And this week, as I join many of the world鈥檚 business and political leaders at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, I have never been more certain that people and technology will continue to be the essential resources for achieving these objectives and all of the (UN SDGs).

Humanity is entering one of its most transformative phases ever. OECD estimates, however, warn of a . Research shows that there could be a . One-third of all jobs worldwide may be transformed by technology in the next decade. The world鈥檚 young people will need a strong digital foundation to meet the challenges of the future.

Tech Skills Shortage

麻豆原创 technology will be at the center of much of the world鈥檚 transformation and the pursuit of the UN SDGs. While many companies and government agencies are introducing the new generation of 麻豆原创 software, we see a corresponding, clear need to add more 麻豆原创 technical specialists to the workforce.

People Drive Success: RISE with 麻豆原创 Inspires and Empowers Employees /2022/02/people-drive-success-rise-with-sap-training/ Mon, 28 Feb 2022 12:15:04 +0000 /?p=194982 RISE with 麻豆原创 is much more than an IT offering. It is a novel approach to the transformation of an entire organization into an intelligent enterprise 鈥 and this affects everyone involved. That’s why it’s essential for project teams and all end users to be involved and trained effectively.

Networked systems, analytics for decision-making, and modern infrastructures form the IT foundation of an intelligent enterprise. , which is already empowering global organizations such as Pfeiffer and the NBA, is more than the technical implementation of 麻豆原创 S/4HANA and the move to the cloud. It places equal importance on transforming existing business processes for the digital age and developing completely new ones. After all, innovation is the basis of tomorrow’s business models. And any transformation must pay close attention to a third aspect: people.

With the courage to change and the knowledge of new processes and tasks, project teams and end users determine the success of transformations. That鈥檚 why change management and employee training are key for efforts.

Basic learning opportunities for the transition to the new digital world are already included:

  • 麻豆原创 experts gain access to e-learning, learning communities, training systems, and regular updates via included 麻豆原创 Learning Hub licenses.
  • Users learn how to use the software within the application via a Web assistant, which features a content library of free standard guided tours, documentation, and tutorials.

Sascha Thiery, head of Deutsche Telekom’s 麻豆原创 S/4HANA Academy, also sees the relevance of further training. The academy plays a decisive role in ensuring that Europe’s largest mobile communications provider maintains its own “innovation leadership in the digital market,” as Thiery puts it. “Due to digital transformation and the resulting technological changes, there is a huge need for retraining all skill roles,” Thiery said.

Those who want to fully prepare their teams should also take advantage of additional offers.

Ensuring Acceptance for Change and Adoption of Solutions

The first question is: how can we motivate all employees for the transformation project right from the start? After all, teams that have been working together for years are accustomed to their existing workflows and tools.

The holistic approach of 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption can help with as well as training. Starting with a change impact assessment and a training needs analysis, 麻豆原创 experts first examine the specific status and options for action. To put it simply, the goal is to transparently communicate the course of the project and the benefits of the new solutions and processes to everyone involved so that they can see their concrete personal advantages.

However, in order to also change practices after the transformation and to use the full potential of the new solutions, more than motivation and ownership of the project is needed. All users must be familiar with the capabilities of the new software that are relevant to them and be able to use them confidently. A well-thought-out training strategy can therefore increase the success of a RISE with 麻豆原创 project many times over. In combination with change management, it turns employees into agents of change.

Moving to Continuous Learning

麻豆原创 Training and Adoption can support companies in creating and implementing an individual training strategy. At the beginning of the project, 麻豆原创 experts focus on training the project members. Employees acquire the latest 麻豆原创 knowledge firsthand and practice directly on training systems that support knowledge transfer. Even in-depth content is quickly internalized during the exchange with trainers and other learners.

In the Intelligent Enterprise, processes and software functions are constantly evolving. Because of this, every skill and every piece of knowledge has a shorter half-life than before. Continuous learning is correspondingly important. A cloud-based learning platform like makes this possible. Whether they choose from online courses that interest them or through the software that automatically suggests learning depending on their role 鈥 employees continue their educational flexibly at their own pace and on their own time. Last year, for example, Porsche subsidiary MHP used 麻豆原创 Learning Hub to alone.

The guides can help you find the right courses among the extensive training options. The visualized recommendations illustrate the best-practice learning path to mastering a solution, subdivided by specialist area and industry. Among the many 麻豆原创 Learning Journey guides on RISE with 麻豆原创, there is now also one specifically for .

Another option for efficient training for RISE with 麻豆原创 is , with separate programs for RISE with 麻豆原创 S/4HANA Cloud. Here, participants can benefit from the advantages of different learning methods and flexibly prepare for their RISE with 麻豆原创 projects in a blended learning approach. They can combine virtual 麻豆原创 Learning Class courses, which are moderated and guided by 麻豆原创 instructors, with self-study via 麻豆原创 Learning Hub and conclude with 麻豆原创 consultant certification.

For end users, formalized training with standard 麻豆原创 content is okay, but not the most efficient method. With the Web assistant service, employees can receive immediate support for their questions directly in their 麻豆原创 applications. This includes interactive documentation, embedded learning programs, and guided tours providing answers in the flow of work. A wide range of learning content on 麻豆原创 S/4HANA and other solutions is available and is constantly being expanded by 麻豆原创. With the help of , companies can adapt the existing content or create new content and thus individually design the continuous training of their team.

“RISE with 麻豆原创 is a complete package; in addition to software and services, learning for experts and users is also integrated,” explains Guido Gr眉ne, head of 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption, Central and Eastern Europe. Customers and partners keep reporting back on how crucial this is. “These topics are sometimes forgotten, but they are critical to success,” he added.

In a new open麻豆原创 course, you will learn the prerequisites for a successful business transformation to the cloud, how the technical migration works, and on which methods and concepts an intelligent enterprise is based. .

Change Management in 麻豆原创 Projects: How Employees Drive Transformation /2022/02/change-management-employees-drive-transformation/ Mon, 14 Feb 2022 12:15:55 +0000 /?p=194594 Unfamiliar systems, new processes, completely different ways of working: an 麻豆原创 implementation may unsettle users. That鈥檚 why change management is crucial for the success of any IT project, especially in the course of a business transformation. However, if you involve employees correctly and from the start, you turn them into allies and drivers of change. And that鈥檚 when opportunity pays off.

Entire industries are repositioning themselves on their journey to meet the demand for different approaches to business that did not exist before. Technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) are also fundamentally and increasingly changing the processes. The software for business transformation is being implemented under the leadership of the CIO, sometimes at a rapid pace.

However, the software is ultimately and primarily used by employees who were not involved in the selection process. Many of these employees and managers initially stick to their usual processes and are concerned about what changes an implementation of something such as 麻豆原创 S/4HANA will concretely mean for their everyday lives. It鈥檚 a human reaction, of course, but one whose consequences are often underestimated because work runs less efficiently, more errors can occur, and sometimes even shadow IT is created.

The Human Factor in Change Management

Oliver Kohnke emphasizes the importance of the human component in the change process. As Global Director of at 麻豆原创 Learning Services, he also recommends supporting change management digitally 鈥 through virtual workshops or semi-automated surveys and evaluations. He shares two lessons: in IT change projects, especially in the cloud world, we see less degrees of freedom than in other change projects. Efficiency and humanity should not be mutually exclusive.

It’s not just the IT experts who need to understand the new applications 鈥 it’s the entire management team and employees, according to Dr. Torben Mauch, head of Change Management at 麻豆原创 partner Nagarro ES. He knows from experience that a business transformation is only an IT project at first glance. “Thinking in terms of departments and old processes is often a major obstacle,” says Mauch in the EducationNewscast podcast. Change management, he says, needs to do much more than just explain the purpose of an 麻豆原创 implementation. It should get employees excited about the shared journey, actively involve them in shaping the new processes, and take concerns seriously as well as work to resolve them.

Change affects an organization鈥檚 people as well as the organization itself. 麻豆原创 calls this organizational change management. Ideally, it begins with a change assessment. In the planning phase of the implementation project, interviews and workshops with the most important project participants determine how the organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities within the company already fit with the vision. The next step is evaluating the people affected by the transformation and to what extent change management processes and competencies are in place.

Crisp Communication and a Shared Future

Change agents are then called upon to realize the change management concept. They represent their respective areas in the company, come together in a change network, and exchange and reflect on information about the necessary changes at regular intervals. At least that’s how it went at Evonik, where the chemical company’s migration affected about 15,000 users. “Because of this, we appointed coordinators from various business units and brought them to the table alongside representatives from communications,” explains Vali Maria Bluma, transformation office lead for Operations Excellence at Evonik. “With such a large undertaking, it is important to create clarity on the topic.”

Bluma鈥檚 recommendation from this experience is to communicate all important innovations concisely and precisely using figures, data, and facts. This includes how many employees in which regions will be affected. The change agents become liaisons between the management level and the respective departments and are available as contacts and multipliers for both parties.

Division managers often take on the role of a change agent. Anne Charlotte Luchtenveld, head of Talent and Development at Sch眉lke & Mayr, is a case in point. She manages the HR transformation of the disinfectant manufacturer. She sees herself as a strategist, coach, and project manager all in one. “The most important component of a successful IT project is a well-positioned interdisciplinary team that is intrinsically motivated and given the necessary decision-making power and creative freedom,” says Luchtenveld. This clear structure leads to long-term success, she adds.

“If the employer empowers the team and trusts them to work independently, employees are shown enormous appreciation. This has a positive effect on the working atmosphere and encourages employees,” explains Luchtenveld.

Connect Training with Digital Transformation

Anyone who manages people is familiar with the “can-may-will” model. Employees can only fully exploit their potential if they have the necessary skills, if the use of their competencies is actually welcomed and encouraged, and if they are motivated. Change management aims to ensure that employees are able and willing to do so. The ability requires a flexible training strategy. 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption has developed a holistic approach that works to involve and empower employees equally.

Furthermore, it is important that a transformation is seen as more than just a one-off activity, but as a continuous learning journey. Guido Schlief, head of 麻豆原创 Services Middle and Eastern Europe, agrees that employees should always have access to information on software updates, new learning material, and background information in order to best meet the latest requirements.

Employees embrace the new software because they recognize not only the benefits for the company, but also for their own work, resulting in adoption and acceptance. They transform from mere users and become “allies,” drivers of change.

And that, in turn, increases the added value of the implementation.

To gain knowledge from industry thought leaders and 麻豆原创 customers on why focusing on transformation, training, and how to manage them both are key, .

Find and Create Top Talent with Up-to-Date Technology Certification /2021/09/up-to-date-technology-certification-find-create-top-talent/ Wed, 08 Sep 2021 12:15:21 +0000 /?p=188067 What do you look for in a job candidate? Skills, experience, and education are probably top priorities. But what if there was another option, a way you could know that a candidate will fulfill their role and support your business because they stay on top of the latest technology standards and trends?

Now there is, with the right certification. Certification is a marker of foundational knowledge and continued learning. So when a candidate comes to you with a respected, up-to-date technology certification, you can trust that they are among the best at what they do.

Win the Competition for Top Talent

As the cloud becomes increasingly pervasive, more partners are looking for talented consultants who are certified and willing to stay current on this new and evolving technology. This makes for a significantly more competitive talent market. On top of that, candidates and employees have more needs and demands than ever.

It鈥檚 never been harder to find and retain the right talent. Certification equips you with the tools needed to win the ongoing war for talent in two ways: hiring highly qualified employees and enhancing your existing workforce.

Find Top Talent

Certification provides at-a-glance insight into which candidates are highly skilled and motivated. For example, to receive a certification in 麻豆原创 solutions, a candidate must pass a rigorous and comprehensive exam from 麻豆原创. Unlike a physician or certified accountant, technology experts do not need certification to practice in their field, so a technology certification speaks volumes about those who have received it. The certification says that a candidate has gone out of their way to educate themselves on the latest in 麻豆原创 technology.

Create Your Own Top Talent

You may have some of the best in the business working for your company, but if they aren鈥檛 certified, how can your customers know your employees are a cut above the rest? Customers today increasingly look for certifications. This reassures them that your business can provide the up-to-date expertise they need. This is because up-to-date certification requires continuous learning to pass the latest exam.

On top of that, customers are looking toward the cloud to solve their greatest business challenges and enable their digital transformations. Customers like cloud-based solutions because developers are constantly updating these solutions to meet customers鈥 needs. But this means that your business must do more to stay on top of these changes as cloud technology evolves.

When your peers say that experience is what matters most when choosing a new job candidate, think twice. The basis for that experience 鈥 especially if it is cloud technology 鈥 is changing. A candidate who has recently taken an online exam and received a certification from a reputable certification organization has proven that they are committed to advancing their own knowledge and skills and staying current with the latest in technology.

Sharpen Your Competitive Edge

The partner edition of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub provides the tools, learning content, and practice your employees need to receive certifications from the 麻豆原创 Global Certification program and to stay current. When a candidate or employee has access to 麻豆原创 Global Certification and the partner edition of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, this means that they are:

  • Equipped with the latest digital learning content to stay current, available 24×7
  • Up to date with comprehensive knowledge of 麻豆原创 technologies, including cloud solutions from 麻豆原创

  • Empowered to take 鈥渙ne-attempt鈥 certification exams, a new offering that enables consultants to take an exam once and as needed

Getting Ahead of the Skills Curve /2021/07/getting-ahead-skills-curve/ Tue, 06 Jul 2021 13:00:46 +0000 /?p=186488 What鈥檚 the uber skill? The ability to constantly learn, evolve, update, or even un-learn relevant skills. Today, training workforces to acquire that mindset of continuous learning is everything. We spoke with Stefan Haenisch, senior vice president of 麻豆原创 Learning Strategic Initiatives at 麻豆原创, to dive deeper into his perspective, especially as he comes out of the World Economic Forum鈥檚 summer event, , and recently published an for WEF about the critical lessons in workforce skilling and lifelong learning.

Q: In your article for the World Economic Forum, you discuss the importance of connecting business strategy to workforce skills. Can you share what this looks like and why it鈥檚 so essential?

A: Every company plots out its business strategy. But how often does it think about how this relates and aligns with its people strategy and strategic workforce planning and skill building?

For example, if our strategy is to use to make our products smarter, we must simultaneously be asking ourselves how we can on the required skills to drive this vision.

Skill training shouldn鈥檛 be an afterthought. Instead, by connecting skills and strategy from the very beginning, companies can proactively adapt and more effectively position themselves for long-term success.

How does an organization develop skills for the future when things are changing so frequently and we can鈥檛 possibly know what the world will look like in the next couple of years?

As we saw with , things may go differently than predicted. Companies must embrace ambiguity and disruption when it comes to skills for the future. A recent article in the noted, 鈥淚f you focus on building individual micro skills, you may be missing the bigger picture.鈥 Indeed, there are 鈥榚xpiration dates鈥 on technical skills as innovation emerges, so companies must establish a culture that encourages agility and experimentation in the workforce 鈥 and, not least, motivates continuous learning 鈥 in order to yield sustainable success. Soft skills like dealing with uncertainty, staying curious, as well as embracing and tolerating ambiguity are the foundation of employees being ready for the future. They can then quickly and continuously keep up the relevant hard skills.

asserts that the in our technology-driven world is about 鈥渃reating an environment where organizations can optimize human potential鈥 and 鈥渆mpowering workers with agency and choice over what they do, unleashing their interests and passions.鈥 What this means is that the ultimate skill is being able to continuously learn in a constantly changing business environment. Fostering agile, innovative mindsets and curiosity throughout the workforce 鈥 promoting not only the need to learn, but the want to learn 鈥 helps companies to think big and earn a competitive edge.

How do offerings at 麻豆原创 help support strategic workforce planning and continuous learning?

At 麻豆原创, we value ongoing learning as part of the foundation for success. In the fast-moving tech sector where skill demand changes faster than in other industries, we鈥檙e constantly evolving our learning offerings to support the hard and soft skills needed to help people stay competitive.

Inside 麻豆原创, for example, we look at a long and successful track record in deploying skills management to effective resource management in our consulting business and are now evolving this to support dynamic and forward-looking workforce planning and development.

The New Learning Toolbox for 麻豆原创 S/4HANA Has Arrived /2021/04/new-learning-toolbox-sap-s4hana/ Wed, 28 Apr 2021 11:15:46 +0000 /?p=184766 The past years have radically altered the manner in which the business world learns. Companies are compelled to become ever more agile and transformative and consequently there will have to be far greater emphasis on enabling workforces.

Meanwhile, a disrupted operating landscape with fresh business challenges requires us to rethink how we train our people. Naturally it makes little sense to be attempting to solve today鈥檚 challenges with yesterday鈥檚 tools.

A new toolkit is needed.

Learning and Enablement Gets an Update

Transforming business always starts with people. Education has therefore taken on ever greater strategic importance in today鈥檚 fast-evolving and automated environment, where workers are called upon to undertake new tasks and exhibit different skill sets at a moment鈥檚 notice.

Learning can therefore no longer be considered a single event, but a continuous and ongoing process intrinsic to a modern way of daily life and work. As such, the manner in which training is delivered needs to be reexamined. Learning must be more accessible, easier to consume, and altogether more straightforward and efficient.

How do business leaders ensure their workforces retain the skills they need for a successful future?

Elevating and Integrating Learning and Development

Companies must create comprehensive and dynamic learning programs that are based on their needs and goals. According to a from McKinsey, 鈥淐ompanies rely on their learning and development (L&D) functions to help workforces learn fast. How to Make the Most of Virtual Learning /2021/02/make-most-virtual-learning-in-2021/ Wed, 03 Feb 2021 13:15:26 +0000 /?p=182760 Last year was one of profound transformation within education. In 2020, learning institutions were compelled to go virtual almost overnight and students were suddenly exposed to new technological tools as well as the need to learn from home. Distance education became the norm.

Welcome to the Next New World of Learning

While certain institutions were already well-versed in modern digital learning, these changes have impacted practically every learner and teacher. Some of the key emerging trends include:

  • Displacement and decentralization of the classroom
  • Adapting the home to a multifunctional space encompassing leisure, learning, and working
  • The growing need for informal social experiences
  • The rise of differentiated, engaging instruction
  • A shift from passive to active learning
  • The appearance of modern learners with significantly higher expectations for a flexible, on-demand, personalized educational experience

To assist you with this transformative journey, 麻豆原创 Community members and education experts from the 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption team have joined forces to compile a set of learning hacks and practical tips.

1. Acclimatize to the New Mode of Instruction

To be effective, remote training requires many of the same core ingredients as traditional instruction: clear goals, reflection, documentation of the learning process, checking for understanding, and prompt feedback. For a well-designed learning experience, teachers therefore need to come up with ways to provide opportunities to practice, apply, reflect upon, and reinforce what is learned.

Meanwhile, you, as the student, need to cultivate an appropriate, enabling ecosystem by:

  • Minimizing distractions in your physical and digital environments
  • Gathering, ordering, and mastering your tech
  • Ensuring you have the appropriate hardware and furniture
  • Managing time
  • Being organized and disciplined

Efficient Learning Hacks: Did you know there are tools out there that can assist with productive learning? These include visual project management 鈥樷 boards, 鈥樷 time keeping techniques, , and for decluttering the mind prior to a learning session.

2. Jump-Start Your Learning Experience

Nailing the details of your learning experience can pay back handsomely. In today鈥檚 learning landscape, we are overwhelmed with vast amounts of content to watch, read, and listen to, but knowing is different from doing. To get the very most out of online learning, make sure you organize your new knowledge in a way that you can easily access, reflect, retain, apply repeatedly, and adapt to new contexts.

Order your freshly acquired knowledge to make it more meaningful:

  • Organize your notes digitally with note-taking tools like or
  • Break down learning to smaller, but regular chunks to make it a habit
  • Document your progress with and mind maps like
  • Set up an online calendar so you don鈥檛 miss deadlines
  • Hold regular retrospectives in the evenings or at the end of the week
  • Factor in time for self-reflection and hands-on-practice

Experiment: Each of us possesses an individual, unique learning preference in how we best acquire and process new information. Experiment to discover yours. If you study best with other people around, why not consider a co-working app like to boost your productivity?

3. Take Your Learning Social

It鈥檚 long been recognized that high-flying students require opportunities not just to listen or read, but to actively process the information being presented. Social media-enabled communities or collaborative virtual classes allow for entirely new types of peer-to-peer learning journeys where fellow students solve issues together through problem-based discussion and reflection. This enables the learning to stick.

Consider ramping up your interactions to increase information retention:

  • Participate in discussion forums and respond to peers鈥 posts
  • Create a social network group to share ideas and knowledge
  • Take advantage of video breakout study groups and form a learning circle with
  • Gamify your learning and think of stories, personas, or how you can reinforce yourself and others
  • Harness real-time, multi-player editors like or Wikis to write joint notes
  • Brainstorm and sketch together with and

Discover: Ready to test-drive the exciting new mode of peer-to-peer, collaborative learning? bring you a uniquely interactive, virtual training experience that seamlessly blends social networking with study.

4. Embrace the Augmented Classroom

The beauty of virtual learning is it not only replicates the conventional classroom in a virtual setting, but actually improves upon, enriches, and augments traditional teaching techniques. With more control over your own learning, you are able to work at your own pace, channelling your energy to areas where your individual need is greatest.

Inherently modular, virtual training also mobilizes a wider variety of resources to support a rich learning experience. This can include 鈥渕icro-lectures鈥 that bundle course material into coherent, bite-sized chunks to stimulate the senses from multiple directions. IBM has found that participants tend to learn five times more material in online learning settings that harness multimedia than in traditional face-to-face courses.

Digital learning enhances your knowledge acquisition because it:

  • Balances both synchronous and asynchronous learning
  • Caters to multiple learning styles and preferences simultaneously
  • Introduces new forms of interactive educational discovery
  • Places the student right at the heart of the learning process

Reflect: Imagine that, instead of having to go to class, your learning environment came to you wherever and whenever you wanted it. offers the same teachers, course materials, personal support, and face-to-face instructor engagement as a traditional classroom, but delivers it remotely to your very own home.

Acquiring new skills聽has never been so accessible, convenient, and individually tailored to you.聽麻豆原创 re-imagined the remote learning experience and has been at the forefront of pioneering these聽innovations. Let us guide you through the new world of 麻豆原创 Learning and Adoption.

The Value of Certifications: Learning as a Sustainable Competitive Advantage /2020/12/certifications-learning-sustainable-competitive-advantage/ Wed, 30 Dec 2020 13:15:17 +0000 /?p=181948 A popular proverb states that 鈥淜nowledge is power.鈥 Though true, knowledge can become obsolete if one is not able to adapt to changes in technology, industry, or consumer trends. Perhaps the former business theorist Arie de Geus said it better back in 1988: 鈥淭he ability to learn faster than your competitors may be the only sustainable competitive advantage.鈥 Never has this been more apparent than in the rapidly changing world that we now live.

The pace at which today鈥檚 innovations are being continuously deployed, through a shift toward cloud and frequent release cycles, means that up-to-date skills that were once 鈥渘ice to have鈥 are now essential in delivering valued business outcomes to customers. Now more than ever, companies are looking to new technologies for business process improvement and to enable entirely new business models, and the skills and competencies of the workforce are key success factors for a successful transformation.

A recent IDC study forecasts that the 麻豆原创 partner opportunity will expand to US$260 billion by 2024. This growth is underpinned and driven by growth in cloud solutions from 麻豆原创. Through these new market opportunities, over 280,000 new consultant jobs will be created between 2020 and 2024. These opportunities also present challenges in ensuring workforces have the latest skills and knowledge of cloud solutions from 麻豆原创, meaning the time is now for acquiring crucial knowledge and the certifications to back it up.

Software certifications build your organization鈥檚 credibility and increase customer confidence in successful business outcomes. Highly trained staff proven to meet high professional standards provides tangible proof of your commitment to excellence.

麻豆原创 partner Rizing has experienced this: 鈥淭here鈥檚 a direct correlation between professional, certified consultants on a project and satisfied clients. Projects with professional, certified consultants are more likely to be successful, resulting in happy and referenceable customers. The 麻豆原创 Global Certification digital badges are a quantifiable indicator of our 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors expertise. Being 麻豆原创 experts is not just a claim we make, but we have the data to prove it.鈥

The 麻豆原创 Global Certification program not only heightens your organization鈥檚 reputation as a trustworthy, knowledgeable expert with proven 麻豆原创 capabilities, but also differentiates your organization.

GP Strategies confirmed that the 麻豆原创 Global Certification program allows them to provide piece of mind to their customers that they are making the right choice with their implementation capabilities. 鈥淲e always staff our implementations with a professionally certified lead consultant for each module. This makes us stand out from the crowd and position us as the experienced and safe partner choice.鈥

Through differentiating with the 麻豆原创 Global Certification program, 麻豆原创 partners are also able to set themselves apart from the competition during the sales cycle. Rizing can credit recent deal closings to their certifications. 鈥淭wo recent sales wins with net-new customers specifically called out our consultant certifications and the depth of knowledge we have in our organization as reasons for choosing us as the vendor of choice. This follows a pattern of historical acknowledgement in many cycles that certification is a key differentiator.鈥

Certifications are not only a way to stay ahead of the competition; IT certifications also bring several benefits to attract top talent and motivate employees. Software certifications are proven to boost worker confidence, productivity, and job satisfaction. Certified employees are better prepared to get the most out of software technologies, work more efficiently, and improve the business outcomes of their projects, meaning certifications are a great way to motivate your workforce to succeed by demonstrating your commitment to people and excellence.

ABeam has seen how the 麻豆原创 Global Certification program helped it become first choice for its customers as well as motivate and develop its employees. 鈥淚n our experience at ABeam, the more certified consultants you employ, the more likely you will be the first choice for clients who, for example, want to improve their current customer experience solutions or start using 麻豆原创 in general. Of course, ABeam in general proactively encourages us to further develop our skills and knowledge. The 麻豆原创 Global Certification program can act as motivation for as well as proof of that.鈥

One key tool 麻豆原创 uses to supports its partners in preparing for 麻豆原创 Global Certification is . 麻豆原创 Learning Hub supports learners to build and maintain 麻豆原创 solution skills with online, collaborative, hands-on, and expert-led training. Learners can start their learning experience with the Learning Journey interactive guides, recommended paths to full solution competency specific to the learner鈥檚 roles and goals.

麻豆原创 Learning Hub also promotes continuous learning to ensure skills stay current, which is imperative in addressing the frequent innovation releases in cloud solutions from 麻豆原创, to help ensure consultants are equipped to reach new customers and drive successful business outcomes.

With more and more people understanding the value of upskilling and certifying, learners need to stay ahead of the curve to not be left behind. Prime your organization to lead in the digital economy with a skilled and confident workforce and trusted certifications by 麻豆原创.

Let鈥檚 look at what we can learn from them.

Personalized Learning at Altran

As a leading provider of IT consultancy services, Altran assists its global customers in achieving digital transformation.

For its consultants to understand the full capability of solutions that can enable customers to grow their businesses, they needed a centralized e-learning platform. They implemented a 24×7 learning program that gave their consultants access to a wide range of training content, simulation tools, and learning maps.

Even more helpful to its global business, 麻豆原创 Learning Hub enabled Altran鈥檚 multinational staff to train using material in their native language and provided personalized training and certification programs based on users鈥 individual roles and requirements. After 12 months of using 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, Altran was able to create and deliver tailored training materials and improve consultants鈥 test scores from 30% to 83%. Just as personalized learning holds the promise of being an effective training strategy in 2021, so does the ability for people to learn with and from each other.

Collaboration is Key for Ernst & Young

The goal sounded challenging: train large teams of global consultants to inspire customer confidence in 麻豆原创 software technology while reducing training times by a third. Professional services company Ernst & Young also wanted to reduce its carbon footprint by finding a training solution that would work for them.

That is where 麻豆原创 Learning Rooms, a collaborative learning offering that is part of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, came in. What Ernst & Young put into action allowed its consultants to learn together on a system that was kept up to date, personalized, localized, and available 24×7. Not only did the company achieve its goal of a 30% reduction in training times, but it was also able to reduce costs by two-thirds by implementing a scalable solution.

As for the learners, they participate in communities and are able to take advantage of another learning trend: fast upskilling with the right information.

Targeted Upskilling Helps CNT

The knowledge required to stay ahead can change quickly. To keep up, training should be provided in the moment of need and with up-to-date material. CNT Management Consulting provides its services to projects domestically in Austria, but also throughout Europe and North and South America. Its people must be informed on regular updates to software solutions.

The advantage of CNT鈥檚 targeted upskilling was that its people were able to complete training requirements and engage with activities when it suited their schedules. As the latest part of its dynamic learning culture, 麻豆原创 Learning Hub allows employees to increase their competency, qualifications, and involvement in the company. CNT assigned 2,439 courses and materials, completed 656 courses, and certified 1,543 learning hours. Those numbers back up a training program that adds value by retaining its people and attracting new talent.

A New Year鈥檚 Resolution to Keep

Not too many predicted what would happen in 2020 this time last year. But we have been reminded that business growth is perpetually tied to people. While tools and learning trends may come and go, giving people the skills to drive business growth is forever.

The value that Altran, Ernst & Young, and CNT have added via their training have something in common: 麻豆原创 Learning Hub. The solutions these businesses are already using, such as 麻豆原创 Live Access and 麻豆原创 Learning Rooms, are all available on the hub.

麻豆原创 Learning Hub provides both individuals and companies with 24×7 training — making investing in learning a New Year鈥檚 resolution to keep.

Now that the year is drawing to an close, we want to take a moment to review what 2020 has been like for .

Like many others, we had to face and overcome various challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this year has also been a very successful one for open麻豆原创. The platform welcomed more than 200,000 newly registered learners and exceeded the milestone of 1 million registered learners. As in previous years, we received feedback from our learners, and they have again been immensely satisfied with their learning experiences on open麻豆原创.

In the spring, 麻豆原创 CEO Christian Klein announced the company鈥檚 new digital learning initiative, which helps make innovative educational content accessible to anyone during this challenging time. open麻豆原创 became the home for this initiative, where learners could access online content from across all 麻豆原创 training areas.

In the middle of the year, open麻豆原创 opened courses from previous years to allow learners to catch up and earn certificates. Learners gladly took advantage of this offering. Between March 31 and June 30, there were more than 25,000 records of achievement, and over 35,000 confirmations of participation were awarded in self-paced courses.

This has been a year full of change and improvement on open麻豆原创 as well. We launched open麻豆原创 Podcasts and a restructured platform for open麻豆原创 Microlearning. We are proud to say that, at this point in time, we have state-of-the-art platforms for each of the three learning formats and are on our way to an integrated learning experience on聽.

Is User Enablement the Secret Sauce for Success? /2020/12/sap-enable-now-user-enablement-secret-success/ Tue, 15 Dec 2020 13:15:01 +0000 /?p=181569 Among the many changes emerging from the global pandemic, the acceleration of digital transformation and movement to the cloud have both highlighted and heightened the need for skilled people and effectiveness of work.

reported that 87% of companies are either currently facing skills gaps or expect gaps to emerge in the next five years, and the recently indicated that, on average, 40% of workers will require reskilling of six months or less. A lack of advanced upskilling programs can inhibit growth opportunities and hinder success. found that less than 20% of leaders feel their company has made 鈥渟ignificant progress鈥 in establishing an employee upskilling program.

I believe that the companies positioned for the greatest success are those that prioritize employees鈥 reskilling, upskilling, and continuous learning while recognizing the importance of meeting the learners where they are, empowering them, and providing a broad range of skills to help them succeed.

Providing the Right Knowledge at the Right Time

According to the same PwC survey, upskilling and reskilling programs 鈥 especially advanced ones 鈥 create positive impact across organizations, achieving outcomes that include:

  • 60% stronger corporate workforce productivity
  • 43% higher workforce productivity
  • 37% greater business growth
  • 51% greater innovation and accelerated digital transformation
  • 35% reduction in skill gaps and mismatches

Truly advanced and effective upskilling offerings are those that offer the right information at the right time in the right work context. With the increased number of remote and distributed workers today, employees require self-led enablement鈥攁nytime and anywhere鈥攖o be in the driver鈥檚 seat for their own careers and learning journeys.

By regularly offering new and engaging content, businesses can empower employees to make digital transformation and upskilling efforts successful. Instead of sending an overload of information, it is critical to meet learners in their consumption mode鈥攚hen they are in an active learning mode and in the mindset to learn and absorb specific material. This can even empower them to share knowledge and collaborate with their peers.

To that end, 麻豆原创 solutions like offer agile, step-by-step guidance that meets every worker鈥檚 own pace and learning style. With the flexibility that 麻豆原创 Enable Now provides, organizations can customize learning environments and formats to fit how and when individuals learn best.

Moving Beyond New Technology

Technology adoption is crucial. The greatest software can only achieve the expected success when people use it to deliver new levels of business performance. To dramatically increase the speed of adoption, companies must provide next generation employee-driven learning. To support users with a simplified experience and instantly enable them on software usage without formal training, companies should provide dynamic step-by-step instructions and information.

What鈥檚 more, the need for upskilling and reskilling goes beyond product-related skills. Business skills are also necessary ingredients for productivity and broader success. With enablement strategies often already based on the technological aspects, advanced enablement programs stand out when they incorporate soft skills that enhance other elements of a working business environment鈥攂oth in person and virtual.

To further position users for success across work environments, companies must empower users with agency in their roles and skill sets. Organizations can support their people by providing guidance for specific business needs at the precise moment of need, particularly in the digital age. As such, 麻豆原创 has uniquely designed the 麻豆原创 Enable Now solution to cultivate key ingredients for success through its ability to produce or adapt any kind of enablement content in multiple formats.

Companies are also recognizing the value of continuous learning with 麻豆原创. According to Yuliya Kuratova, HRD, Alcohol Siberian Group (ASG), 鈥溌槎乖 Enable Now helps us guarantee that only trained users will work in our new system based on 麻豆原创 S/4HANA. Errors occur less, and our specialists feel more confident and in control.鈥

Dirk Goette, head of Academy at itelligence AG, shared that the digital platform 鈥渁llows our consultants to complete training courses at their own pace without having to travel to a training center. The learning content is well structured and is being used by our consultants and customers alike.鈥

Aakashi Sunil Shah, senior analyst at Capgemini, agreed that 鈥麻豆原创 Global Certification gives more and better opportunities to individuals. There鈥檚 a certain level of recognition and respect among peers, professionally and personally.鈥

Looking ahead, organizations undoubtedly require innovative technology, business innovation, and a talented, skilled workforce. 麻豆原创 will continue to strengthen the enablement of the 麻豆原创 user to meet business user needs with the critical ingredients for when, where, and how they learn and perform best.

In the end, it is the enabled user who makes digital transformation a success.

How 麻豆原创 Certification and 麻豆原创 Learning Hub Add Value to Individuals and Companies /2020/12/modern-learning-journey-sap-certification-sap-learning-hub/ Thu, 10 Dec 2020 12:15:22 +0000 /?p=181462 Digital transformation is now commonplace, requiring everyone — individuals and businesses — to keep up. In this age of constant change, life-long learners are wanted and a key step in this new continuous learning is certification.

But validation of skills is not the final step. The modern learning journey is like climbing a mountain only to see yet another peak appear. Individuals and companies including DXC Technology, Rizing HCM, and Southern Cross Computing are rising to that challenge by providing their people with learning, certification, and starting again. But what does this continuous cycle offer individuals and business?

Rewarding Experience for Individuals

Work experience, skills, qualifications, and professional certifications on display via our social media profiles are part of the new normal. And with interconnected digital networks, our professional experiences go beyond borders or current location. Individuals with the proven ability to perform receive recognition and value for their skills and can compete for jobs across the globe. With the right skills, you could be in Singapore today and find the perfect job in Johannesburg tomorrow.

91% of respondents surveyed in a study of
more than 10,000 IT professionals
who took IT-related certifications say
that the professional credibility gained
through certification is worth the time and money

There are clear competitive advantages in the recruitment processes when your skills are transparent and on display for recruiters and when you are engaged in a continuous cycle of improvement. But the do not end with the individual. Companies deploying employee-wide certification programs are also reaping the rewards of a trained and knowledgeable workforce.

Clear Business Advantage

The centerpiece of the future of work is upskilling, along with the understanding that it is not a final destination, but a continuous process. Companies are seizing the moment and investing in learning programs to certify their people in preparation for 2021 and keep them up to date beyond.

The urgency to validate employee skills was so immediate that IT service company DXC Technology updated its training program. It certified 409 consultants in cloud solutions — four times more than the previous year. The firm took this leap to demonstrate to clients that it has certified, credible, skilled people that can help with their digital transformations. DXC Technology has already seen the result: 16% growth in digital revenue. To see that kind of growth, learning has to be part of a global company culture.

Rizing HCM, specializing in human capital management (HCM) consultancy, grew its established reputation as an employer of choice by offering comprehensive professional development opportunities. That effort, now part of its success, helps attract and retain highly skilled talent. The company maintains scores of professional certifications of its global workforce and is continuing to grow its reputation as a leader in designing and implementing world-class HCM solutions.

Down under, Southern Cross Computing needed a way to incorporate continuous learning into busy schedules. As a professional services firm that provides consulting to both the federal government and private enterprises in Australia, it turned away from off-site training toward certification from anywhere, at any time, in order to keep consultants up to date. The company achieved reduced training costs per-consultant, a benefit that will continue into 2021.

This year has been one of unprecedented changes. Certifications are making people and business more flexible and resilient even as that next unforeseen challenge approaches. Individuals taking advantage of certification programs benefit from concrete results. Learning and certification programs, like those put in place by DXC Technology, Rizing HCM, and Southern Cross Computing provide their people with the knowledge they need.

Bridging the Gap for More Effective Remote Learning /2020/12/more-effective-remote-learning-bridging-gap/ Wed, 09 Dec 2020 13:15:03 +0000 /?p=181406 In 2020, the computer officially became the new classroom. This is true from kindergarten to corporate training. But the trend is not new; the pandemic accelerated us toward a digitized future that was already forming.

When faced with COVID-19 restrictions last spring, educators had existing online content and delivery platforms in place. 麻豆原创 was also ready with thousands of hours of content online. Because of this, we could facilitate a rapid shift to distance learning for 麻豆原创 professionals much more seamlessly than we could have even just five years ago.

Our digital transformation, however, was not entirely positive. The acceleration did not just take us to a future of e-learning, it also highlighted the shortcomings of how we reskill in a remote world. This year taught us that an online course alone will not cut it. The year 2020 also made it abundantly clear that networking in the comments below a YouTube video is not the type of networking that helps you land a job.

To understand why, consider the three primary benefits of classroom learning. First, learners are exposed to new ideas and information. Second, learners make personal and professional connections, building a network of peers and experts in their field. Finally, learners receive professional qualifications that are recognized and respected among employers 鈥 often in the form of a degree or certification.

Learners in a remote world expect to receive these same three benefits. But while an online course might teach learners new ideas and processes, they tend not to confer the rest of the experience.

The good news is that with a little creativity, a lot of innovation, and a focus on what learners require, we can get there. Zoom fatigue is no reason to give up indefinitely. If we do not crack this digital puzzle, we will fall far short of the workforce transformation we need to flourish across the economy.

Today, as long-term unemployment rates skyrocket, more workers are turning to digital education to reskill themselves for a new reality. The scale of the challenge is staggering. It is estimated that more than . We cannot upskill our workforce by bringing those 1 billion people back to school in a traditional sense. We need more.

The desire is in the data. This year at 麻豆原创, our digital model 聽麻豆原创 Learning Hub has seen course enrollments grow by more than 14% year-over-year (YoY). Active learners on open麻豆原创, a platform that offers massive open online courses (MOOCs), have increased by more than 22% YoY.

Today鈥檚 learners are desperate for learning that is not just a distribution of content. They need those experiential aspects of learning offered in the classroom. While 麻豆原创 saw 14% growth in course enrollments, we also saw almost triple that level of growth in peer-to-peer engagement within virtual learning rooms, which are online environments for learners to interact directly with each other and experts.聽In October, we piloted 1:1 coaching in learning rooms for personalized guidance 鈥 and they were oversubscribed by more than 600%.

The adoption levels of those new formats are staggering for an education business with hundreds of millions in revenue and hundreds of thousands of learners. But it is proof that educators can do more than pump information into users with a digital channel. For every learning professional, their job is to think about how they can create human connections and foster the career development required to make distance learning a success.

We have been making progress day by day. But as an industry, we can do better. 麻豆原创 is committed to building up its remote learning offerings to offer more comprehensive career development beyond courses.

This is why at this year鈥檚 麻豆原创 TechEd event, we鈥檙e offering the event edition of , which features complementary access to four tailored Learning Journeys and access to the 麻豆原创 TechEd Learning Room to prepare learners for an 麻豆原创 Global Certification Exam.

We know that we are not going back to the way it was before, not fully. Virtual learning is convenient, accessible, and the safest option in a COVID-19 world. But we also need to help ensure that online content comes with real, lasting value so that remote learning and development can result in opportunity for all.

Using Certification to Drive Career Growth and Business Success /2020/12/sap-global-certification-drive-career-growth-business-success/ Thu, 03 Dec 2020 12:15:47 +0000 /?p=181136 As we see the pace of digital transformation accelerate, there is a growing emphasis on human capital and talent within an organization to keep up with this fast pace of technological innovation 鈥 especially as it relates to continuous learning and upskilling.

Companies need skilled personnel for successful digital transformation. While 90% of chief experience officers (CXOs) say digital transformation is important or highly important for business strategy, only 15% say they have enough people with the needed skills. In fact, a recent study from reports that 87% of companies are either already facing skill gaps or expect gaps to develop within the next five years.

The Changed Learning Environment

While learning and skill acquisition may previously have been viewed as a check in the box, both employers and employees are now aware of the power it holds to set apart both their businesses and themselves. Plus, training is now viewed as an ongoing cycle where learners must constantly stay up to date on the skills to stay competitive and to support driving innovation.

The changed perspective on IT learning, along with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and shift to remote work and learning, has highlighted the growing need to shift and meet learners where they are. This includes offering learners tailored experiences and opportunities so that they can learn at their own pace, from anywhere.

麻豆原创 addresses this through 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption, a comprehensive portfolio of learner-centric offerings and experiences that provide learners with the necessary tools to create a competitive edge among their peers. Beyond that, 麻豆原创 offers skill validation that helps learners exemplify their mastery of the course to the outside world. features more than 150 specialized certifications in nine languages and shareable digital badges that represent an esteemed 聽acknowledgement of excellence for IT professionals.

Value in Certification

While some learners are intrinsically motivated, others may need additional incentive. This is where certification comes in. Certification has created a wealth of opportunity with a high return on investment (ROI) beyond just obtaining the skills needed for career success, such as driving career growth and earning potential and creating a competitive edge in the job market.

According to Harshvardhan Raut, at global consulting firm Capgemini, 鈥溌槎乖 Global Certification helps to develop relevant connections, access valuable information directly from the source, and assists with career growth.鈥 Abhishek Paul, at Capgemini, said, 鈥溌槎乖 Global Certification opened up a massive sea of opportunities for me. It brings a certain level of respect and is an excellent step toward securing my future.鈥

A recent reported the benefits of an IT certification, with a 35% increase in salary and a 27% increase of responsibilities for the individual. The value of an employee being certified also has a positive impact on organizations, with a 44% increase in quality work output, a 55% increase in the ability to transfer knowledge to work situations, and a 67% increase in self-confidence in using new skills.

Nagesh Polu, at YASH Technologies, described the 麻豆原创 Global Certification as an important benchmark of expertise. Polu explained, 聽鈥淸It] helps you gain key 麻豆原创 knowledge and the confidence of the customers.鈥

Individuals across the board attest to the value of certification, with 91% even claiming that the professional credibility in the workplace gained through certification is worth the investment.

According to Aakashi Sunil Shah, at Capgemini, 鈥溌槎乖 Global Certification gives more and better opportunities to individuals. There鈥檚 a certain level of recognition and respect among peers, professionally and personally.鈥 Beyond just recognition and respect, another stated, 鈥渢hose who have on their resume are a priority for recruiters.鈥

As organizations become more digitally advanced and continue on their paths to becoming intelligent enterprises, their employees must follow suit. While the opportunity for continuous learning is available, those who pursue certification across the IT industry prove to be more valuable to themselves, their organizations, and the industry at large.

The Ever-Present Role of IT Learning /2020/10/transformed-it-training-learning-landscape-sap-training-adoption/ Fri, 09 Oct 2020 13:15:48 +0000 /?p=179416 Looking back at my career path, from the on-premise days when I was an instructor to my current role, I have seen the evolution of many different IT trends. I am particularly fascinated by how the approach to training has transformed over time.

Years ago, learning was something you did to prepare for a project and then it was done. It was almost as if learning was turned on and off and happened in discrete boundaries of time. Today, as the speed of innovation increases and professionals 鈥 like the ones involved in IT projects as administrators, consultants, and developers 鈥 need to regularly consider how to implement new changes, continuous learning is the only way to operate.

While the human element of individual learners needing to effectively absorb and apply training remains, it is unmistakable that the role of IT training has distinctly evolved into a perpetual presence in the innovation life cycle.

Transformed Role of Training

Broad, transformative trends in the IT learning landscape have taken hold in recent years. Among these are increased peer-to-peer learning, modularization of learning content, and digital delivery platforms. The instruction element has also changed. A indicated that while more than a third of all learning and talent development professionals surveyed intend to increase their budgets over the next year, 38 percent plan to spend less on traditional instructor-led training. Comparatively, nearly two-thirds plan to spend more on online training.

The changes and challenges brought about by the global COVID-19 pandemic have both underscored and accelerated this reshaping of the IT learning landscape.

The enhanced 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption portfolio was designed to be flexible, allowing for adapting learning preferences as well as the necessary tools and skills for given roles to continuously and quickly evolve. This 麻豆原创 portfolio expertly supports continuous learning anywhere, at any time, and in a wide variety of languages.

While today鈥檚 classroom formats have evolved, the role of training itself has also transformed. According to a recent , 鈥淪kills can and do expire. Organizations need people who can continually learn and adapt.鈥 The report notes that while maintaining up-to-date technical skills and keeping up with the speed of innovation is critical for individuals鈥 future success, so too is the skill of being 鈥渙pen to new experiences and flexible in their thinking.鈥

Companies around the globe are recognizing this shift in the role of training. The LinkedIn Learning report revealed that more than half of all learning and development professionals surveyed plan to launch new upskilling programs for employees, and nearly half plan to initiate new reskilling programs. Today鈥檚 learners will be successful not by solely consuming new information and courses, but by adopting, implementing, and expanding upon their training to continuously create new value.

Presence in the Customer Life Cycle

Beyond the constant ideation process, training today has a pronounced presence throughout the entire customer life cycle 鈥 from end to end.

In the past, when on premise was the industry norm, user training was more of an afterthought. Today, however, customers are seeking or considering training to inform themselves throughout the process 鈥 and even sometimes during the initial software selection phase. The continuous learning incorporated with 麻豆原创 products in turn supports users as they move from the land phase to the expand phase in the customer lifecycle model.

麻豆原创 Training and Adoption uniquely utilizes the company鈥檚 scale and efficiencies to constantly innovate digital platforms and offer new, relevant training that adds value to each customer鈥檚 specific context and needs.

Looking to the future, 麻豆原创 emphasizes innovation that complements and builds upon its training offerings, ultimately enhancing the overall experiences of learners and customers at every stage of their digital transformation journeys. In doing so, the company can more effectively help individuals and organizations turn learning into achieving on their paths to the Intelligent Enterprise.

鈥淭he Korean New Deal — parallel to the United States鈥 Great Depression-era program in the 1930s … calls for a 鈧160 trillion ($133 million) investment by 2025 and creation of 550,000 new jobs,鈥 recently stated. 鈥淭he Digital New Deal… centers on developing technologies that have been tied to the fourth industrial revolution, including 5G, artificial intelligence [and] 鈥榰ntact鈥 technology, which promotes a contact-free society.鈥

Such stimulus packages — and the COVID-19 crisis itself — underscore the need to hire skilled people who can implement and run an intelligent enterprise, according to Rudolf Held, global head of . This is true around the world, but 麻豆原创鈥檚 efforts to help began with underemployed university graduates in South Korea.

See the Picture

鈥淲e wanted to help them find jobs,鈥 Held said. 鈥淭herefore, we teamed up with the Training and Adoption team and the Korean government. We collaborated with an institute under the to design and run a program that would equip these young people with the right skills that are needed in the market.鈥

According to Held, those marketable skills span the entire innovation process from start to finish across an ecosystem 鈥 different companies, schools, and other organizations. Building on lessons learned from previous programs, 麻豆原创 Co-Innovation Lab expands students鈥 comfort zones beyond technology and their university coursework.

鈥溌槎乖 Co-innovation Lab is actually all about collaborative innovation with the 麻豆原创 ecosystem of customers, partners, startups, and academia, providing them with this broader view, a broader skillset,鈥 Held said.

These broadened horizons have been vital, according to a recent university graduate and program alumnus.

Standing Out from the Crowd

鈥淚 had less experience than others, so it was very difficult to prepare for employment in Korea,鈥 said Young Wan Roh, who completed his 麻豆原创 Co-Innovation Lab and Training and Adoption project last November via 麻豆原创 technology consultancy . 鈥淚 think the three-month project experience has helped a lot.鈥

It helped so much that he became a much more attractive job candidate in a very competitive job market, according to Roh, who graduated from in February. In addition to ecosystem-wide innovation, he learned valuable lessons about working with other students from different disciplines — and how to manage them.

鈥淢y major is computer engineering, so I led the team and I taught my teammates,鈥 said Roh, who now works as an ABAP developer at Seoul-based IT service provider . 鈥淚t was very challenging for me.鈥

That is due in part to the breadth of training at 麻豆原创 Co-Innovation Lab, which requires students to collaborate with people from business, design, and other teams, whom they probably would not otherwise have met.

Finding the Business Value of New Tech

鈥淪tudents are usually very good with new technologies — probably better than people who have been in the industry for a couple of years — because they adopt everything that is new,鈥 said Held, who has been working with university students for more than 12 years. 鈥淏ut you have to make it relevant for the industries; you have to make it relevant for businesses.鈥

Indeed, learning to find the business value of cutting-edge technology can be a big challenge for the students, according to Held. 麻豆原创 Co-Innovation Lab helps them over that often-steep learning curve.

鈥淲e try to help the students to at least keep [the business outcome] in the back of their minds,鈥 Held said. 鈥淭hey should always think in a more realistic way of, 鈥楬ow does it help a company?鈥欌

The country鈥檚 young tech workers will clearly have plenty of new tech to choose from.

鈥淪outh Korea has been integrating [blockchain] technology in public services for years,鈥 stated in July. 鈥淥ther technologies that the government intends to invest in heavily include the Internet of Things, cloud computing, Big Data, machine learning, and robotics.鈥

Putting It All Together

鈥淲e really wanted to make sure that the participants of the training learn about project management,鈥 Held said. 鈥淭hey think end-to-end, from the ideation to an economically viable solution that delivers value to customers.鈥

麻豆原创 Co-Innovation Lab cultivates a mindset 鈥 in addition to teaching programming techniques, business processes, and more. It helps students understand the whole process of innovation, and to see it in the full context of their organization.

鈥淭hat was one of the key differentiators of that program,鈥 Held said. 鈥淎nd that helped people like Young Wan to find jobs afterwards.鈥

How to Create and Manage a Resilient Workforce /2020/10/new-sap-offering-create-manage-a-resilient-workforce/ Mon, 05 Oct 2020 12:15:13 +0000 /?p=179126 When employees were first asked to work from home, instant transformations were required to make it effective. Several months in, many companies are strategizing around a safe return to work plan.

Just as technology was key to a successful work-from-home transition, it is also essential when employees will finally step foot into their workplaces again. To help with this, a new service offering from 麻豆原创 will support an effective return to the workplace.

The offering to create and manage a resilient workforce makes use of 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors solutions combined with Experience Management solutions from 麻豆原创 and Qualtrics, 麻豆原创 Analytics Cloud, and 麻豆原创 Fieldglass software in order to address the continually evolving work environment.

In the early days of the pandemic, a contingency plan was enough. Today, businesses need a combination of long-term strategy and data-driven modifications to keep up with a rapidly changing environment. To make this a reality, strong and interoperable technologies are essential.

In developing this new offering, we took into account the environments to which workers would need to adapt and considered the emotional and professional needs that might arise. After more than 1,000 hours spent exploring use cases with customers, we narrowed our learnings to 44 use cases and from there, mapped out 132 process design scenarios to understand the flow of engagement.

Using a design thinking lens, we created an offering that combines the technology our customers already use in thoughtful ways to help them thrive and be resilient in these uncertain times. The resilient workforce offering enables companies to put their people first and remain flexible and productive across four key use cases.

Redeploying Your Workforce

Business needs changed overnight as winter turned to spring this year. This left companies with the task of understanding what skills their workforce possessed and retraining employees as necessary to perform duties that had become essential to business continuity. This created an extra focus on employee sentiment, as employers needed better insight into the well-being of their newly remote employees. With tangible metrics and suggestions in-hand, human resources (HR) teams can make changes like聽adjusting staffing levels, bringing back workers, training workers for new skills, and assessing workers’ talents and interests.

Bringing Your Workforce Back Safely聽

Getting back to the office creates two distinct workstreams for businesses. First, they need to continue to check in with the sentiments of their employees using experience management software to understand any changes in work or work/life balance that are needed to make the return to the office a success. Second, employers need to be able to communicate changes in policies and duties to help ensure all onsite employees can perform their jobs safely.

Supporting Overworked Employees

This pandemic has turned homes into offices, schools, and around-the-clock caretaking facilities. Employees have had to keep up with an ever-increasing number of home and family duties, all while keeping up with hours of video calls and heads-down-work each day. This has led many employees to feel overworked and even burnt out. Understanding how employees feel is the first step toward redistributing work, bringing on new hires, and making the space to reward employees for going above and beyond.

Managing Employee Separations

No company wants to lay off their employees, but it is the unfortunate reality for many during the COVID-19 crisis. While those workers may be separated from the company, there are still ways to help offboard them compassionately. A company may choose to provide former employees access to contingent work through 麻豆原创 Fieldglass software, or reskilling and upskilling resources to help them land a new job faster.

麻豆原创 is committed to providing holistic support for the key situations affecting our customers. We have developed the offering to allow our customers to select how much or how little support they need for the challenges and opportunities that matter most. Each use case consists of individual process steps that can be selectively adapted to address the needs of the workforce, so our customers can make a difference in a quick, cost-effective fashion.

In times of crisis, businesses need partnership and technology that understand and help them further care for their people. Afterall, based on new insights from , employees will drive transformations that will make business continuity a reality. There are many outstanding unknowns about this pandemic and the impact it will have on the global economy, but staying focused on the people who will reimagine your organization, as well as the technology necessary to support them, is a necessary foundation from which businesses can move forward confidently.

New open麻豆原创 Course: Human Experience Management 鈥 the Next Phase of HR /2020/09/new-hxm-opensap-course-the-next-phase-of-hr/ Wed, 30 Sep 2020 14:15:39 +0000 /?p=178920 A new open麻豆原创 course, , invites participants to understand core elements of HXM, learn strategies to build effective employee experiences, and receive guidance on how to incorporate HXM concepts into their business strategy.

Human experience management represents a major shift in the focus of human resources (HR) that emphasizes aligning company needs and requirements with employee expectations and experiences in order to create more engaged, agile, healthy, inclusive, and effective organizations鈥.

Companies need employees to be committed, creative, agile, service-oriented, and collaborative. But people cannot do this well if their work experiences create anxiety, frustration, or disillusionment, or if they feel excluded or unfairly treated. The accelerating pace of change combined with increasing social diversity makes employee experience management critical to building the agile and inclusive workforces that are needed for companies to succeed in the modern economy.

HXM is about understanding and shaping employee experiences to help ensure that employees feel valued, supported, and effective. It is also about whether employees feel effective when completing tasks, whether they get fulfillment from their roles to meet their needs and expectations, and whether they find a sense of teamwork with colleagues. It is about making people feel motivated, supported鈥, and capable.

begins October 13 and is available for free to anyone interested in learning more about HXM. The course will span three weeks and feature 11 experts from across 麻豆原创, 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors, and Qualtrics.

Once the HXM course is open, participants can access all the learning content and connect with experts and other learners in the discussion forum. Those interested in earning a Record of Achievement for the course must to complete weekly assignments and a final exam to earn points throughout the course.

What the Future of Virtual-Led Instruction Might Look Like /2020/09/what-the-future-of-virtual-led-instruction-might-look-like/ Fri, 25 Sep 2020 11:15:25 +0000 /?p=178754 For eight years, Gary Erickson has led a team in Channel Digital Enablement within the Global Partner Organization at 麻豆原创. Focusing on the digital aspects for partner enablement, he and his Learning Content, Training, and Platform team provide a best-in-class enablement experience to the 麻豆原创 partner ecosystem.

With more than 35 years in the industry, Erickson has a wealth of experience. In this interview, he reflects on virtual learning and how learning is evolving, providing insight into the technology that is going to revolutionize learning.

Q: Tell us a bit more about yourself. What do you do when you are not leading Channel Digital Enablement at 麻豆原创?

A: Together with my wife, I currently reside in Calgary, Canada, near the Rocky Mountains on the west side of the country. We live close to an area perfect for hiking, back-country camping, and many other outdoor activities, so that keeps us occupied on weekends. Wildlife is abundant there, and we see everything from mountain sheep, goats, and moose, to grizzly and black bears. We can’t hike too far from home without a can of bear spray handy!

How did your career start? When did you join 麻豆原创?

My career started back in the late 80s at a data communications company. The 1988 Winter Olympics were awarded to Calgary, and I was fortunate to join the team, linking timing systems to results systems for TV feeds.

Once the games ended, I worked for several companies, such as Apollo Computer, Hewlett-Packard, EMC, and a startup, where I held numerous sales, channel management, and executive roles. In 2003 麻豆原创 recruited me to setup the 麻豆原创 Business One and 麻豆原创 Business All-in-One channel for the region. I鈥檝e held various positions at 麻豆原创 before moving into my current role as global vice president of Channel Digital Enablement within the Global Partner Organization eight years ago.

Can you explain Channel Digital Enablement and what you do in your current role?

Within the area of Partner Digital Learning and Enablement, my team鈥檚 mission is to provide the right platform, processes, content, and tools for all partner types and roles, for all products and solutions. We want to improve our partners鈥 skills and knowledge on 麻豆原创 products and solutions, through a virtual approach whenever possible. The COVID-19 pandemic made virtual learning more relevant than ever.

What does your team focus on to provide a best-in-class enablement experience to our partners?

They really are an amazing team! They concentrate on alignment with numerous content providers across lines of business and communities, leveraging the most up-to-date and relevant materials, which are re-packaged for the partner audience and published on and . Within 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, we provide the 麻豆原创 PartnerEdge Edition of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, a free program that is accessible for all partner individuals for and .

We also focused our attention on helping our content stakeholders with virtual instructor-led or virtual packaging of the materials, taking the traditional classroom model with an in-person instructor and replacing it with a virtual expert, which allows them to expand and scale their teaching.

We aligned with , the platform from 麻豆原创 Knowledge and Education for partner-supported massive open online courses (MOOCs). This has been really effective, driving huge interest from our ecosystem and the general public. This platform grants greater reach and availability for us to showcase our products and allows individuals to really come into the ecosystem in a much easier way. Best of all, the content is free.

How is learning different today from what it used to be 10 or 20 years ago?

Looking back, anybody who was trying to learn had to either read a book or attend classroom training. There has been a huge shift in technology, which changed the paradigm of how enablement is delivered today.

The move to virtual happened quickly over the last few years, and, today, people are looking to learn as part of their daily roles. A quick example of how learning today has changed would be the widespread use of tools like Google or YouTube. Enablement has changed dramatically from that perspective. Micro-learning has become the new norm. People want to consume three- to five-minute learning elements at any time.

Another aspect of this is testing knowledge or competency levels. The big transition we have seen is, instead of having a formal exam, taking micro-tests after each element is consumed.

Within our team, we have been simplifying and transitioning materials to virtual platforms. We are building prescriptive Learning Journeys and providing predefined learning paths with outcome-based guidance to help 麻豆原创 partners easily find, consume, and understand the content.

Could you describe Learning Journeys and outcome-based guidance?

are structured training maps that contain various learning elements and knowledge tests across various maturity levels, to help take an individual from a 鈥渟chool smart鈥 to a 鈥渟treet smart鈥 level of competency in a specific role for a specific solution.

Learning Journeys that are non-technical, such as sales, presales, marketing, customer engagement, or industry materials, are accessed via the 麻豆原创 PartnerEdge Edition of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub. For the consultant or technical implementation roles, subscription-based training editions are offered on a yearly basis. Learning journeys are not static 鈥 we continue to evolve and update them. We also offer coaching service elements to help partners get practical experience.

are pre-defined sets of road maps for onboarding to help partner decision-makers. We want to help them find enablement content for sales, marketing, and delivery. These pre-defined learning paths make it easier to locate programs and Learning Journeys and allow partners to effectively identify the enablement needs for their teams鈥 individual roles and the required investment into learning.

Certification is a term that we hear a lot at 麻豆原创. What does this mean? And how does badging relate to it?

The term certification can be somewhat confusing because every company seems to use it in a different manner. At 麻豆原创, we use the term predominantly for technical roles, where we conduct a knowledge test that has a proctored exam. For other role-based training, we usually classify training as a qualification, which may lead to an authorization based on what the activity might include.

When we deliver certifications for technical roles, we also provide open badges for those certifications. We want to provide the learner with more than just a piece of paper confirming a passed exam. Open badges are validated and sent via a third party directly to the individual, which can then be shared on social media sites like Facebook or LinkedIn.

As our portfolio moved to cloud solutions, we also introduced the concept of 鈥渟tay current鈥 terminology to retain a certification status, providing frequent enablement training on the latest functionality changes.

People say that digital enablement is not as effective as in-class learning. What is your view?

Undoubtedly, everyone learns in a different way. Some learn better with hands-on training or with high-touch interaction. Others prefer to consume content virtually, whenever time allows. However, the benefits of digital learning far outweigh a large portion of the classroom-style teaching.

The most obvious advantage is, of course, cost savings. Instead of spending $3,000 for a five-day classroom training, along with travel expenses, you spend a fraction of that by taking the training online. And, for many trainings there’s no cost at all! With virtual instructor-led training you still get the engagement through breakout rooms, whiteboards, polling, chat, video conferencing, live access for hands-on labs, and more. You can also scale the subject matter experts more effectively to provide coverage to a global audience versus a small group.

Where is enablement headed in the future?

We are going through a dramatic shift in terms of how learning content is presented to users. At this point in time, we are using learning management solutions, which are consolidated content repositories that users must search through to find what training they want.

In the near future, companies are looking toward a next level of learning experience. Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) will play a major role in learning. Artifical intelligence (AI) engines will determine exactly what kind of training you have already consumed and automatically recommend new opportunities for you to consider. There will be improved analytics and more blended learning with video micro-learnings.

With all these revolutionary technology elements, digital enablement is going to be very exciting. Perhaps learning from an avatar in the future is going to be no different than sitting in a classroom. There might even be a hologram on your desktop as a virtual instructor.

At 麻豆原创, we are driving learning topics in various forms, and these will integrate together under a new learning experience platform. It will be an exciting endeavor for 麻豆原创, partners, and customers. We will soon be releasing new search functionality for 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, and we will modify Learning Journeys to add more personalization 鈥 a part of a phased approach to continue improving the user experience.

What is your call-to-action for 麻豆原创 partners?

We want partners to take advantage of a variety of great enablement content and assets that are available free of charge. The easiest way to access this material is to register on and to ensure they receive the relevant newsletter information.

By logging onto our one-stop shop, 麻豆原创PartnerEdge.com, they will be automatically authenticated to access the 麻豆原创 PartnerEdge Edition of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, which contains our solution and the role-based . Free, online workshops and webinars can be found in the events calendars of 麻豆原创 Learning Rooms or through the partner enablement calendar on 麻豆原创PartnerEdge.com.

On top of that, twice a year, we conduct a fully digital, 24-hour virtual 麻豆原创 Innovation Day for partners, where 麻豆原创 executives from across the partner organization outline 麻豆原创鈥檚 vision, strategy, and partner-specific opportunities. A virtual event not to miss!

Creating Competitive Edge Through Skill Certification: Why Recognizing 麻豆原创 Skills Matters /2020/09/competitive-edge-skill-certification-sap-training-and-adoption/ Thu, 24 Sep 2020 13:15:26 +0000 /?p=178709 Today, the pace of innovation in technology is only accelerating. So too is the demand for maintaining up-to-date skill sets. With the move toward cloud and more frequent release cycles, we have seen a steady rise in the need for more regular IT training, along with a change in how companies approach learning and skill validation. What was once nice to have is now critical to business success.

The 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption portfolio and its opportunity for certification are designed to meet the needs of today鈥檚 learners and 麻豆原创 professionals with the understanding that the necessary skills for a given role constantly evolve. Built for practical and agile learning, 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption fosters continuous learning and skill validation on the individual level to ultimately drive greater business impact.

Creating a Competitive Edge

Whereas years ago, a focus on learning and skill building ended as individuals obtained a college degree and entered the workforce, training today must be viewed as a dynamic, ongoing cycle. For successful digital transformations, companies must have skilled personnel. According to the , 鈥渟ignificant upskilling and reskilling鈥 will be required for upwards of 54 percent of all employees by 2022. As Chopra-McGowan and Reddy stated in a recent , this concept of reskilling implies 鈥渘ot only to learning job-specific technical skills but also to acquiring core competencies such as adaptability, communication, collaboration, and creativity.鈥

麻豆原创 has developed the 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption portfolio to provide comprehensive support for new skill building, with user-centered experiences tailored to how individual learners learn best, anywhere at any time, as well as access to award-winning training for the latest 麻豆原创 products, solutions, and technologies. An emphasis on incentivizing learners to obtain current, relevant content is also central to this learning resource. It includes learning sessions about upcoming offerings, training in-tandem with new software releases, and ongoing self-assessments.

麻豆原创 has long valued as a means of helping assure mastery of new skills, and indeed certification has become common across the learning landscape. A recent reported benefits of an IT certification, which extend to growth in career opportunities and earning potential. Among these benefits are a 35 percent increase in salary, a 28 percent increase in responsibilities, a 44 percent increase in quality work output, a 55 percent increase in the ability to transfer knowledge to work situations, and a 67 percent increase in self-confidence in using new skills.

What鈥檚 more, 91 percent of Pearson VUE鈥檚 survey respondents felt the value of certification to be greater than training alone, highlighting how the professional credibility in the workplace gained through certification is worth the investment. 麻豆原创 Global Certification offers learners opportunities for a distinct competitive edge, featuring more than 150 specialized certifications and shareable digital badges representing an esteemed accreditation of excellence for IT professionals.

One who participated in this year鈥檚 and upskilled with 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, thus achieving 麻豆原创 Global Certification, noted that this 鈥渟hows not only that I went above and beyond and earned an additional certification over my other students, but the certification shows I have a thorough and rigorous understanding of business processes.鈥

Continuing Advantage and Business Impact

As the former business theorist Arie de Geus said, 鈥淭he ability to learn faster than your competitors may be the only sustainable competitive advantage.鈥 The year-over-year increase by 122 percent in 麻豆原创 S/4HANA courses on shows that organizations identified learning as a business-critical factor. The need to build, maintain, and validate 麻豆原创 skills 鈥 such as those for 麻豆原创 S/4HANA 鈥 in order to stay ahead of the competition has also grown significantly. We have seen organizations able to achieve a 10 percent reduction in deployment time per month on average because of better-skilled workers.

Companies like one of the largest lithium-battery electrolyte suppliers in the world, Zhangjiagang Guotai Huarong New Chemical Materials, seize opportunities for growth. To support these ambitions and help standardize processes, the company moved to an . With the help of , the company equipped users with the right skills for their move to 麻豆原创 S/4HANA Cloud. Further business advantages for organizations investing in 麻豆原创 S/4HANA skill development can include a 20 percent reduction in support calls and critical tickets during the run phase in addition to well trained users impacting value drivers by 51 percent.

Professionals and future professionals continue to embrace for the value it provides in turning learning into achieving. Last year, 麻豆原创 delivered more than 90,000 certification exams; compared to the first half of 2019, we have already experienced structural growth of approximately 50 percent. As of August 2020, 麻豆原创 had delivered more than 93,000 麻豆原创 Global Certification exams, and approximately two-thirds of the participants achieved the certification.

As a signal of the increasing demand, when the company offered 2,000 free certification exams seats during the pandemic, every seat was booked within 48 hours. 麻豆原创 then added 1,000 additional seats.

With the paradigm shift of fast-paced innovation and quickly evolving necessary skills, the time is now for acquiring crucial knowledge and the certification to back it up. As 麻豆原创 Chief Knowledge Officer Eva Zauke has stated, digital learning and 麻豆原创 skill building creates new growth opportunities by filling critical innovation gaps. Continuous learning to stay current is imperative 鈥渢o address constant market changes, reach new customers, and drive product innovation.鈥

Beyond initial skill development, this requires 麻豆原创 professionals like consultants to stay current with the pace of 麻豆原创鈥檚 rapidly evolving technology. 麻豆原创 therefore offers specific 鈥淪tay Current鈥 learning on 麻豆原创 Learning Hub, allowing learners to regularly and continuously refresh their skills in an easy an efficient way without having to take much time off. Through the enhanced 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption portfolio, 麻豆原创 is committed to motivating each learner to take the next step in their life-long learning journey鈥攁nd in turn, move their company down the road to becoming an intelligent enterprise.

Transforming Business with 麻豆原创 S/4HANA Starts with 麻豆原创 Training and Adoption /2020/09/sap-training-adoption-alcohol-siberian-group-capgemini/ Wed, 23 Sep 2020 12:15:30 +0000 /?p=178662 Faced with the unprecedented challenges of digital transformation, businesses across the globe need people and tools to perform transactions and analyze their business in real time. 麻豆原创 S/4HANA keeps organizations ahead of the curve.

As with any tool, knowledge of how it works helps ensure people are comfortable and skilled at using it. Training drives and supports change, enabling people to add value to business. Leading companies are making the connection between digital transformation and learning already.

Similar to how work has evolved quickly over the last few months, so has the demand for learning. Software training needs to be available from anywhere and at any time. It should be customized to what teams need, exactly when they need it while they work. To be most effective and personalized, training today should also include the possibility for organizations to create their own, specific learning content. More efficient knowledge transfer translates to higher user adoption rates for project leaders, IT specialists, and end users.

How did 麻豆原创 S/4HANA learning programs at Capgemini and Alcohol Siberian Group motivate their people and prepare them for change?

Flexible, Cloud-Based Learning Benefits Capgemini

Leading global consulting agency Capgemini needs to stay on the cutting edge of rapidly evolving 麻豆原创 S/4HANA capabilities. After all, knowledge is key to differentiate in the marketplace. 麻豆原创 Learning Hub is its flexible, cloud-based learning solution. It offers Capgemini continuous learning with 24/7 access to training content.

Members of 麻豆原创 Learning Hub join learning communities called 麻豆原创 Learning Rooms. Here, users interact with trainers and moderators and learn from one another. Seventy-nine percent of community members achieved their learning goals more easily by actively participating in 麻豆原创 Learning Rooms on 麻豆原创 Learning Hub. And as 麻豆原创 S/4HANA evolves, so does the knowledge of project teams, consultants, and end users. Not only is building skills important but maintaining them is also essential. Capgemini saw results of improved pass rates for certification and increased staff motivation.

鈥溌槎乖 Learning Hub has been key in achieving our global certification targets, as it enables us to provide our employees with Web-based access to learning resources that help them constantly refresh their skills so they can deliver a superior service to customers.鈥

Customized Training for Implementation at Alcohol Siberian Group

The writing was on the wall for Alcohol Siberian Group. Keeping up with growth and customer demands meant a digital transformation was needed. More specifically, to improve its supply chain management and update the go-to-market strategy, the company needed 麻豆原创 S/4HANA and to its people.

The group used 麻豆原创 Enable Now to create more than 500 unique training courses and over 300 pieces of training content. 麻豆原创 Enable Now is a learning solution that offers content creation and a library of training resources embedded in 麻豆原创 S/4HANA. Alcohol Siberian Group took advantage of the content library, customized it, and increased adoption rate during the implementation of 麻豆原创 S/4HANA. Now its employees are prepared with practical skills before beginning projects.

鈥溌槎乖 Enable Now helps us guarantee that only trained users will work in our new system based on 麻豆原创 S/4HANA. Errors occur less, and our specialists feel more confident and in control. Thanks to the training, employees see 麻豆原创 S/4HANA as easy to use.鈥

Learning for Successful User Adoption

Like Capgemini and Alcohol Siberian Group, many companies need to increase user adoption and train their people to transform their business.

鈥淲e see that customers who invest in training have faster and more successful 麻豆原创 S/4HANA projects,鈥 said Guido Gr眉ne, senior vice president of Training and Adoption at 麻豆原创.

But during the current pandemic, traditional, in-person training is not possible in many parts of the world. However, as mentioned above, there are many alternatives. The good news is that instructor-led training for 麻豆原创 S/4HANA is still available in areas where in-person training is on hold. 麻豆原创 Live Class participants can experience instructor-led training and interaction with other learners online. Hybrid approaches that mix in-person and online training are also available.
