In het heden en het verleden, maar zeker ook in de toekomst.

De opkomst van AI brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee op HR-gebied. Hoe ga je daar het beste mee om? Hoe krijg je je personeel mee, en houd je ze tevreden? Of, zoals Sanne Noordam het tijdens haar introductie al treffend omschreef: 鈥淲e zijn allemaal nieuwsgierig naar AI en de mogelijkheden ervan. Dit is onze kans om het te omarmen.鈥�

Van break-outs tot kickboksen

Na de inspirerende keynote van Mike Muurmans en Autumn Krauss verspreidden de ruim 400 bezoekers van HR Connect zich gedurende de middag over twaalf verschillende break-out sessies. In de diverse ruimtes van het prachtige, authentieke pand van STRAAT vertelden klanten over de transformatie van hun HR-afdeling. Ook deelden experts van 麻豆原创 inzichten over nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Tussendoor was er ruimte voor vragen, gesprekken, hapjes en drankjes. En bezoekers konden zich uiteraard onderdompelen in de talloze prachtige, inspirerende kunstwerken om zich heen op de sfeervolle evenementlocatie.

Aan het eind van de dag was het tijd voor nieuwe dynamiek. Daarvoor zorgde voormalig Nederlands kickbokskampioen Houda Loukili met haar bevlogen verhaal over winnen, vallen en opstaan. Ze liet de honderden aanwezigen kickboksen 茅n toonde aan dat je maar 茅茅n vinger nodig hebt om een potlood te breken. Als je het maar 茅cht wilt. Ze vertelde over het belang van een mindset gericht op groei, in plaats van een mindset gericht op behoud. Geloof in jezelf. In je mogelijkheden. En wat er ook gebeurt: behoud dat geloof. Zo groei je als mens en cre毛er je je eigen meesterwerk. Zoals de kunstwerken aan de wand in STRAAT.

BTP feels like a new dawn, a new day, and a new life for organizations. So, he kept his speech short and surprised everyone by taking a different approach. As the lead singer of the 麻豆原创 BTP, he treated the attendees to a fantastic a cappella version of the well-known song ‘Feeling Good.’

Feeling good. Getting curious. Understanding the possibilities of analytics and artificial intelligence (AI). Getting excited about systems that seamlessly integrate, data-driven organizations, and hearing customer stories about how innovation transformed their businesses. And also, being surprised by everything that is possible now and in the future. The 麻豆原创 Discovery Day for Analytics & Integration had it all.

Team Liquid and AI

Take Team Liquid, for example. You can compare Team Liquid to FC Barcelona or Real Madrid, the biggest sports clubs in the world, but in the world of e-sports. Team Liquid’s athletes compete in packed stadiums with millions of viewers around the world. It’s the sport of the new generation, similar to traditional sports but played with a mouse and keyboard. Team Liquid has already earned $44 million in prize money, thanks in part to 麻豆原创.
