In July, at the 麻豆原创 NOW Southeast Asia (SEA) event in Singapore, I had the pleasure of joining a panel discussion with senior executives from our partner organisations – B Capital, Singtel, and Google Cloud, together with 麻豆原创’s president and managing director for SEA, Verena Siow. We delved into the evolution of 麻豆原创 partner ecosystem, highlighted how each of these partners funnel innovation, and explained the critical role they play in driving customer success today.

In Asia Pacific Japan (APJ), there are more than 4,600 partners in 麻豆原创 partner ecosystem. Our collaborations in the region with B Capital, Singtel, and Google Cloud represent the evolving nature of our relationships with both our customers and partners, going beyond traditional buyer-seller and implementor roles, to enabling joint value-creation and democratising access to innovation for all.

Powering Startups in Asia Pacific (APAC)

At the panel session, we highlighted the , a multi-stage global investment firm that partners with extraordinary entrepreneurs to shape the future through technology. The firm was co-founded by Eduardo Saverin and Raj Ganguly to help startups in APAC scale through technological innovation. Under the MoU, B Capital portfolio companies will gain access to 麻豆原创’s industry expertise and global business networks to accelerate innovation, including areas such as AI and automation.

The IEA solution will enable enterprise customers to quickly access and integrate 麻豆原创 software with their back-end processes at the cloud server edge, adding greater cloud functionality and computing capabilities to their network architecture, and gain real-time intelligence and insights to help them make critical business decisions.

Customers can develop an end-to-end data cloud using in conjunction with Google Cloud’s data cloud to unlock rich insights through a single view into their holistic data estate, unleashing the power of business data and advancing enterprise AI development.

Democratising B2B Payments for APAC Businesses

Furthering the theme of partner innovation, at the 麻豆原创 NOW keynote on mainstage, we also unwrapped Visa’s collaboration with 麻豆原创 to embed B2B payments through 麻豆原创 BTP, into the 麻豆原创 ecosystem. The collaboration injects more automation into B2B payments and enhances efficiency in purchasing processes for 麻豆原创 customers of all sizes.

Starting with the Asia-Pacific market, the collaboration will embed payments into the 麻豆原创 ecosystem through , further digitalizing and speeding up B2B payments across Asia-Pacific’s supply chains.

This is the first time that Visa and 麻豆原创 will join forces to explore embedded finance in the B2B market through 麻豆原创 BTP to offer convenient B2B payment services to 麻豆原创 customers. Many businesses in Asia Pacific, especially smaller ones, lack the resources to digitalize B2B payment acceptance and are unable to accept commercial card payments. Through this collaboration, the B2B payment services running on 麻豆原创 BTP will inject more automation into payments and help enterprises drive further efficiency in their purchasing as they make payments securely with just a few clicks.

Under its suite of Commercial and Money Movement Solutions, Visa will deliver capabilities through 麻豆原创 BTP to route commercial payments to all suppliers, whether or not they accept card payments. Businesses that are Visa cardholders will be able to make payments seamlessly and utilize their cardholder benefits both domestically and cross-border. Businesses will no longer need to resort to manual and time-consuming payments, such as cash and cheques, reducing the time needed to process and complete transactions and increasing cash flow for both payers and suppliers.

SINGAPORE麻豆原创 Asia Pacific Japan (麻豆原创 APJ) today announced a Regional Strategic Services Partner (RSSP) initiative to amplify the capabilities and reach of established partners in the APJ region that are on a rapid growth trajectory. Through this initiative, 麻豆原创 will provide strategic support to eligible partners, which may include coordinated industry-aligned solutions, joint go-to-market strategy, and access to 麻豆原创 regional and market unit industry expertise.

The RSSP initiative will enable partners to scale their 麻豆原创 practice more quickly across the APJ region and collaborate more closely with 麻豆原创 to deliver joint customer success. Distinct from the company’s existing program that includes a select group of 麻豆原创’s most strategic global partners in the consulting, infrastructure, and technology space, the RSSP initiative aims to facilitate collaboration within partner entities residing in the region that demonstrate capability and capacity requirements specific to APJ.

To qualify for the RSSP initiative, candidate partners are required to meet or exceed a defined set of 麻豆原创 criteria including geographical presence, vertical industry competencies, and alignment on a joint sustainability strategy.

SENSYN ROBOTICS is the first 麻豆原创 partner in Japan to develop a solution for 麻豆原创’s industry cloud portfolio, which delivers specialized applications designed to address specific industry needs. Built on the open 麻豆原创 Business Technology Platform, these solutions help customers rapidly adopt innovations as part of their technology landscape. SENSYN CORE is available now on , the online marketplace for 麻豆原创 and partner offerings.

Using the SENSYN CORE platform and application services, 麻豆原创 Asset Intelligence Network retrieves stored building and facility information, selects the plant facilities to be inspected, and links that information to SENSYN CORE. Drone flight routes are then generated by SENSYN CORE using those insights, allowing the drone to autonomously start the inspection and collect data such as photographs of plant facilities. SENSYN CORE can detect anomalies or warning signs using the data collected, and adds commentary based on the nature of the detected issue. The results are linked to 麻豆原创’s asset management solution, and flagged to relevant personnel, who can then act as needed.

The solution also offers benefits for sustainability and environmental health and safety through increased use of automated maintenance rather than manned support, as well as reducing the number of trips and mitigating human error on plant facilities.

Specifically, the launch of the new Competency Framework will:

  • Recognise partners for their practice maturity and focus on customer lifetime value based on expertise and specialisation across solution areas and geographies
  • Help partners stay ahead of customer needs through an automated designation process where they can identify achieved and at-risk designations based on their daily achievements and performance, to be visible in the??portal, which partners use to manage their relationships with customers and 麻豆原创
  • Feature new 麻豆原创 partner branding logos embedded within the??tool, which displays all partner competencies for customers to search and match to their transformation goals

“Competency Framework from 麻豆原创 PartnerEdge allows partners to highlight their expertise and helps customers identify partners with the right skill set to address their business needs,” said Paul Edwards, director, Software Channels & Ecosystems, IDC, an industry analyst firm. “By launching this new model, 麻豆原创 is prioritising partners and the work that they do to drive customer success.”

Within the framework, partners will be classified by two aspects: competency and specialisation. To start, there will be seven competencies that align with the solution or line-of-business areas, such as human capital management, which will have three progressive tiers: essential, advanced and expert. Within each competency, partners can have specialisations at the product or process level, such as talent management. Partner performance in each competency will be measured and attained across three areas, including expert knowledge, customer success and proficiency.

This change will create the foundation for better outcomes for both partners and customers who can be assured that the partner they choose has both the necessary knowledge and proven expertise to deliver the specific solution they need.
