Dit verbaast mij enigszins, en vraag wat ze aan het doen zijn. Het antwoord: TikTok, papa. En vrolijk springen ze verder.<\/p>\n<p>Als enigszins verontruste ouder vraag ik ze de iPad weg te leggen, om vervolgens toch maar eens een blik te nemen, op wat ze hebben gedaan. Filmpjes van elkaar maken waarin ze zeggen wie ze zijn, om vervolgens te laten zien wat ze kunnen.<\/p>\n<p>Ik vervolg mijn weg naar mijn laptop, en maak mij klaar voor een webinar.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens dit webinar, waar natuurlijk de uitdaging van vandaag de dag centraal staat, het thuiswerken, en de uitdagingen die dat met zich meebrengt, verneem ik dat ongeveer 43% van de bedrijven in Europa niet de middelen of de processen heeft om <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sap.nl\/virtueel-is-de-nieuwe-standaard-covid-19\/?campaigncode-CRM-NL20-HCM-ORGANICOrganic&amp;source=blogs-nl-blog-TikTok-HR\">virtueel<\/a> te werken.<\/p>\n<p>Dit zijn best indrukwekkende cijfers, en hoe staat dat in relatie tot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/netherlands\/trends\/digital-transformation.html\">digitalisering<\/a>?<\/p>\n<h2>Wat is digitalisering?<\/h2>\n<p>Je zou je de vraag kunnen stellen, wat is dan digitalisering? Is het de manier van middelen hebben zoals MS Teams, Zoom of Skype om met elkaar te kunnen samenwerken, of is het juist de beschikking hebben over je bedrijfsapplicaties die onderdeel uitmaken van de waardeketen, om te zorgen voor de continu\u00efteit van de organisatie. Een situatie waarin je beide zou moeten hebben, maar vooral ook de processen en guidelines daaromheen.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Hoe zorg je dat digitalisering actueel blijft?<\/h2>\n<p>Het is het einde van mijn werkdag, en zoals gewoonlijk bekijk ik de tijdlijn van mijn Linkedin. Ter inspiratie, en het lezen of bekijken van blogs en videos. Tot mijn verbazing zie ik een grote recruitment vriend, gebruikmaken van TikTok de virtuele onboarding van zijn organisatie promoten.<\/p>\n<p>Digitalisering in haar totaliteit zal de nieuwe normaal zijn, en we zullen ons als organisaties daarvoor gaan transformeren, om juist de flexibiliteit te bieden in uitdagende tijden die we momenteel ondergaan maar wellicht ook zullen komen in de (nabije) toekomst.
