Met meer dan 500 technici die dagelijks interventies uitvoeren &#8211; van onderhoud tot dringende herstellingen bij klanten &#8211; is een effici\u00ebnte aansturing van de buitendienst cruciaal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7\">Om die complexiteit beter beheersbaar te maken, koos SWDE voor 麻豆原创 Field Service Management (FSM), een cloudoplossing voor planning, dispatching en opvolging van interventies.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"header-de-uitdaging-complexe-planning-en-verouderde-tools-\" class=\"styles_headingTwo__PVB5O styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">De uitdaging: complexe planning en verouderde tools<\/h4>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Voor de implementatie werkte SWDE met oudere 麻豆原创-oplossingen voor planning en mobiele ondersteuning. Die bereikten stilaan het einde van hun levenscyclus en voldeden niet langer aan de noden van een moderne buitendienst.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Daarnaast was de operationele complexiteit groot. De techniekers zijn verspreid over het terrein en werken vaak zonder direct toezicht. Ook administratieve processen wogen zwaar. In sommige gevallen werkten techniekers nog met papier, wat leidde tot extra verwerking, risico op fouten en verlies van informatie.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"header-de-oplossing-n-gentegreerd-platform-\" class=\"styles_headingTwo__PVB5O styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">De oplossing: \u00e9\u00e9n ge\u00efntegreerd platform<\/h4>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Met 麻豆原创 FSM koos SWDE bewust voor een oplossing die nauw aansluit bij zijn bestaande 麻豆原创-omgeving. Integratie, gebruiksgemak en flexibiliteit stonden centraal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">De nieuwe aanpak combineert planning, mobiele ondersteuning en realtime dataverwerking in \u00e9\u00e9n platform. Techniekers werken vandaag volledig digitaal via een mobiele applicatie, terwijl planners de interventies centraal optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"Quote_container__z1s15 Quote_alignLeft__eFsH4\">\n<div class=\"Quote_content__dZxaB\">Belangrijk daarbij was ook de gebruikservaring.\u00a0<em>\u201cDe oplossing moest ergonomisch en eenvoudig in gebruik zijn\u201d<\/em>, vertelt\u00a0<strong>Henri Pecheur, directeur optimization maintenance bij SWDE<\/strong>.\u00a0<em>\u201cTegelijk moest ze voldoende flexibel blijven om complexe planningen te ondersteunen.\u201d<\/em><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 id=\"header-adoptie-focus-op-change-en-gebruiksgemak-\" class=\"styles_headingTwo__PVB5O styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Adoptie: focus op change en gebruiksgemak<\/h4>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">De implementatie gebeurde gefaseerd en vereiste een sterke focus op change management. Zeker voor teams zonder eerdere ervaring met mobiele tools was de overstap aanzienlijk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Toch bleek de adoptie succesvol, mede dankzij de directe voordelen in het dagelijkse werk. Minder papier, minder administratie en snellere toegang tot informatie maakten het verschil. Volgens implementatiepartner SQLI hielp vooral het gebruiksgemak om de adoptie bij de medewerkers te versnellen.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"header-het-resultaat-meer-efficintie-en-betere-planning-\" class=\"styles_headingTwo__PVB5O styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Het resultaat: meer effici\u00ebntie en betere planning<\/h4>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Vandaag plukt SWDE de vruchten van de digitalisering. Alle interventies worden centraal beheerd en opgevolgd, wat zorgt voor meer transparantie en controle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">De oplossing maakt het mogelijk om planningen dynamisch aan te passen op basis van realtime omstandigheden, zoals verkeerssituaties. Dat leidt tot effici\u00ebntere routes en minder verplaatsingstijd. Daarnaast helpt de automatische optimalisatie om meer interventies in \u00e9\u00e9n werkdag te plannen.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"header-meerwaarde-voor-klanten-betere-service-en-communicatie-\" class=\"styles_headingTwo__PVB5O styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Meerwaarde voor klanten: betere service en communicatie<\/h4>\n<blockquote class=\"Quote_container__z1s15 Quote_alignLeft__eFsH4\">\n<div class=\"Quote_content__dZxaB\">Voor klanten vertaalt de digitalisering zich ook in een betere dienstverlening. SWDE kan afspraken nauwkeuriger plannen.\u00a0<em>\u201cWaar vroeger een interventie enkel per dag werd ingepland, krijgen klanten nu een nauwkeuriger tijdsvenster, bijvoorbeeld in de voormiddag of namiddag\u201d<\/em>, illustreert Henri Pecheur van SWDE.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Daarnaast werd de communicatie sterk verbeterd. Klanten ontvangen automatische meldingen en sms-updates over geplande interventies, waardoor het risico op gemiste afspraken aanzienlijk daalt en de effici\u00ebntie van interventies verhoogt. Ook digitale selfservice speelt een rol. Via een portaal kunnen klanten afspraken beheren en hun historiek raadplegen.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"header-een-basis-voor-verdere-optimalisatie-\" class=\"styles_headingTwo__PVB5O styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Een basis voor verdere optimalisatie<\/h4>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">Hoewel de oplossing vandaag operationeel is voor het merendeel van de buitendienst, blijft SWDE inzetten op verdere optimalisatie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styles_paragraph__6o_o7 styles_alignLeft__uBPYW\">De focus ligt nu op het verfijnen van processen, het versterken van rapportering en het uitbreiden van de oplossing naar bijkomende gebruikersgroepen, zoals onderaannemers.
