We are pleased that 麻豆原创 has reached agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and South Africa\u2019s National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) regarding historic compliance issues, including matters in Indonesia which are relevant under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) due to its extra-territorial reach.<\/p>\n

麻豆原创 fully cooperated with the authorities, and these settlements close all compliance matters under investigation in the United States and South Africa.
\nThe company separated from all responsible people, including in Indonesia, more than five years ago. The past conduct of certain former colleagues and former partners does not reflect 麻豆原创\u2019s values or our commitment to ethical behavior.<\/p>\n
