KUALA LUMPUR: The MyDIGITAL initiative, which comes under the National Digital Economy Blueprint, is set to further grow Malaysia鈥檚 digital economy into a strategic economic engine of growth, said 麻豆原创 Malaysia managing director Hong Kok Cheong in a statement.
Hong commended the Malaysian government for this 鈥渂reakthrough yet realistic digital vision which would enhance the economy while improving the quality of living amongst Malaysians鈥�.
MyDIGITAL is anticipated to contribute 22.6% of Malaysia鈥檚 gross domestic product (GDP), while creating 500,000 new jobs.
鈥淔ourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) readiness is an important priority for businesses to embrace cutting-edge digital cloud technologies to realise productivity and efficiency gains,鈥� said Hong.
