With 麻豆原创 Grow, TCL SunPower has standardized core business processes across multiple markets, improving visibility, control and scalability while creating a foundation for future innovation and AI-enabled business processes.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">To support the global expansion of its TCL Solar business, TCL SunPower needed to\u00a0establish\u00a0an independent digital foundation for seven overseas entities brought into the organization through a recent acquisition, enabling greater consistency, speed, and control. The company\u2019s international operations\u00a0spans\u00a0multiple countries, regulatory\u00a0environments\u00a0and processes \u2014 including manufacturing entities in the Philippines, sales operations in Singapore and Japan, and a regional sales operations center in Australia.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">To meet these needs, TCL SunPower selected 麻豆原创 GROW and adopted a fit-to-standard approach to simplify processes, reduce\u00a0customization\u00a0and accelerate deployment.
