De Zwitserse retailer COOP<\/a> is live gegaan met 麻豆原创\u2019s branchespecifieke oplossingen, 麻豆原创 Predictive Replenishment<\/a> en 麻豆原创 Order and Delivery Scheduling<\/a>. Met deze next-generation cloudoplossingen wil COOP de kosten verlagen, de operationele effici\u00ebntie verhogen en de klanttevredenheid verbeteren voor distributiecentra. De livegang geldt voor een aantal specifieke categorie\u00ebn, als onderdeel van een stapsgewijze uitrol.<\/p>\n

麻豆原创 Predictive Replenishment optimaliseert ordervoorstellen op basis van verschillende databronnen. Op die manier garandeert COOP optimale voorraadniveaus in de magazijnen. Op basis hiervan worden in 麻豆原创 Order and Delivery Scheduling ordercycli bepaald.<\/p>\n

Geschiedenis van co-innovatie<\/strong><\/p>\n

麻豆原创 en COOP hebben een lange geschiedenis van co-innovatieprojecten. Een ander gezamenlijk ontwikkelingsproject<\/a> dat in de winkels van COOP wordt uitgerold, is 麻豆原创 Replenishment Planning. Deze oplossing is ontworpen voor kostengeoptimaliseerde winkelbevoorrading. De implementatie, samen met de op machine learning gebaseerde component voor ge\u00fcnificeerde vraagvoorspelling, heeft al geleid tot hogere verkoop, minder afval en ondersteunt de duurzaamheidsmissie van COOP.<\/p>\n

Als volgende projectstap wil COOP verdere productcategorie\u00ebn opnemen en de bevoorrading van winkels en distributiecentra integreren door gebruik te maken van de geaggregeerde winkelorderprognose om een multi-echelon supplychain-planning mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n

Juiste producten op de juiste momenten<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOnze planners kunnen nu automatisch gegenereerde en datagedreven orders controleren. Uitsluitend kijken naar uitzonderingen bespaart veel tijd die ze nu kunnen besteden aan taken met een hogere waarde\u201d, aldus Melanie Reimann, hoofd Goederenstroombeheersing bij COOP. \u201cGesynchroniseerde orderschema\u2019s helpen ons om alle logistieke activiteiten gezamenlijk te plannen.
