Specifically, we posed the question: How can we make the transition to 麻豆原创 S\/4HANA Cloud that much simpler and more seamless? They were clear that a next-generation business management solution had to have three foundational elements from the jump:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full and robust functionality, even if implemented remotely in the cloud<\/li>\n<li>Cloud qualities at a steady subscription price, rather than a large annual maintenance bill<\/li>\n<li>Ability to bring over customizations and configurations without having to start from scratch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We focused on these key tenets when developing RISE with 麻豆原创, and we\u2019ve seen customers embrace the package in its early going. A few highlights so far include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diginomica.com\/can-upstarts-electric-last-mile-win-urban-delivery-vehicle-market-sap-rise-use-case\">Electric Last Mile Solutions<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0The startup is dedicated to improving the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/electriclastmile.com\/\">\u201clast mile\u201d of productivity<\/a>\u00a0for businesses, even building a fleet of vans and a network of suppliers to that end. The company has quickly gone from zero revenue to an initial public offering. RISE with 麻豆原创 is built to grow alongside Electic Last Mile Solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asug.com\/insights\/ecobat-talks-about-its-experience-with-rise-with-sap\">Ecobat<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0The leader in battery recycling and lead production is laser-focused on\u00a0embracing the circular economy. As part of this effort, the company focused on the recovery and repurposing of more than 99t of the metal in battery company products. RISE with 麻豆原创 presented an opportunity for Ecobat to develop an 麻豆原创 S\/4HANA road map customized for its unique needs and poised to facilitate future innovation using solutions like 麻豆原创 Analytics Cloud.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diginomica.com\/inside-hillroms-business-transformation-connected-care-sap-rise-use-case\">Hillrom<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0The global medical devices manufacturer played a pivotal role in supporting the healthcare community\u2019s fight against\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/sea\/covid-19.html\">COVID-19<\/a>\u00a0and embraced 麻豆原创 S\/4HANA Cloud to enable rapid innovation. RISE with 麻豆原创 was important because it allowed CIO Sven Krause to focus his attention on the application layer while 麻豆原创 managed the operating system and database layer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What do these important cases have in common? Business leaders from each organization see the scalability and flexibility of RISE with 麻豆原创 as a sign that 麻豆原创 is listening to customer feedback shared over the last few years \u2014 and leading with empathy.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lessons from the Launch<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The debut of RISE with 麻豆原创, like many of our solutions, revolved around four main goals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help customers drive more revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Help customers achieve greater productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Help customers build assets with longer, more scalable use.<\/li>\n<li>Provide stronger support for customer strategy through 麻豆原创 solutions and support services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In pursuing these goals throughout 2021, we\u2019ve learned a few key lessons so far.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demand is there.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Our pipeline increased from 1X to 4X in a matter of months after the launch of RISE with 麻豆原创; what we\u2019re offering is something customers want and need.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expectations must be clear.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Change management is still a significant challenge and primary concern for many of our customers. Alongside our partners, we have to help them understand what to expect when orchestrating an organization-wide technology \u2014 and mindset \u2014 shift.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is greater than how.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Technology implementations are not just about making things easy for customers. To help ensure a true shoulder-to-shoulder experience for customers from beginning to end, we have to make the why of digital transformation clear well before we get to the how.<\/p>\n<p><strong>And last, but certainly not least,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>partner education is key.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Some partners were all in on RISE with 麻豆原创 right away. For others, we had to double down on our communication and collaboration to ensure we were all finding the best way to help customers everywhere. Our partners large and small are rallying around RISE with 麻豆原创.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, midmarket partner Answerthink told us: \u201cAs a bundled offering, RISE with 麻豆原创 affords the opportunity to demonstrate to customers that 麻豆原创 offers more than just a world-class ERP solution, but a business network for global extensibility. The simple offering shows that 麻豆原创 can help provide connections and achieve business goals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, partner NIMBL told us that RISE with 麻豆原创 \u201ccombines business advisory services, world-class 麻豆原创 software and platforms with the best hyperscaler infrastructures. This has allowed us to immediately change the conversation, focusing entirely on how and where our customers\u2019 businesses could evolve.
