麻豆原创 recognizes 13 Saudi organizations for achievements in HR transformation

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – 4 October, 2026 – 麻豆原创 brought together HR leaders, customers and industry experts at HR Connect KSA 2026 to examine Saudi Arabia鈥檚 next chapter of HR transformation. Discussions focused on how HR is moving beyond process modernization toward work redesign, skills-based workforce planning and Business AI embedded in everyday work. The event also recognized 13 organizations for achievements in human capital management (HCM) transformation.

Natali Bezan Stajner, Regional Head 鈥 HCM LOB Director, Middle East & Africa, North, at 麻豆原创, delivering the keynote address at 麻豆原创 HR Connect KSA 20206

Held under the theme 鈥楳ake every employee a success story,鈥 the event explored the shift toward more connected and increasingly autonomous HCM. Recent 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors innovations include a connected network of AI agents supporting recruiting, workforce administration, payroll, learning, performance and talent development. Embedded in HR processes and grounded in trusted workforce data, these capabilities can reduce friction, provide contextual guidance and support better decisions while retaining human oversight and accountability.

The program included 麻豆原创鈥檚 own HR transformation journey, a keynote on autonomous HCM and sessions on intelligent hiring, workforce planning, employee experience and adoption. Customer speakers from SATORP, ACWA, YASREF, Qiddiya, SAL Saudi Logistics Services, Water Transmission Company and Mubtech shared how Saudi organizations are connecting people and business strategies while preparing employees for changing roles and skills.

Skills emerged as a central foundation for this transformation. A recent 麻豆原创-commissioned YouGov survey of chief IT decision-makers in Saudi Arabia found that organizations across the Kingdom are preparing their workforces for wider AI adoption: 54% are upskilling or reskilling employees at scale, 52% are rolling out targeted training for specific roles and 53% are hiring new AI-related talent.

Natali Bezan Stajner, Regional Head 鈥 HCM LOB Director, Middle East & Africa, North, at 麻豆原创, said: 鈥淭he next chapter of HR transformation is about more than modernizing processes. It is about redesigning work around skills and giving people Business AI that helps them make better decisions in the flow of work. As agentic capabilities take on more routine work, human judgment, empathy and accountability become even more important. AI is the copilot, not the pilot.鈥

Bakr Azam, Human Capital Services Director at SAL Saudi Logistics Services, said: 鈥淥ur rapid evolution with 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors reflects SAL鈥檚 commitment to operational excellence. By automating traditional bottlenecks and simplifying complex approval chains, we have transformed the everyday employee experience and established a high-velocity, digital-first workplace.鈥

Fahad Rashed Alharbi, Human Resources Manager at YASREF, said: 鈥淭he true measure of digital transformation is not the technology we deploy, but the human potential we unlock to innovate, grow, and create greater value.鈥

Customer Awards

The breadth of this transformation was reflected in the 13 organizations recognized at HR Connect KSA 2026. Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare was recognized for translating AI concepts into practical HR solutions through its 麻豆原创 AI Hackathon-winning work. Red Sea Global was recognized for using AI and process automation to reduce manual bottlenecks and improve HR service delivery. • Current trends in HR field include increasing competition for talent, embracing intelligent technologies, and 鈥榪uiet hiring鈥, which could help counteract 鈥榪uiet quitting鈥
  • 麻豆原创 HR Connect, held in Dubai, highlighted technology鈥檚 role in solving human relations issues, and included 麻豆原创 customer presentations and innovation awards
  • DUBAI, UAE 鈥 8 June, 2023 鈥 The concept of employee experience has become so foundational to HR strategy that it is no longer a standalone trend, but an integral part of all employment meta-trends in 2023, experts from 麻豆原创 and its customers across the region agreed this week at 麻豆原创 HR Connect event held at Dubai鈥檚 Museum of the Future.

The 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors Growth & Insights Team鈥檚 research, presented throughout the event, identified seven major trends shaping the HR industry for 2023. Natali Stajner, 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors Director, Middle East South at 麻豆原创, pointed out three new trends emerging for this year are the increased competition among businesses for skilled talent; a focus on embedding holistic wellbeing 鈥 including financial wellbeing 鈥 into HR practices; and a renewed focus on managerial readiness among employees.

The four recurring trends identified by the research are the adoption of emerging technologies – with AI and the Metaverse receiving particular attention in 2023; a recognition that flexible working environments are here to stay and how to make the most of them; ways to mobilize a workforce for the future; and embracing the complexity of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) policies.

鈥淎ll of these trends are being shaped by 鈥 and are themselves shaping 鈥 the employee experience,鈥 commented Nelly Boustany, Senior Director, Human Experience Value Advisor, 麻豆原创. 鈥淧roviding a positive employee experience across these 2023 trends will maintain current employees鈥 engagement and combat the phenomenon of 鈥榪uiet quitting鈥, where employees disengage and put in only minimal effort. Emphasizing fair pay for contributions, recognizing work, and providing tools and technology that make employees鈥 work easier, all enhance the employee experience and contribute to increased engagement.鈥

Boustany, who delivered a talk on HR priorities for 2023 at the 麻豆原创 event, also referenced a lesser-known phenomenon, 鈥榪uiet hiring鈥, which refers to filling skills gaps by upskilling and reskilling existing colleagues with specific talents, rather than adding new full-time employees. She remarked that global economic uncertainty is shaping this trend in 2023, particularly as many organizations are subject to external hiring freezes.

Customer insights on technology in HR

As far as embracing intelligent technologies is concerned, Boustany highlighted that the 2023 trends suggest that organizations are broadening their scope of investments to explore applications across talent management and development, employee engagement, DEIB, and employee well-being. She also noted that the Metaverse/Web3.0 were key topics across all trends, and progressive organizations have started exploring potential use cases of these technologies. As early examples, virtual and augmented reality has been leveraged for learning and development, as well as collaboration, although adoption costs are high.

Experts from 麻豆原创鈥檚 customers across the region also spoke at 麻豆原创 HR Connect, sharing their own experiences and success stories of how technology can improve employee experience.

Commenting on the sidelines of the event, speaker Farha Muhanna Al-Kuwari, Human Resources Information Systems Centre Director at Qatar鈥檚 Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB), said: “CGB and 麻豆原创 have enjoyed a partnership that spans over a decade, playing a pivotal role in transforming Mawared, the HR system of the Qatar Government. Our joint efforts have resulted in standardization of processes and enhanced operations, thanks to the leveraging of cutting-edge technologies. This partnership underscores our commitment to continuous progress and innovation, which perfectly aligns with the goals outlined in Qatar鈥檚 National Vision 2030鈥.

Another customer speaker, Therese Magdy Ishak, VP People & Culture, MAGRABi, said, 鈥淥ur Mission at MAGRABi is re-envisioning the world of eyewear to empower the lifestyles of millions. What better way to efficiently contribute to the accomplishment of this mission than making the life of our people easier by giving them the full experience of digitalized HR services and expanding it to every function through different 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors modules. The result is a full Plan鈥檌t 鈥 鈥榩lanet鈥 鈥 where all HR services are at 聽employees鈥 fingertips, providing a seamless digitalized experience serving all our functions and generations in our operating markets.鈥

Several digital solutions capable of addressing the current HR challenges and trends were also showcased at the 麻豆原创 event, which was themed 鈥楥hange Work for Good鈥 and had Talenteam as its platinum sponsor. These solutions include 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors for human resources and engagement management, and 麻豆原创 Fieldglass for services procurement and external workforce management.

麻豆原创 in May announced that it has expanded its partnership with聽 to realize its vision of enterprise-ready generative AI capable of enhancing human productivity and development in the workplace. The integration of聽聽solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot in Viva Learning will improve how organizations recruit, retain, and upskill their workforces to address skills gaps.

As part of this announcement, Stajner said 麻豆原创 has three innovations planned for SuccessFactors in H2 2023, with the first being embedded聽generative AI capabilities to enhance recruiting and learning processes as well as employee experience. The second innovation is the introduction of a talent intelligence hub that uses AI to build, maintain, and infer a skills portfolio for each employee in the workforce. The third is an enhanced聽聽functionality that brings together 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors, 麻豆原创 Fieldglass, and 麻豆原创 S/4HANA Cloud for increased workforce visibility across employees and external workers.

Murad Sahawneh, Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Qatar鈥檚 Power International Holding, who was also a speaker at HR Connect, welcomed these announcements. He commented, 鈥淚nnovation to Power International Holding is key to survive and outgrow competitors in today鈥檚 rapidly changing environment. 麻豆原创鈥檚 powerful platform enables us to tackle the necessary touchpoints for our people and elevate a seamless service delivery model across the group. We are so excited about the new innovations to be introduced, which I am sure will take the employee experience to a whole new level.鈥
