Held at Dubai Internet City under the theme 鈥淚ntelligent Leadership 鈥� Women Driving AI, Digital Transformation & Sustainable Innovation,鈥� the event combined an executive panel on the impact of AI and technology on the UAE鈥檚 future with an interactive Youth Circle. The program was designed to connect the experience of established women leaders with the perspectives and ambitions of younger Emiratis entering a rapidly changing workplace.

The event forms part of this year鈥檚 extended Emirati Women鈥檚 Day celebrations. H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the General Women鈥檚 Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, announced that the 2026 celebration would run for a full month starting on August 28. AlMansoori added that the event was one part of 麻豆原创鈥檚 broader efforts to help build a skilled and sustainable Emirati workforce.
