The agreement, which relies on the 鈥淩ISE with 麻豆原创鈥 offering, aims to transition the real estate developer into a data- and AI-driven enterprise by developing operational processes, increasing institutional flexibility, and supporting sustainable growth plans.

Ahmed Abdallah, Deputy Executive Vice President of Information Technology at TMG, and Augusta Spinelli, Regional President of 麻豆原创 for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), signed the agreement to deploy a digital platform capable of keeping pace with the group鈥檚 expansion plans.

The deployment intends to elevate the quality of services and improve the quality of life for more than 1.5m residents living in cities and urban communities developed by TMG.

鈥淭he transition to RISE with 麻豆原创 and 麻豆原创 Business AI establishes a smarter and more flexible digital platform that supports decision-making, raises business efficiency, and keeps pace with the group鈥檚 targets during the coming phase,鈥 Abdallah said. He noted that the transformation will accelerate data processing, enhance functional integration, and improve operational efficiency.

The agreement builds on a relationship spanning nearly two decades, which began when TMG adopted 麻豆原创 solutions as its primary business management platform in 2006. Over the years, the group continuously updated its digital infrastructure, transitioning to cloud computing and launching one of the region鈥檚 first integrated digital platforms for real estate sales in 2020.

Through RISE with 麻豆原创, TMG will update its ERP system while utilising cloud operation services, continuous innovation, and the highest cybersecurity standards. The group plans to employ 麻豆原创 Business AI and advanced analytics to provide a more flexible and reliable operating environment, enhance business continuity, and scale the digital system alongside future growth.

Artificial intelligence serves as a central pillar of the new agreement. TMG intends to use 麻豆原创 Business AI to redesign and improve operational processes, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision-making across its various business sectors over the coming years.

Abdallah explained that the project鈥檚 impact will extend beyond corporate operations to include the development of services within its urban communities. The group will use AI to analyse operational data, issue real-time indicators, and provide smart recommendations to improve service quality for its residents.

鈥淭echnology has remained, over the past years, one of the essential pillars of Talaat Moustafa Group鈥檚 future vision,鈥 Abdallah added. He stated that the agreement opens a new phase of growth, innovation, and operational excellence to maximise added value, enhance customer services, and achieve sustainable value for shareholders.

Certified IT Consultants (CIC), a long-term strategic partner of 麻豆原创 that has participated in all stages of TMG鈥檚 digital transformation since 2006, will execute the implementation programme. CIC will continue its role in supporting the group鈥檚 transition towards relying more heavily on AI and smart analytics.

Spinelli stated that TMG continues to establish its position as a leading company adopting innovation in business development and elevating customer and resident experiences. She noted that 麻豆原创 is proud to enhance its extended partnership with the group.

鈥淐ombining cloud ERP solutions, business data, and 麻豆原创 Business AI technologies will enable the group to build a more flexible and smarter digital base,鈥 Spinelli said, adding that the platform will support future growth, enhance innovation, raise operational efficiency, and enable the delivery of advanced services across TMG鈥檚 sectors and communities.

The initiative was announced during 麻豆原创 Connect UAE earlier this month, where senior representatives from the Government of Fujairah and 麻豆原创 discussed the importance of long-term investment in national talent development and AI-related skills to support the ongoing digital transformation of the public sector.

Sheikh Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Alsharqi said: 鈥淒eveloping national talent and equipping young professionals with advanced digital skills remains central to Fujairah鈥檚 vision of building a dynamic, technology-driven emirate. The program has supported young professionals across multiple countries and sectors, helping organizations strengthen digital capabilities in areas including cloud technologies, data, analytics, and AI-driven business processes.

Marwan Zeineddine, Managing Director of 麻豆原创 UAE, said: 鈥淭he Government of Fujairah is placing significant emphasis on developing human capital and preparing government teams for the next phase of AI-enabled public services. • New research shows companies in the Kingdom are pursuing more disciplined AI investment while preparing employees to work more effectively with intelligent technologies

  • 91% of organizations report AI initiatives meeting or exceeding expectations, while more than half are upskilling employees at scale

  • RIYADH, KSA 鈥 24, June 2026 鈥 Saudi companies are seeing tangible returns from artificial intelligence as investment becomes more disciplined and workforce preparation gathers pace, according to a new 麻豆原创-commissioned YouGov survey of chief IT decision-makers in the Kingdom.

The research shows that AI is moving beyond experimentation and into mainstream business use. Half of respondents said their AI initiatives are exceeding expectations, while a further 41% said returns are meeting expectations. At the same time, 59% said their organization prioritizes AI investments strategically and enterprise-wide. Together, the findings suggest that organizations in Saudi Arabia are increasingly focused on delivering measurable outcomes from AI through more structured, business-led adoption.

Ahmed AlFaifi, Managing Director and Senior Vice President of 麻豆原创 Middle East Africa 鈥 North, said: 鈥淓nterprises in the Kingdom are increasingly looking for AI that delivers relevant business outcomes, supports more reliable decision-making, and can scale responsibly across the enterprise. What stands out in these findings is that companies are combining disciplined investment with workforce preparation, which is essential if AI is to create lasting value within everyday business processes.鈥

The survey also highlights the extent to which companies are preparing their workforce for the next phase of AI adoption. More than half of respondents said their organizations are upskilling or reskilling employees at scale, at 54%, while 52% are rolling out targeted training for specific roles and 53% are hiring new AI-related talent. This reflects growing recognition that long-term value depends not only on technology adoption, but on equipping employees to use AI effectively in their daily roles.

The findings point to a maturing market in which Saudi organizations are becoming more deliberate both in how they invest in AI and in how they prepare employees to work with it. That combination is helping move AI from isolated initiatives toward broader business impact across the enterprise.

Alfaifi concludes that the findings reflect continued momentum across the Kingdom as organizations expand their use of AI to support productivity, faster decision-making, and workforce readiness in line with Saudi Arabia鈥檚 broader economic ambitions.

  • 85% of UAE organizations rely on ERP systems to support AI, while 90% express confidence in their ability to enable advanced automation

  • A strong network of close to 2,000 executives and decision-makers from the public and private sectors gathered at 麻豆原创 Connect UAE at Expo City Dubai yesterday

  • DUBAI, UAE 鈥 13 May 2026 鈥 麻豆原创 yesterday highlighted how organizations are embedding artificial intelligence into the systems that run their core operations at its annual flagship 麻豆原创 Connect UAE event, held in Dubai this week as businesses across the UAE continue to accelerate growth and innovation agendas. Through new research findings, customer examples, and discussions across keynote sessions and panels, the technology company demonstrated that organizations are increasingly relying on AI-enabled ERP platforms to support large-scale adoption, helping them strengthen resilience, future-proof operations, and respond more effectively to rapidly changing market conditions.

According to 麻豆原创-commissioned YouGov research of chief IT decision-makers in the UAE, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are playing a central role in this shift. More than half of respondents (53%) said their ERP system already serves as the primary platform enabling AI-driven processes and decisions across the business, while a further 32% said it supports AI across several core functions.

Held at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai, the 麻豆原创 event brought together business leaders to examine how AI is being integrated into finance, supply chain, human resources, and customer-facing functions, enabling more connected and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Marwan Zeineddine, Managing Director, 麻豆原创 UAE, said: 鈥淎s organizations scale their use of AI, the focus is increasingly on how intelligence is embedded directly into core business systems. With the rise of agentic AI, businesses are beginning to move toward what 麻豆原创 calls 鈥楢utonomous Enterprise鈥, where AI can support the more autonomous execution of tasks and processes while keeping people firmly in controlBy bringing together applications, data, and AI within a unified environment, organizations can improve decision-making, strengthen operational consistency, and respond more effectively to change.鈥

During 麻豆原创 Connect UAE at Expo City Dubai yesterday, 麻豆原创 UAE Managing Director, Marwan Zeineddine took to the stage with a robot representing 麻豆原创 Joule AI to discuss how 麻豆原创 Autonomous Enterprise is transforming business processes.

The research also pointed to strong confidence in existing enterprise systems. Half of respondents said they are very confident their ERP and enterprise platforms can support more advanced AI and automation over the next two years, while a further 40% said they are somewhat confident. This indicates that organizations are building on established technology foundations as they expand their AI capabilities.

Respondents identified operational efficiency and resilience (45%), faster and higher-quality decision-making (44%), and improved employee productivity (41%) as the areas where more advanced, AI-enabled enterprise systems are expected to deliver the greatest value.

These findings reflect a broader shift toward more integrated and intelligent operations, where AI is embedded within everyday business processes rather than deployed as a standalone capability.

    Customer Success

The event also provided a platform for customers and partners to share insights and explore how enterprise systems can support the next phase of AI adoption at scale.

RAK Ceramics is currently undertaking an enterprise-wide transformation to consolidate its global operations and prepare for the next phase of AI adoption, using RISE with 麻豆原创 to establish a modern cloud-based digital core.

However, just 31% of consumers believe brands personalize content to their needs

UAE brands are pouring money into AI, but shoppers aren鈥檛 convinced it鈥檚 working for them, according to the new听AI in Retail Report听from 麻豆原创 Emarsys.

The report, in its third year, is based on insights from more than 200 marketers and 1,000 shoppers in the UAE and reveals a growing gap between what marketers intend and what customers experience.

While 82% of UAE marketers say AI is central to their personalization, only 31% of consumers believe brands personalize content to their needs and just 18% feel they receive fair value in exchange for their data.

This disconnect is more about infrastructure than expectations. While consumers expect personalized experiences, marketers are struggling behind the scenes. More than half (69%) say their data is too unstructured to use effectively, and just as many admit they can鈥檛 act on insights in real time, according to recently released 麻豆原创 Emarsys听. Without unified, accessible data, brands risk delivering disjointed, impersonal interactions that could undermine both trust and loyalty, according to a press statement.

    Fragmented systems

鈥淏rands are dealing with fragmented systems. More than half (64%) of marketers are dealing with 鈥榙ark data鈥 that鈥檚 hard to access, with rising pressure to deliver results fast,鈥 observed Marwan Zeineddine, Managing Director, 麻豆原创 UAE. 鈥淗owever, from a consumer鈥檚 point of view, the value exchange is broken. You share your data but get little in return with no visibility into how it鈥檚 used. That鈥檚 where trust breaks down and loyalty is lost,鈥 he continued.

What is behind the lack of trust?

The report points out two root causes behind the lack of confidence:

Opaque data use: Only 35% of respondents had a high trust level in how brands use their personal data. Consent often feels performative, not meaningful.

Thin value exchange: Shoppers regularly hand over personal data, preferences, purchase history and browsing behavior, but receive repetitive, often irrelevant messaging in return.

麻豆原创 Emarsys highlights that without visible and valuable data activation; AI could become just another marketing tool that drives consumers away.

    Engagement-Era brands lead the way:

Some brands, however, are getting it right. The report spotlights globally recognized brand Gibson Guitars as a leading example of what 麻豆原创 Emarsys calls 鈥楨ngagement Era鈥 brands鈥攖hose using AI not just for automation, but for building deeper, more transparent connections with customers.

鈥淲e鈥檙e not selling t-shirts, we鈥檙e selling guitars,鈥 noted Sterling Doak, Head of Marketing, Gibson. 鈥淎I helps us personalize with purpose, without losing the soul of the brand,鈥 he added.

Using 麻豆原创 Emarsys, Gibson now drives more than 40% of its revenue through automation-led experiences, has doubled its engagement rates, and achieved a 50% increase in sales generated via email marketing campaigns, the press statement continued.

    Turning insight into action

鈥淏rands like Gibson are turning insight into action. They鈥檙e showing customers how their data creates better experiences, and they鈥檙e doing it with integrity, not gimmicks. 麻豆原创 Emarsys helps businesses get to that point: turning fragmented, hard-to-reach data into something that earns attention, trust, and ultimately, true lifetime loyalty,鈥 explained Zeineddine.

With AI adoption accelerating, the rules of engagement are changing fast. 麻豆原创 Emarsys advises retailers to focus on first-party data transparency, cross-channel consistency, and a clear value exchange to ensure customers get the experience they deserve.

麻豆原创 Emarsys is the customer engagement solution of Intelligent CX from 麻豆原创, helping businesses deliver personalized, AI-driven, omnichannel experiences. Built for scale, 麻豆原创 Emarsys empowers brands to unify customer data, act in real time, and build long-term loyalty through meaningful engagement.
