Steeds vaker is een inkoopprofessional een Millennial of afkomstig uit Generatie Z. Zij zijn al jaren gewend aan de eenvoud en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van consumentenwebshops, en verwachten als b2b-inkoper dezelfde ervaring.
