based business networks to instill operational resilience, extend transparency, and foster collaboration. The convergence of data, applications, and artificial intelligence capabilities enable businesses to manage supply chains, procurement, logistics, asset maintenance, working capital, dynamic discounting, and other crucial interdependencies with comprehensive reach. Yet just as digital platforms foster connected commerce, they also facilitate regulatory oversight of the very same activity. That which simplifies business processes can at the same time invite complexity in the regulations governing them, particularly when the fine print varies by jurisdiction. Call it a paradox of procurement, or an irony of the intelligent enterprise.

Connect across companies to build stronger supply chains and deliver on the customer promise

The proliferation of legislation mandating electronic invoicing reflects a desire on the part of governments to bolster tax compliance, streamline financial reporting, combat fraud, and document the ethical sourcing of product components. To aid with compliance in the jurisdictions where they transact, can support buyers and suppliers alike with the necessary workflows for invoice generation, submission, receipt, and storage鈥攁ll while safeguarding otherwise confidential data. Our prioritizes business-to-business collaboration by providing localization support for 41 countries, tailoring requested data to required format, and connecting businesses directly with trading partners and tax authorities. 麻豆原创 Business Network can integrate seamlessly with government electronic-invoicing portals through partners as well as through .

Electronic-invoicing capabilities take shape around emerging legislation

Already in 2026, new electronic-invoicing mandates have taken effect in , , and , with the and set to follow suit later in the year. Though it takes shape differently around the world, the trend toward electronic invoicing is unmistakable. Requirements range from periodic reporting to continuous transparency, from preapproval of transactions by tax authorities to notification after the fact, from country-specific formats to , and so on. In India, Malaysia, and Romania, for example, suppliers must clear invoices with tax authorities, whereas in Belgium, Germany, and Japan invoices must conform to a particular format. In France and the United Arab Emirates, meanwhile, a specific platform or network must be engaged. requires businesses to issue and receive invoices via its Sistema di Interscambio (SDI) platform, using a country-specific XML format called FatturaPA. By contrast, permits UBL, CII, and ZUGFeRD formats but takes an ambivalent approach as to method of transmission.

For each of these countries, 麻豆原创 Business Network can provide a solution. Connectivity to Italy鈥檚 SDI portal is natively embedded, obviating any need for additional licensing. For Germany, invoices sent through 麻豆原创 Business Network arrive in the UBL format. Organizations with a license for the cloud edition of the can even receive invoices originating outside 麻豆原创 Business Network, such as via e-mail or the pan-European Peppol procurement system.

Not only can 麻豆原创 Business Network accommodate the different formats set into law, but other invoicing attributes as well. Consider the obligation to archive. In Germany, invoices must be kept on hand for eight years. In France, it鈥檚 a decade. Elsewhere, mandates vary or may not apply. 麻豆原创 Business Network offers the flexibility to match business rules, or the parameters set by organizations within which transactions may proceed with trading partners, to all manner of regulatory requirements. This can prove especially valuable with orchestrating documents and processes that span sourcing, procurement, and finance鈥攃orporate functions that, prior to the advent of cloud-based networks, had often operated in relative isolation. 麻豆原创 Business Network can also provide businesses with the end-to-end visibility and鈥攅qually important鈥攖he analytics to assess performance, gauge against benchmarks, and identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.

For the emerging set of electronic-invoicing mandates across the globe and other compliance-related processes, . That鈥檚 because no matter where commerce takes place or in which local currency, C-suite leaders understand one thing is priceless: peace of mind. Only a cloud-based network supple enough to carry out operational processes on a global scale yet sufficiently nimble to adhere strictly to electronic-invoicing requirements and other regulations that typically arise on a national level can instill the confidence that businesses need to thrive in these turbulent times.

Learn how 麻豆原创 Business Network can by streamlining business processes, increasing visibility, and connecting to new buyers.

From Intent to Impact: How Supply Chain Leaders Are Driving Transformation /2026/02/how-supply-chain-leaders-drive-transformation/ Mon, 02 Feb 2026 13:15:00 +0000 /?p=240230 Supply chain transformation today is a balancing act between ambition and execution. Leaders are being asked to deliver growth, improve resilience, adopt AI, and meet rising customer and regulatory expectations, all while keeping operations running.

At , I moderated a roundtable with supply chain and transformation leaders from Toyota, L鈥橭r茅al, Owens Corning, Ecolab, American Airlines, and Bayer. Across industries, one theme was clear: transformation succeeds when it is grounded in clarity, centered on people, and focused on customer impact.

If you can鈥檛 name the problem, don鈥檛 buy the technology

The most effective transformations begin with a clear articulation of the problem to be solved, the value at stake, and the outcomes expected. Too often, organizations chase new technology simply because it is available or gaining attention, not because it is tied to a specific business need. However, technologies like AI only deliver value when applied to well-defined business challenges.

Tying initiatives to measurable outcomes helps secure leadership alignment and supports change management. Clarity creates focus and helps teams understand why transformation matters. At its foundation, successful transformation rests on three pillars: people, process, and technology, all powered by high-quality data.

AI is only as smart as the network behind it

As supply chains become more complex, multi-tier visibility has moved from a nice-to-have to a requirement. Many of the biggest risks today, including regulatory exposure, disruptions, and cost volatility, originate deep in the supply chain, often beyond direct supplier relationships.

AI has emerged as a powerful enabler, but only when supported by trusted, shared data. More than half of the data needed to drive intelligent supply chains sits outside an organization鈥檚 four walls. Without visibility across trading partners, AI鈥檚 impact is limited.

No business does business alone. Connect across companies to build stronger supply chains.

Standardization also surfaced as a recurring theme during our roundtable conversation. While one-size-fits-all approaches rarely work, excessive customization slows progress and undermines scale. Leading organizations are finding a balance by standardizing where it drives speed and consistency, while allowing flexibility where it creates meaningful value.

Transformation doesn鈥檛 fail on technology, it fails on trust

Technology may enable transformation, but people determine whether it succeeds. Change management remains a critical factor, and even well-designed initiatives can stall if employees do not understand the purpose or feel threatened by the change.

Clear communication, local champions, and ongoing engagement help build trust and momentum. Leaders emphasized the importance of reinforcing that technology is designed to elevate roles by removing manual work and enabling employees to focus on higher-value activities, instead of replacing them. Being honest about what is working, what isn鈥檛, and when to pivot builds credibility and keeps teams engaged over the long term.

Customer-centric supply chains don鈥檛 happen by accident

A significant shift underway is the move from inward-facing efficiency to explicit customer-centricity. Many supply chain organizations historically assumed their work benefited customers without clearly articulating how.

Today, customer impact is a unifying principle. Whether serving consumers, passengers, farmers, or B2B customers, supply chains are increasingly recognized as drivers of experience, reliability, and brand trust.

Customer collaboration is also playing a larger role in transformation. Sharing data and aligning processes across networks creates shared value and unlocks differentiated services. Progress must be communicated in terms customers care about鈥攏ot internal metrics, but outcomes that improve service, speed, and transparency.

What the best transformation leaders do differently

Coming out of our conversation, the strongest transformation leaders shared a few defining traits:

  • They pivot quickly when something isn鈥檛 working. Rather than protecting sunk costs or rigid plans, they recognize when assumptions change and adjust course. Speed and adaptability often matter more than perfection.
  • They invest in people as intentionally as they invest in platforms. Adoption requires time, training, and leadership attention. Workforce readiness is treated as a core deliverable, not a side effort.
  • They celebrate progress. Visible milestones help sustain momentum and reinforce positive behavior throughout a long transformation journey.
  • They hold themselves accountable for real value creation. Success metrics are defined early and tracked consistently, whether financial, operational, or customer driven.

Turning ambition into measurable impact

What stood out most from my conversation at NASCES25 was the shared recognition that transformation is no longer optional. Supply chain leaders are embracing bold ambitions, people-centered change, and customer-focused innovation to turn intent into measurable impact.

plays a critical role in this journey by helping organizations connect processes, partners, and data across the value chain to improve visibility, resilience, and decision-making at scale. And beyond the network, helps orchestrate people, processes, and technology end-to-end鈥攅nabling leaders to move from intent to impact with integrated planning, execution, and insights that can drive real operational transformation.

To hear more directly from the leaders shaping this future, I encourage you to watch the and continue the conversation on how supply chains can lead meaningful transformation.

Orchestrating Supply Chains Through Cloud-Based Business Networks and Generative and Agentic AI Solutions /2025/10/orchestrating-supply-chains-business-networks-ai/ Thu, 16 Oct 2025 11:15:00 +0000 /?p=237417 At a time when global supply chains are enduring acute strain from seesawing tariff rates, escalating military conflict, and proliferating compliance requirements, enterprises large and small are turning increasingly to cloud-based business networks and emerging AI solutions to provide actionable insights, operational resilience, and, above all, confidence despite volatile times.

Visibility has always been essential for navigating uncertainty in business-to-business commerce. Yet it is also insufficient. After all, what good is merely seeing across the various tiers of the supply chain if a business lacks the ability to identify available alternatives, shift course immediately, and counter disruption before it impinges on the balance sheet?

At , our customers and partners had an extraordinary opportunity to explore our latest 麻豆原创 Business Network innovations鈥攁nd the generative and agentic AI solutions that are rapidly reshaping enterprises鈥 ability to extend N-tier visibility and take the decisive actions necessary to preserve the smooth flow of operations from the dual threats of volatility and risk.

To strengthen every link in the supply chain, businesses need to connect their mission-critical operational processes with those of their trading partners. Doing so enables them to achieve transparency, foster collaboration, drive efficiency, and maximize customer satisfaction. Through the vast troves of operational data that millions of trading partners accumulate in the routine course of day-to-day operations, 麻豆原创 Business Network鈥攖he world鈥檚 largest business-to-business platform鈥攊s uniquely positioned to help business leaders orchestrate their supply chains for success, no matter the circumstances.

Today, 麻豆原创 helps our customers to accomplish these objectives with a suite of AI-infused supply chain management applications鈥攁ll of them integrated with ERP and adjacent line-of-business applications to connect seamlessly with trading partners. By applying advanced analytics, operational insights, predictive signals, and recommended actions derived from both internal and external data sources, 麻豆原创 Business Network has set in motion an increasingly autonomous supply chain.

No business does business alone. Connect across companies to build stronger supply chains.

The innovations underlying it, meanwhile, are accelerating.

To further distinguish 麻豆原创 as the leader in enabling supply chain orchestration, I am extremely excited that in the first half of 2026 we will deliver a new product to help provide enterprises with capabilities for issue detection, insight, and action across their supply chains. Aptly called 麻豆原创 Supply Chain Orchestration, this new solution will help deliver N-tier insights and transform external and internal signals across supply chains into prioritized actions. These capabilities will rest on the 麻豆原创 Business Network foundation, drawing upon master data as well as native AI solutions to help orchestrate workflows and dramatically expand visibility across every tier of the supply chain.

麻豆原创 Supply Chain Orchestration can equip our customers with the tools and inference-driven insights they need to help mitigate multi-tier risk, enhance compliance, and bolster decision-support. The goal is to head off disruption before it arises鈥攁nd to offer our customers one of the most elusive yet priceless advantages that anybody can have in these turbulent times: peace of mind.

That鈥檚 why our customers entrust so many of their core operational processes to 麻豆原创 Business Network in the first place: for peace of mind, for resilience, for enduring value. Our strategy to deepen that value takes root in our ongoing transition to 麻豆原创 Business Technology Platform (麻豆原创 BTP), working to provide faster speeds, easier integration, faster collaboration, and continuous innovation on a grand scale, across industries. Our vision takes shape through intelligent applications, network convergence, and unmatched extensibility. Our priority to accelerate the value we make available to suppliers on the network finds example through our innovations that help simplify e-invoicing, expand automation, and facilitate discoverability by new potential trading partners. All these strategic elements take center stage in our product strategy, each of them strengthened by the unmatched generative and agentic AI capabilities that customers and partners have come to rely on from 麻豆原创 in our quest to make the world run better and improve people鈥檚 lives.

LESER Drives Operational Excellence with Digital Twins and 麻豆原创 Business Network Asset Collaboration /2025/10/leser-operational-excellence-digital-twins-business-network/ Tue, 14 Oct 2025 10:15:00 +0000 /?p=237472 is a leading German company specializing in designing and manufacturing safety valves. Founded in 1818 and headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, LESER is recognized as the largest manufacturer of safety valves in Europe and one of the global leaders in the industry.

The manufacturer was heavily reliant on manual documentation, which caused delays in accessing and updating critical data and documents, resulting in data quality and compliance issues.

To address these challenges and optimize asset management, LESER sought to establish seamless data integration through a unified single source of truth. After thorough research and careful comparison of options, the valve manufacturer successfully chose to implement digital twin technology with to help optimize collaboration with customers.

Error-free asset data and streamlined collaboration with smart asset management

Relying on a manual documentation process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors and delays. This was causing significant challenges in accessing and updating critical data and documents, leading to poor data quality and inefficiencies across the ecosystem. Recognizing the need for a modern solution on the operator side, LESER identified the importance of supporting customers with a centralized asset management system. LESER decided to digitize its asset management system by implementing a centralized, cloud-based platform. This platform enables LESER to seamlessly share the digital twin with customers, enhancing transparency and data sharing while continuing to manage internal processes separately.

By implementing the technology integrated with , LESER created a one-to-one virtual replica of each piece of physical equipment and product, consolidating all relevant data and documentation into a single, accessible platform.

鈥淭he digital twin acts as a precise digital mirror of the physical safety valve, enabling our customers to receive complete, error-free, and up-to-date data about the safety valves,鈥 Pierre Draheim, manager of Product Data Management at LESER, explains.

Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and service operations better by integrating intelligent technologies from 麻豆原创

LESER provides digital twins both for new () and existing () safety valves, centralizing all relevant data and documents. Each valve is labeled with the globally-standardized ID link, or QR code, IEC聽61406聽that allows LESER’s customers to directly access and sync product-specific information with their asset management systems, enabling seamless data transfer, documentation compliance, and cost reductions of up to 95% for initial recording.

鈥淏y embracing digital innovation, we have empowered our customers to boost their operational efficiency,” Draheim says. He emphasizes that this not only helps LESER achieve substantial time-savings but also enables the company to focus on core activities and drive greater business growth: “It’s a win-win. Not only us, but also our customers achieve significant improvements in overall productivity.”

Reduce operational costs with real-time digital twin integration

Automating valve data sharing within has made it much easier for LESER operators and service providers to coordinate maintenance, eliminating the need for manual data reconciliation. This automation cuts down on administrative work, helps avoid unnecessary downtime, and optimizes spare parts inventory, all of which contributes to a substantial decrease in operational costs.

By standardizing and digitizing data with a globally-standardized ID link, multiple service providers get instant access to accurate, up-to-date information.

鈥淲ith the introduction of the digital twin and 麻豆原创 Business Network Asset Collaboration, we can now automate valve management, making the entire process faster and more reliable,鈥 Draheim says.

Ensure safety and quality through global and regulatory compliance

Making sure safety valves meet international standards at every step requires a high level of automation in managing product data. This is especially important for LESER. 鈥淐ompliance is not just about meeting regulations, but about the ‘rules of the game’ in the industry, which enable an automated exchange of information across different IT systems and stakeholders,鈥 Draheim says.

With such a significant market presence, LESER holds its suppliers and materials to very high standards, ensuring every part complies not only with global regulations but also local rules. This level of care is particularly essential for operators working in industries with strict safety and regulatory conditions.

Beyond setting these standards, LESER keeps detailed records to maintain full transparency and traceability across the supply chain. This integrated approach helps the ambitious company reduce the need for additional level approvals and supports safe, reliable plant operations all over the world. In return, its customers experience improved reliability and confidence in the products and services they receive, creating a positive impact throughout the entire value chain.

Innovate, Connect, and Deliver: Accelerating Value Across 麻豆原创 Business Suite /2025/10/sap-connect-keynote-accelerating-value-sap-business-suite/ Mon, 13 Oct 2025 14:15:00 +0000 /?p=237407 What happens in Vegas doesn鈥檛 have to stay in Vegas, especially when it鈥檚 about the future of enterprise technology. At last week鈥檚 event in Las Vegas, 麻豆原创 Executive Board Member and Chief Operating Officer Sebastian Steinhaeuser on the final day to share how 麻豆原创 is creating a new era of productivity, intelligence, and business outcomes for customers worldwide.

Deep research AI and role-based assistants, coupled with 麻豆原创 Business Suite innovations, take efficiency to new heights

Before diving into the heart of the keynote, Steinhaeuser invited 麻豆原创 solution area CMOs to deliver lightning-fast recaps of news from the various 麻豆原创 Connect event tracks. In just under two minutes each, they covered finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and customer experience. From autonomous accounting and next-gen procurement to AI-driven talent acquisition and smarter customer loyalty, the message was clear: across every business function.

The real challenge: connecting priorities

As Steinhaeuser pointed out, 鈥淭he reality is each business area has its own unique priorities and, of course, all-important urgent matters.鈥 The real challenge is not just launching new features; it鈥檚 aligning processes, data, and teams to conquer uncertainty and achieve true customer focus. 鈥淪imply putting an [AI] agent on top of a broken process will solve nothing,鈥 he said.

The flywheel: AI, data, and apps in motion at 麻豆原创

So, how does it all work together? Enter the 鈥渇lywheel鈥 model: the dynamic cycle of AI, data, and applications that drives synergy across the enterprise. This is not just a theoretical approach. Steinhaeuser showed how 鈥溌槎乖 runs 麻豆原创鈥 using the flywheel model.

Graphic demonstrating "flywheel" model: AI, data, and apps

First, he said, 麻豆原创 uses 鈥渞ole-based AI assistants, powered by specialized agents, [to] support team members across all areas of 麻豆原创.鈥

Next comes data. Earlier this year, 麻豆原创 became 鈥渃ustomer zero鈥 for (麻豆原创 BDC), connecting all enterprise data in a single layer to generate faster and better insights across financial, workforce, and sales planning. 鈥淲e’re excited to go live with the first set of intelligent apps, starting with People Intelligence,鈥 he added.

Finally, the app layer: 麻豆原创 has moved from 麻豆原创 ERP Central Component (麻豆原创 ECC) to and , through RISE with 麻豆原创. 鈥淭he 麻豆原创 Business Suite is where data is created and where AI delivers impact,鈥 Steinhaeuser said.

But processes continuously evolve with AI, he said, noting that business transformation management, powered by solutions like and , helps 麻豆原创 and its customers continually improve processes and architecture, with AI embedded everywhere. The company also uses to ensure employees stay informed and engaged at every step.

鈥淒riving 麻豆原创’s own transformation, I understand the challenges you face,鈥 Steinhaeuser said. 鈥淚 am convinced leveraging the flywheel of AI, data, and apps across the entire 麻豆原创 Business Suite is how we win together.鈥

Embedded AI: tangible value, secure, and seamless

Brenda Bown, chief marketing officer of Business AI at 麻豆原创, took the stage to highlight how business AI is showing up in day-to-day work. 鈥淚’ve heard three consistent themes in conversations [with customers]: first, you want AI that can provide tangible value; second, that is secure and properly governed; and third, that works seamlessly across your teams and business. We’re here to deliver just that,鈥 she said.

Joule is now embedded in use cases in trusted 麻豆原创 applications and is making work faster and easier across the enterprise. 鈥淏y the end of this year, we will have more than 400 of these AI use cases,鈥 Bown said. Joule Agents automate tasks across departments, and the new agent builder in (generally available in December) helps customers extend, build, or customize their own agents. 麻豆原创 LeanIX AI Agent Hub and agent mining capabilities in 麻豆原创 Signavio provide governance and transparency for AI agents.

Bown noted that customers like Matur Fompack are using Joule in 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors to hire faster and improve career development. 鈥淭he results are phenomenal: a 48 percent reduction in HR process execution time and 40 percent faster employee development and career planning, and, most importantly, a better employee and candidate experience,鈥 she said.

Graphic: Matur Fompack uses 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors, showcasing stats of 86 Joule use cases effectively implemented, 48% faster HR process execution and 40% faster employee development

For processes that require multi-step workflows and nuanced decisions, 麻豆原创 introduced a new generation of role-based AI assistants. 鈥淭hey know your role in the organization, because they are role and context aware,鈥 Bown said. These assistants tap into the right agents for the job, removing any guesswork and helping humans unlock new levels of insight and productivity.

She also showcased how agents collaborate across departments, automate workflows, and even extend 麻豆原创鈥檚 business logic to autonomous devices like robots. Early pilots with partners like NEURA Robotics are already showing Joule Agents planning and executing real work in the real world.

Data and intelligent applications: unified and actionable

Data is only valuable when it is actionable. Irfan Khan, president and chief product officer for 麻豆原创 Data and Analytics, highlighted 麻豆原创 BDC, which unifies enterprise data and powers intelligent applications. 鈥溌槎乖 BDC offers the most powerful foundation for connecting your existing data, building next-generation applications, and the ability to foster and deploy reliable AI,鈥 he said. And the new 麻豆原创 Business Data Cloud Connect solution enables secure, bi-directional data sharing with partners like Databricks and Google Cloud.

Intelligent applications bridge the gap between people and AI. They support smarter decisions and collaboration. 鈥淭hese applications learn from your data and include business simulations to support every business leader with smarter decisions,鈥 Khan explained. 鈥淚f we don’t have a reliable data foundation built around trust, having reliable and resilient data, it becomes very debatable whether or not AI will succeed.鈥

From insight to action: transformation in practice

How do organizations turn strategy into action? Michael Ameling, president of 麻豆原创 Business Technology Platform (麻豆原创 BTP), demonstrated how 麻豆原创 Business Suite helps drive innovation by uniting core applications, data, and AI, all powered by 麻豆原创 BTP and Business Transformation Management solutions. 鈥淟et’s say you want to understand and improve a business process,鈥 he said. 鈥溌槎乖 Signavio lets you dive deep and understand every detail, and can suggest concrete actions. Then, use those insights to improve the process in 麻豆原创 Build by automating processes and building your own agents.鈥

He demonstrated how 麻豆原创 BTP and the Business Transformation Management portfolio can help organizations connect systems, gain visibility, and automate processes. Tools including 麻豆原创 Signavio, 麻豆原创 Build, and 麻豆原创 Integration Suite are helping customers like Blue Diamond Growers streamline operations and accelerate transformation.

Graphic: 麻豆原创 customer Blue Diamond identified 500 innovation opportunities, saved 2,000 hours annually, and delivered 30 process improvements.

Services and support: accelerating innovation and realizing value

麻豆原创鈥檚 Anja Schneider, SVP and global head of Premium Engagement and Advisory, wrapped up this segment of the keynote by focusing on how the company鈥檚 services and support teams help customers realize the full value of their 麻豆原创 investments.

鈥淲e鈥檙e with you every step, like a personal trainer,鈥 she said, highlighting how 麻豆原创鈥檚 suite methodology, integrated tools like WalkMe and 麻豆原创 Cloud ALM, and expert guidance help customers realize the full value of their 麻豆原创 investments. She pointed to IBM鈥檚 transformation project as proof: working with 麻豆原创 MaxAttention teams and a clean core approach, upgrades went smoothly with low incidents for more than 150,000 users across 175 geographies.

Customer perspective: Southern California Edison鈥檚 journey

Real-world impact matters. Southern California Edison (SCE) SVP and CIO Todd Inlander shared how the utility company鈥檚 transformation journey with 麻豆原创 is helping modernize its foundational systems and optimize back-office processes. Facing unprecedented demand and environmental challenges, the company is leveraging 麻豆原创 solutions, including 麻豆原创 Business AI capabilities, to transform its operations.

鈥淲e need to adhere to our mission: to deploy safe, reliable, affordable power,鈥 he said. 鈥淲e can’t do that by doing things the way we’ve always done. We have to incorporate 麻豆原创. We’re using it to transform the way we work in our environment. We need to leverage AI because we don’t have enough humans to do all the work. We have to scale.鈥

As SCE deploys 麻豆原创 Business Suite over the next year, it鈥檚 focusing on keeping a clean core and reducing customizations. 鈥淲hen we implemented ECC 15 years ago, about 66 percent of our enhancements were never used. We’re learning from that experience,鈥 Inlander said. He went on to note that SCE will use the 麻豆原创 deployment time to continue to transform its back-office operations. 鈥淲e’ll be integrating Joule and other AI solutions because doing things the way we’ve always done them and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity.鈥

Steinhaeuser closed the keynote with a look to the future: 鈥淲e鈥檝e made great progress across all lines of business to deliver a unique experience for you鈥攚ith AI becoming your personal assistant, powered by data that defies boundaries and applications that take insight to action. The cross-capabilities you just saw now make the flywheel spin.鈥

The future is here, and is powered by the synergy of AI, data, and applications. Every business can turn innovation into impact.

Conquering Uncertainty: At 麻豆原创 Connect, 麻豆原创 Business Suite Delivers /2025/10/sap-connect-keynote-sap-business-suite-delivers/ Wed, 08 Oct 2025 13:00:00 +0000 /?p=237406 Led by 麻豆原创 Executive Board Member Muhammad Alam, in charge of 麻豆原创 Product & Engineering, 麻豆原创 executives announced a string of business AI innovations, including role-aware Joule assistants, during the kickoff keynote at the inaugural 麻豆原创 Connect event in Las Vegas this week.

Deep research AI and role-based assistants, coupled with 麻豆原创 Business Suite innovations, take efficiency to new heights

Against the backdrop of the event theme鈥”Connect Everything, Achieve Anything: Agents, Data, and the Business Suite鈥濃攖hey set out 麻豆原创鈥檚 vision for how 麻豆原创 Business Suite, which combines AI, data, and applications, can transform enterprises and deliver unprecedented business value to customers despite global macroeconomic uncertainties.

Unique times

鈥淲e are living in very unique times,鈥 Alam said at the start of the keynote. 鈥淯nique in terms of the unpredictability we face from a geopolitical and macroeconomic perspective,鈥痑nd also unique in terms of the advancement in AI and the potential that carries for all of us.鈥

He added, 鈥淓ven the most significant challenges can be responded to, navigated, and鈥攚hen approached the right way鈥攖urned into opportunities. And that鈥檚 exactly where 麻豆原创 comes in. Because the best way to face uncertainty is with confidence that you can see what鈥檚 happening across your business and your network.鈥

麻豆原创 Introduces Role-Based Assistants in Joule to Strengthen Human-AI Partnerships | 麻豆原创 Connect
Video by Matt Dillman and Alexander Januschke

The CFO perspective

His comments were echoed by CFO and Executive Board Member Dominik Asam in an onstage discussion with economist and Berkeley professor Ulrike Malmendier, during which they likened the role of the CFO in navigating today鈥檚 business uncertainties to that of co-piloting a modern jet.

鈥淎I is the next supercycle and has what it takes to create an effective cockpit for the CFO, including recommendations about real actionable options all the way to autopilot for less critical tasks,鈥 Asam said. He also warned that standing on the sidelines of technological progress is 鈥渁 sure recipe for falling behind in competition.鈥

鈥淎s in prior tech supercycles, the entire competitive playing field is being completely reshuffled,鈥 he said.

New products

Building on this theme, Alam noted that while uncertainty is real and isn鈥檛 going away, it can be successfully navigated and turned into opportunities. To help customers achieve this, he announced several new and enhanced 麻豆原创 products.

Among them, 麻豆原创 Supply Chain Orchestration is an AI-native application that uses a network knowledge graph to analyze real-time signals across a company鈥檚 multi-tier supply chain to detect risks and issues, such as extreme weather or tariffs. It then helps customers minimize disruptions by assessing the impact of these risks and suggesting alternatives to help minimize disruptions.   鈥淭hink of it like a GPS in your car which selects an alternative route to avoid traffic or tolls,鈥 Alam explained. In addition, he announced a major update to the 麻豆原创 Ariba solutions for source-to-pay suite, positioning 麻豆原创 Ariba as the most modern platform in the industry and the only truly AI-native source-to-pay solution鈥攁ll built on 麻豆原创 Business Technology Platform.

The human-AI partnership opportunity

Turning to uncertainties over the future of work itself, 麻豆原创 Chief People Officer and Executive Board Member Gina Vargiu-Breuer, who is leading 麻豆原创鈥檚 own workforce transformation, was joined on stage by Ian Beacraft, founder and chief futurist of Signal and Cipher.

鈥淎t 麻豆原创, we know firsthand that AI is everywhere, shattering norms and transforming the workforce,鈥 Vargiu-Breuer said. 鈥淎nd we as 麻豆原创 are boldly steering this shift, as requirements for our workforce are simply changing really fast.鈥

Vargiu-Breuer emphasized that a successful business AI strategy also depends on leveraging AI alongside human expertise and fostering what she described as 鈥渁 collaborative human + AI approach, rather than just automation.鈥  鈥淏y integrating AI’s capabilities with human creativity, empathy, and judgment, we move beyond simple automation into real human-AI power couples,鈥 she said. 鈥淯ltimately, the future will favor those who embrace orchestration, delegation, and creative problem-solving.鈥

Role-based AI assistants

Echoing this human-centric approach, Alam noted, 鈥淓veryone is talking about agents鈥攂illions of agents鈥攁nd agents taking over everything. We want to talk about people, the roles they play, and the tried-and-tested organizational constructs in place today that are running complex businesses across industries.鈥

Reflecting this, he said 麻豆原创 is making Joule deeply aware of the workstyle of the person it partners with, their role, and the business process context in which they operate. 鈥淭oday, we are introducing AI assistants, including a receivables assistant for your accounts receivable colleagues, a controlling assistant for your controlling colleagues, a demand Planning assistant for your demand planning colleagues, and an AI assistant for every role.鈥   Each assistant has agents and AI tools at their disposal to help make the person it partners with smarter and more efficient, Alam explained.

Taking the receivables assistant as an example, he said it can handle collections and dispute resolution today and will soon also be able to help with fraud detection, invoice processing, and payment scheduling. 鈥淥ver time, we will continue to make this assistant even smarter by adding more agents and capabilities鈥攁ll designed to make the person in this role more effective.鈥

Deep research and new intelligent applications

鈥淲hile efficiency and automation carry potential for great value for the organization, AI鈥檚 greatest strength is in unlocking insights and recommendations based on its ability to do deep research across vast amounts of internal and external data, which is hard for people to do,鈥 said Alam. To address this challenge, 麻豆原创 is introducing deep research in Joule, a capability that can research and analyze complex problems and deliver findings quickly and efficiently.

Following additional announcements, including an expanded set of 麻豆原创 Business Data Cloud Intelligent Applications and an enterprise wide, multi-stakeholder engagement orchestration solution in 麻豆原创 Engagement Cloud, Alam closed out the keynote by reminding his audience: 鈥淭o create exponential value and to reach the global maxima for your enterprise, the whole matters.  And that鈥檚 what we are focused on: providing you with best-in-class applications, seamlessly and natively integrated across the breadth of finance, spend, supply chain, HCM, and customer experience.鈥

New intelligent applications and open ecosystem
partnerships turn insights into action across the enterprise

As enterprises move toward an AI-driven future, the role of data has never been more critical. Yet much of that data remains locked in silos 鈥 spread across teams, clouds, and legacy systems.

Deep research AI and role-based assistants, coupled with 麻豆原创 Business Suite innovations, take efficiency to new heights

This fragmentation creates a 鈥渃ontext gap,鈥 where information is technically available but disconnected from the business meaning that makes it actionable. For example, sales and marketing teams may share a common view of pipeline, but without linking it to product feedback or process bottlenecks, AI models trained on that data miss the full business context. The result is inconsistent insights, slower decision-making, and a stalled cycle of AI, data, and applications.

closes this gap. By harmonizing enterprise data wherever it resides and preserving its business context, it provides the foundation for intelligent applications and reliable AI.

At 麻豆原创 Connect, 麻豆原创 is bringing this vision to life with the next wave of innovations: 麻豆原创 Business Data Cloud Intelligent Applications

Four new intelligent applications in preview

Building on the momentum for intelligent applications established at 麻豆原创 Sapphire, 麻豆原创 is now opening a restricted public preview of four intelligent applications designed to transform decision-making across finance, procurement, supply chain, and revenue operations.

麻豆原创 Taulia: Annual Savings of 鈧8聽Million Possible /2025/08/sap-taulia-annual-savings-of-e8-million-possible/ Thu, 07 Aug 2025 11:15:00 +0000 /?p=236413 麻豆原创 acquired Silicon Valley-based Taulia in March of 2022. Three years on, the fintech is helping customers unlock liquidity, and save big on costs as a result. Thomas Mehlkopf explains how.

麻豆原创 Taulia: Enabling customers with more flexible access to liquidity

The 麻豆原创 Taulia portfolio offers solutions for working capital management and supply chain financing, as well as a network for buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions.

Mehlkopf is global chief revenue officer for Treasury and Working Capital Management at 麻豆原创, and is responsible for marketing and rolling out the solutions for these domains to customers.

Q: Three years ago, we announced that the Taulia products would be integrated into the 麻豆原创 portfolio. What鈥檚 the status?

A: After acquiring Taulia, we pushed ahead with three main priorities to align with 麻豆原创 Business Suite. The first was the integration of the portfolio into 麻豆原创 Business Network so that, where suppliers and buyers both run 麻豆原创 Taulia solutions, they can utilize the network to benefit from early payment options and supply chain finance.

We also worked on integrating the solutions into and released the 麻豆原创 Taulia solutions for receivables financing and payables financing on 麻豆原创 Cloud ERP in February 2025. These are particularly relevant for small and midsize enterprises that want to grow and that need quicker payments to do so. The current focus is on the U.S., Canada, UK, DACH, and Singapore markets, with the goal of making this functionality available in additional countries soon.

Our third priority was to embed 麻豆原创 Taulia Virtual Cards into 麻豆原创 Ariba solutions. The cards enable buyers to pay their suppliers sooner — even before they issue an invoice — using a 鈥減ay on purchase order鈥 transaction. This ensures that the supplier in question has sufficient cash flow to fulfill the order.

Back in 2022, Taulia was described as a growth opportunity for 麻豆原创 and for customers. Could you tell us how 麻豆原创 Taulia is performing?

麻豆原创 Taulia already has several customers that finance billions through the platform, thereby improving both their own liquidity and that of their suppliers. My team鈥檚 objective is to increase that number and to continue scaling up, and we鈥檙e making good progress. Over the last three years, the volume of transactions processed with 麻豆原创 Taulia has risen steadily from US$500 billion to US$800 billion.

Customers are benefiting from this progress: one large enterprise in the oil and gas industry saved almost 鈧700,000 within a single month of going live. Extrapolated to a full year, that鈥檚 annual savings of almost 鈧8 million. So, the business case for customers is definitely there.

You presented the first AI use case in 麻豆原创 Taulia at 麻豆原创 Sapphire in 2025. Can you tell us about its value for customers?

The AI use case relates to our 鈥渋nsight to action鈥 approach and helps companies plan and improve their cash flow. 麻豆原创 Taulia has already been using artificial intelligence for some time to forecast supplier behavior around early payments. By combining this insight with data from an app on 麻豆原创 Business Technology Platform that provides transparency on free cash flow, the AI use case will give customers tips on how to improve their liquidity. It also runs through various scenarios showing them ways to influence it. Information like this is especially important for CFOs — never more so than in times of uncertainty.

Are there any other recent announcements you would like to share?

Yes, another important update is that 麻豆原创 Taulia is now part of 麻豆原创鈥檚 cloud ERP packages for the public cloud, 麻豆原创 Finance Base and 麻豆原创 Finance Premium, as well as the private cloud, 麻豆原创 Cloud ERP Private. This means that we can quickly show customers the positive business case for their transformation of using 麻豆原创 Taulia to improve their cash flow and achieve savings.

In times of global crisis, trade tariffs, and supply chain disruption, why are the 麻豆原创 Taulia solutions so vital for cash flow?

Cash is still king, especially in a crisis. An article published recently in German business newspaper Handelsblatt reported that net debt among the 40 companies on Germany鈥檚 DAX stock market index has increased eight percent to 鈧227 billion since the pandemic. Clearly, financing is a major issue, particularly given that interest rates have risen so sharply. Many companies borrowed when interest rates were low and are now having to refinance their loans at higher interest rates, which puts enormous pressure on their finance teams. 麻豆原创 Taulia solutions can help by providing the funding that businesses need.

Given the impact that trade tariffs have on the supply chain, it is vital that companies carry out liquidity planning and scenario analysis. They need to think about where they will manufacture their products in the future, what effect that choice will have on revenues, and how they can use 麻豆原创 Taulia to improve their cash flow.

Which reference customers are already benefiting from this?

麻豆原创 Taulia customers include Henkel, Airbus, Nissan, AstraZeneca, Kimberly-Clark, and Bridgestone.

One customer has enabled early payments to suppliers totaling over 鈧5 billion since the start of the program, which has led to an improvement in cash flow of more than 鈧1 billion during this period.

Your pledge is 鈥渢o create the future of finance together.鈥 What does that involve?

We want to team up with our partners and customers to influence the transformation of corporate finance. That includes working with banks and implementation partners and integrating 麻豆原创 Taulia into a swathe of 麻豆原创 solutions. Together, we offer customers a comprehensive portfolio of treasury and working capital solutions, ranging from payments and cash management to financial risk management.

One key aspect of our road map is our treasury and payment portfolio, which covers topics such as the future of payments. We are also working to integrate new technologies, including blockchain and digital currencies, so that we can offer our customers innovative payment and financing solutions.

麻豆原创 Taulia: learn more

In March of 2022, 麻豆原创 completed its acquisition of Taulia, a market leader in working capital management and supply chain financing offering a network for buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions.

The purpose of working capital management is to safeguard and optimize a company鈥檚 working cash flow. It helps businesses utilize their assets effectively and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet their short-term business objectives and financial obligations.

By managing their working capital effectively, businesses can free up cash that would otherwise be trapped on their balance sheets. This may in turn mean that they can reduce the need for external loans, expand their business, finance mergers and acquisitions, and invest in research and development.

Compared to other methods of generating liquidity, working capital management offers distinct advantages for businesses because it is directly linked to the receivables and payables transacted between buyers and suppliers. Smaller suppliers especially benefit from being able to prevent financing gaps by taking out loans from partner banks at rates normally enjoyed by large enterprises. Overall, working capital management strengthens the buyer-supplier relationship and creates a financial win-win for both parties.

Decoding Supply Chain Logistics: Four Strategies to Mature Your Logistics Operations /2025/06/four-strategies-mature-supply-chain-logistics-operations/ Mon, 16 Jun 2025 11:15:00 +0000 /?p=235181 In the face of growing economic volatility and rapidly evolving trade dynamics, supply chain leaders are under pressure to shift from reactive logistics models to proactive, data-driven operations. Organizations that quickly adapt to policy changes and global disruptions are better positioned to maintain resilience, while those that cling to the status quo may struggle to keep pace in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

The challenge is clear: without a plan to adapt and evolve, organizations expose themselves to rising logistics costs and limited scalability. To remain agile and deliver on rising customer expectations, companies must move along the logistics maturity curve鈥攖ransitioning from manual, fragmented practices to agile, automated operations.

With four key techniques outlined in our , organizations can accelerate their maturity journey and build supply chain logistics operations that are efficient, resilient, and orchestrated.

Driving efficiency: From manual tasks to intelligent automation

At the initial stages of maturity, logistics operations often rely on siloed and manual processes, such as contracting carriers via e-mail and managing data in spreadsheets. This fragmented approach creates inefficiencies, increases the risk of errors, and limits the scalability of operations.

Improving efficiency starts with the process of digitalization. By integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms with transportation and warehouse management systems, companies can streamline routine tasks like data entry, eliminate redundant communications, and better utilize resources. For example, intelligent operations can optimize transportation costs through load consolidation and mode shifting; enable better planning by reducing reliance on spot shipments; improve mileage and fuel consumption through route optimization; and prevent overpayments with invoice validation.

Automating these processes breaks down the first barrier to decision-making by handing valuable time back to logistics teams. And as organizations mature, these efficiencies become embedded into daily workflows that span the organizational gap across carriers and trading partners. Resource allocation becomes data-driven and adaptive, setting the stage for more advanced capabilities and collaboration.

Enhancing visibility to turn data into actionable insights

Limited visibility is a common pain point for lower-maturity organizations, where shipment status is either unknown until final delivery or only accessible by leaving the core fulfillment process. Without timely and integrated insights, it’s difficult to adjust to disruptions or meet rising customer expectations.

Drive orchestrated and resilient logistics operations with 麻豆原创

To move forward, businesses must turn insight into action, eliminating data silos to integrate real-time visibility into core order fulfillment processes. This technology enables proactive decision-making, powered by predictive analytics and automation.

Companies can further enhance agility and visibility by optimizing executable transportation plans that align with fulfillment needs. With these capabilities, customer service teams can forecast potential delays or disruptions and create automated customer notifications for exceptions or changes. Improved visibility ultimately leads to insights that can help companies commit to and then deliver on customer promises.

For businesses that need help turning data into action, can unify information from multiple sources to help align transportation management with broader supply chain operations.

Building resilience for the unexpected

In today鈥檚 volatile landscape, resilience puts leaders ahead of the pack. It鈥檚 a prerequisite for success. Mature organizations are built to absorb shocks and continue delivering, while less mature systems are often left scrambling to respond with costly, reactive measures.

Resilient logistics operations are flexible, sustainable, and data-driven. They make quick but methodical decisions when disruptions arise based on embedded analytics and intelligent optimization.

In the face of disruption, mature organizations look for ways to make marginal gains throughout planning, contracting, and execution. They understand that constant incremental improvement creates broader success. This can take the form of optimizing routes to minimize miles or shifting to lower-emission modes or equipment to reduce carbon footprints. These organizations may also examine their load configurations to fit more cases or pallets into a trailer or container, stacking efficiencies across their operation.

With the right tools and processes in place, businesses can transform potential disruptions into opportunities for competitive advantage.

Enabling orchestration by coordinating people, processes, and partners

Automated orchestration is the final step of the supply chain maturity model. Seamless, harmonized coordination of systems, people, and partners is the apex of supply chain logistics maturity. Here, every component of the logistics ecosystem operates in sync, guided by autonomous, AI-based technologies across a unified strategy. Such a high level of ecosystem integration allows organizations to anticipate risk, respond dynamically, and collaborate across their ecosystem.

Achieving orchestration demands connected systems across a unifying platform, real-time collaboration, and adaptive execution across the supply chain. Key elements to enable orchestration include access to predictive, real-time data on shipments, demand, capacity, weather, traffic, and port congestion that enable synchronized optimization, spanning a unified platform for digital transactions extended to a multi-modal carrier network.

In an era defined by an abundance of data yet a perpetual risk of disruption, standing still is not an option. Connecting the dots between people, processes, and partners will help companies stay ahead of potential disruptions and build the foundation for a collaborative, data-driven, and optimized supply chain.

Advancing with the right capabilities

No matter where an organization stands on the logistics maturity curve, the techniques outlined above can drive tangible progress鈥攑rovided the right plan is in place.

can empower organizations to optimize and automate execution and achieve real-time visibility to respond effectively to changing market conditions. Solutions like can further enhance collaboration between shippers and carriers, helping to reduce cost, improve on-time delivery rates, and eliminate friction across logistics processes.

To remain competitive, businesses must chart a clear path toward orchestrated logistics operations or risk being left behind by those that do.

The Supplier-Side Benefits of 麻豆原创 Business Network /2025/06/supplier-side-benefits-sap-business-network/ Wed, 11 Jun 2025 10:15:00 +0000 /?p=235138 The demand for supply chain resilience and agility has never been higher. Procurement and supply chain functions have evolved beyond mere cost management, becoming increasingly crucial to customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and overall business objectives. To navigate this complex environment, companies need comprehensive B2B solutions that foster collaboration and drive efficiency for both themselves and their trading partners.

In a previous article, I explored how 麻豆原创 Business Network can deliver measurable value for buyer organizations by accelerating order cycles, improving efficiency, and generating significant ROI. Now, I’m turning my attention to the other side of the equation: the suppliers.

A recent IDC white paper sponsored by 麻豆原创, , sheds light on how business networks can help organizations meet key goals by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and driving innovation. Let鈥檚 delve into the findings and explore how 麻豆原创 Business Network can transform the supplier experience.

Cutting costs through visibility and information sharing

Technology plays a critical role in the buyer-supplier relationship. Traditional collaboration tools, designed to bring buyers and sellers together, are increasingly limited in today鈥檚 rapidly evolving technological landscape. To meet new demands, organizations are turning to modern business networks that enable more efficient ways to collaborate with partners.

These networks offer greater convenience, speed, and a broad selection of products and services, transforming how businesses sell products and manage their end-to-end supply chain. To succeed, teams need meaningful visibility into supply chain activity. Discovering opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and deliver business value requires access to real insights across key metrics. Business networks make this possible by enabling end-to-end tracking of orders, shipments, and inventory. This transparency also contributes to stronger collaboration with customers, allowing teams to respond quickly to changes in demand, optimize inventory levels, and maintain more reliable and accurate forecasts.

Connect across companies to build stronger supply chains and deliver on the customer promise with 麻豆原创 Business Network

These benefits can be realized through automation capabilities contained within the platform, bringing further cost savings. For one customer using 麻豆原创 Business Network, automated order processing eliminated manual checks and data entry, significantly reducing costs. While manually processed orders cost around $30 each, automated orders cost them less than a dollar.

Beyond order processing, automation and data visibility also improved demand forecasting. Users reported a 19% increase in forecast accuracy, which helped reduce stockouts, overproduction, and production waste. With Ongoing Transition to 麻豆原创 BTP, 麻豆原创 Business Network Accelerates Innovation /2025/06/sap-btp-sap-business-network-innovation/ Mon, 02 Jun 2025 11:15:00 +0000 /?p=234857 In conversations with customers last month at , one question seemed to reverberate throughout the corridors of Orlando.

Boost productivity with powerful AI and agents

Amid the ongoing stresses to global supply chains exerted by tariffs, geopolitical tensions and the proliferation of mandates in many countries regarding electronic invoicing and materials traceability, how can organizations best deploy cloud-based business networks and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to extend visibility, steady the flow of commerce, and mitigate third-party risk?

To instill resilience throughout mission-critical operations and those of their trading partners, businesses are turning increasingly to AI-powered cloud solutions to orchestrate complex, often volatile, supply chains. But the sheer volume of transactions and rigor of processing across vast troves of underlying data require that digital commerce be anchored within an infrastructure durable enough to withstand today鈥檚 pace of change yet supple enough to sustain tomorrow鈥檚 scope of innovation.

That is why some of the most significant innovation underway for , the world鈥檚 largest business-to-business platform, involves its ongoing move to (麻豆原创 BTP), a shift with profound implications for 麻豆原创 customers and their ability to counter disruption.

The cloud-native architecture of 麻豆原创 BTP optimizes collaboration and innovation capabilities for organizations large and small, and the platform offers the scalability that 麻豆原创 Business Network customers and their trading partners require to perform at their peak as business needs evolve. With its high-performing infrastructure, 麻豆原创 BTP ensures seamless connectivity not only between 麻豆原创 Business Network and other 麻豆原创 solutions but across third-party systems as well.

Meanwhile, as differing regulatory regimes for electronic invoicing and materials traceability take effect in various countries, the built-in security and compliance features of 麻豆原创 BTP ensure that businesses can manage multi-tier supply chains while adhering strictly to regional requirements. In addition, ongoing innovation to 麻豆原创 Business Network takes full advantage of extensive AI capabilities in 麻豆原创 BTP to automate complex workflows and securely augment applications with agentic capabilities.

Facilitating carries the obligation that a business network continually earn anew the trust of the enterprises that rely on it for operational continuity, data security, decision-support quality, and regulatory compliance.

For 麻豆原创 Business Network, this means reinvesting on a regular basis in the architecture and infrastructure necessary to accelerate the speed of transactions, responsiveness to up-to-the-minute fluctuations in supply and demand, scalability to support business growth, streamlined integration across 麻豆原创 and non-麻豆原创 systems, greater extensibility and deeper functionality, an intuitive user interface that reduces complexity and friction, and the most advanced, AI-augmented analytics capabilities available anywhere.

The ongoing transition for 麻豆原创 Business Network to 麻豆原创 BTP accomplishes all of the above. Over the long run, however, the change that customers are likely to appreciate most is the ease with which they can innovate alongside their trading partners and shape new business models through the insights harnessed by AI applications drawing upon sprawling repositories of accumulated day-to-day operational data.

While 麻豆原创 Business Network upgrades its platform, it continues to innovate with several new capabilities announced at 麻豆原创 Sapphire. To provide additional support for product compliance and quality control, is introducing these features:

  • Mass upload of certificate documents: Suppliers can now bulk upload quality and compliance certificates directly within the advance shipping notification (ASN) upload template at the line-item level, significantly reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy
  • Buyer-controlled document mandates: Buyers can specify which type of certifications are required for each purchase order, automatically enforcing compliance and quality standards while streamlining the process

These capabilities simplify the tracking of critical certifications, including sustainability credentials, carbon footprint documentation, and industry-specific certifications. Benefits include improved compliance, reduced delays, enhanced process adoption, and improved traceability, thus supporting regulatory compliance and sustainability goals throughout the supply chain.

To enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability, is introducing these features:

  • Enhanced greenhouse gas emissions tracking: Integration of actual emissions data from carriers and logistics service providers into , enabling planned versus actual analysis, marks a crucial step toward capturing and analyzing data from external sources
  • Extended ocean freight support: New ocean tendering and dispute handling functionalities within 麻豆原创 Transportation Management are essential as the global container shipping market is to around US$15.87 billion in 2028

To strengthen the ability of operators, manufacturers, and service providers to manage equipment and other physical assets via a digital network for resiliency and transparency, is introducing these features:

  • Cloud-based ERP integration: Users can now initiate and manage ERP integration directly from the cloud, offering greater control over data synchronization
  • Enhanced material and model integration: Bi-directional integration of materials and models between 麻豆原创 Business Network Asset Collaboration and ERP systems
  • Inbound integration for shared functional locations: Synchronizing shared functional locations to improve collaboration between operators and service providers
  • Asset administration shell (AAS) file upload for equipment creation: Automate equipment creation and associated document management through AAS file uploads, reducing manual data entry
  • Quality inspection checklists: By the integration of checklists into 麻豆原创 Business Network Asset Collaboration, operators can share their inspection checklists and characteristics with service providers, who can in turn record the results for the operator

All of these enhancements are scheduled to be available by the end of 2025, offering businesses across industries the opportunity to transform their supply chain operations, drive sustainability initiatives, and attain new heights in efficiency, visibility, and competitive advantage.

Navigating the Uncertain Future for Supply Chains /2025/03/navigating-the-uncertain-future-for-supply-chains/ Wed, 19 Mar 2025 11:15:00 +0000 /?p=232560 The global supply chain landscape remains under pressure, facing unprecedented challenges and poised to undergo seismic shifts based on geopolitical conflicts, climate events, and workforce shortages. In this era of constant disruption, 麻豆原创 stands at the forefront of supply chain transformation. Our vision is clear: to empower our customers with transparent, resilient, and sustainable supply chains. We鈥檙e committed to delivering innovative cloud solutions and collaborative business networks that enable autonomous supply chains seamlessly integrated with .

To spearhead this critical business, 麻豆原创 recently appointed Dominik Metzger as the new president and chief product officer of Supply Chain Management at 麻豆原创. Metzger brings a wealth of experience and deep-rooted passion for tackling supply chain complexities. His years of hands-on work with customers navigating disruptions and driving transformation make him uniquely qualified to lead 麻豆原创鈥檚 new unit. This team combines , , and solutions, positioning the company to address the multifaceted challenges of modern supply chain management.

Nearly three months into this role, I caught up with Metzger to hear about how he鈥檚 adapting and his vision for the future of supply chain management at 麻豆原创.

Q: Having spent the last five years working in a variety of roles at 麻豆原创, what are your priorities for the new role?

A: During my time at 麻豆原创, I鈥檝e seen how supply chain management has transitioned into a dynamic and connected ecosystem that demands constant collaboration, end-to-end data integration, and agile processes to keep pace with constant disruptions. My chief priority is to ensure that we help customers not only respond to disruptions but also proactively prepare and act. We can do so by leveraging AI, generative AI, real-time data, and predictive analytics with the power of 麻豆原创鈥檚 technology. Our vision is to build an autonomous supply chain, enabling customers to have highly efficient processes and personalized, context-rich insights that incorporate data from across the enterprise. This approach allows their teams to focus on truly complex decisions.

A risk-resilient and sustainable supply chain is one that is connected, contextualized, and collaborative

With 麻豆原创 Business Suite, we offer our customers deeply connected, end-to-end supply chain processes鈥攆rom product data management for discrete and formulated products to planning the demand, supply, production, and inventory levels to purchasing parts and materials to manufacturing execution, logistics, and finally asset and service operations. These processes are turbocharged with a wealth of AI capabilities to help truly bring the experience to a business user.

Yet, AI is only as good as the data it runs on, so we are committed to ensuring all processes are relevant and responsible. Our recent launch of 麻豆原创 Business Data Cloud (麻豆原创 BDC) is a cornerstone of helping our customers fix their data at its very core, within the context of their business process. This makes any ontology or data semantic discussion obsolete: 麻豆原创 can provide out-of-the-box, semantically aligned data products, spanning end-to-end supply chain functions, enriched with unstructured data through our partnership with Databricks.

Our AI-first strategy will help enable companies to leverage the wealth of structured and unstructured data to become highly adaptive and, ultimately, autonomously act on even the most complex disruptions. We are now conquering the next frontier of truly autonomous supply chain agents, contextually rich and deeply anchored in customers鈥 business processes.

Now, one of the most valuable sources of data we have not yet discussed: data out of your n-tier supply chain. In the highly interconnected environments companies are operating in, the supply chain business is a network business. My top priority is to enable our customers to benefit from the immense value of 麻豆原创 Business Network. Our emphasis lies on increasing operational visibility and efficiency. Deep collaboration can enable buyers to identify new sources of supply, even during times of disruption. With market conditions constantly shifting, we are helping businesses to identify risks in the depth of their upstream supply chains to keep operations running and significantly reduce time to recovery.

How has your previous experience helped shape you for this position?

My career has taken me around the world鈥攆rom Southeast Asia to Europe to the Northeast United States鈥攁nd through various roles. This helped shape my approach, as I aim to deliver real value by ensuring our solutions are adaptable and capable of driving meaningful business outcomes.

Additionally, while I鈥檓 now based in Munich, Germany, I spent years of my adult life in Singapore and New York City. I was exposed to different business cultures, market dynamics, regulatory environments, and languages. This reinforced the importance of flexibility, creativity, and inclusivity, as 麻豆原创 supply chain management strives to build globally scalable solutions. In this new role, I鈥檓 combining those insights and experiences to guide supply chain management at 麻豆原创. I want our offerings to align with the real-world challenges our customers face daily, regardless of whether they鈥檙e a retailer in Asia or a manufacturer in North America. Ultimately, my experience has driven my commitment to ensuring our solutions are relevant, adaptable, and impactful.

Data Federation: Giving New Meaning to the Adage “Think Globally, Act Locally” /2025/02/data-federation-ksa-business-network/ Mon, 03 Feb 2025 13:15:00 +0000 /?p=231441 In December 2024, 鈥攖he world鈥檚 largest B2B platform, facilitating more than US$6.2 trillion in commerce annually in 190 countries鈥攍aunched its first data center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), representing a major step forward in the execution of 麻豆原创鈥檚 data federation strategy. 麻豆原创 Business Network has now become a distributed, decentralized, and federated business network for and across the EU, U.S., and KSA. With this milestone, 麻豆原创 has delivered on a crucial promise made to a highly consequential set of customers.

But what exactly is data federation? And why does it hold so much promise for customers in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere?

To counter the ever-present threat to global supply chains posed by disruption鈥攚hether arising from geopolitical conflict, labor unrest, financial crisis, natural disaster, or other upheaval鈥攂usinesses are turning increasingly to cloud-based solutions to extend visibility and instill resilience across their operations and those of their trading partners, particularly when managing supply chains, logistics, and dispersed capital equipment or other mission-critical assets. Yet just as businesses must assess risk on an international scale to stay competitive, they also must comply with a burgeoning set of regulations around the world requiring operational data to reside physically within a nation鈥檚 borders. By applying cloud-based solutions, businesses can transact commerce through global digital networks while adhering strictly to regional data residency requirements through an approach known as data federation.

Data federation permits operational information from disparate sources to be accessed and updated as though it resided in a single, unified location. Instead of moving or copying data from one system to another, federation provides users with real-time access unburdened by duplication.

Federation becomes crucial when an organization must unify its data across different storage platforms while ensuring the integrity and security of the underlying operational sources. This becomes particularly vital for companies with complex data architectures, whose data may reside in 麻豆原创 systems, cloud data lakes, or third-party applications. Data federation brings multiple advantages, especially in hybrid or multi-cloud environments, including global access, cost efficiency, unified governance and security, and faster time to insights.

But the advantages extend still further. With the launch of our KSA data center, 麻豆原创 Business Network core services have been deployed. This includes multilingual support, such as proficiency with languages read right-to-left like Arabic, and a Federated Trading Partner Index Service for routing transactions between different data centers. Saudi customers can thus adhere to local data privacy regulations while retaining the ability to collaborate and transact with trading partners around the world.

Why Is This Important?

With the deployment of 麻豆原创 Business Network in the KSA data center, public sector or critical national infrastructure (CNI) customers and prospects in KSA can rest assured that regulations have been followed strictly, allowing these organizations to transact on 麻豆原创 Business Network for Logistics and 麻豆原创 Business Network Asset Collaboration. Data federation helps ensure that trading partners can find each other, regardless of where they may be registered.

What鈥檚 Next?

The deployment of 麻豆原创 Business Network for Logistics and 麻豆原创 Business Network Asset Collaboration for Saudi customers in the public and critical national infrastructure sectors, for whom data federation is crucial, marks only the initial step. Later this year, both products will become available for private-sector customers in KSA as well. and will also be deployed in the KSA data center in coming quarters.
