At the same time, it announced the adoption of a work model, called \u2018Pledge to Flex\u2019, powered by its intelligent technologies to embrace flexible work for employees in Thailand.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\nTrust, Flexibility and Inclusivity: a new model for companies in the post-pandemic world<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>The drive towards digitalization, the transformation of the physical workspace as well as the composition of the workforce have undergone faster shifts than ever during the pandemic. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/newsroom\/press-releases\/2021-06-22-gartner-forecasts-51-percent-of-global-knowledge-workers-will-be-remote-by-2021\">According to Gartner<\/a>:\u00a0 By the end of 2021, three in 10 people will be working remotely while 51% of all employees will be working in a hybrid environment, working from home at least one day a week. 麻豆原创\u2019s recent employee surveys reaffirm that a hybrid work model where employees can choose where they work is much needed going forward as over 80% of 麻豆原创 employees desire work flexibility.
