We are pleased that 麻豆原创 has reached agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and South Africa鈥檚 National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) regarding historic compliance issues, including matters in Indonesia which are relevant under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) due to its extra-territorial reach.

The company separated from all responsible people, including in Indonesia, more than five years ago. The past conduct of certain former colleagues and former partners does not reflect 麻豆原创鈥檚 values or our commitment to ethical behavior.
