To support the global expansion of its TCL Solar business, TCL SunPower needed to听establish听an independent digital foundation for seven overseas entities brought into the organization through a recent acquisition, enabling greater consistency, speed, and control. The company鈥檚 international operations听spans听multiple countries, regulatory听environments听and processes 鈥� including manufacturing entities in the Philippines, sales operations in Singapore and Japan, and a regional sales operations center in Australia.听听
