Su propuesta fue un\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">fertilizante org\u00e1nico a base de fibras y sustratos de coco que ofrece un mayor balance gracias a todos sus nutrientes y que, por su capacidad de absorci\u00f3n, disminuye de manera considerable la necesidad de recursos h\u00eddricos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El nombre del proyecto alude a Guerrero, un estado al sudoeste del pa\u00eds de donde es originaria la familia de<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vanesa, la estudiante que cre\u00f3 esta soluci\u00f3n innovadora. Su objetivo fue generar una soluci\u00f3n con impacto social positivo tanto para el medioambiente como para la salud de los seres humanos haciendo frente al uso intensivo del recurso h\u00eddrico y de los fertilizantes qu\u00edmicos en la agricultura. Vanesa cuenta que este programa le ense\u00f1\u00f3 a convertir sus ideas en realidades y sus sue\u00f1os en proyectos sostenibles: Latin Code Week le abri\u00f3 las puertas para que su proyecto ayude a muchas personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adem\u00e1s del desarrollo concreto de su iniciativa, Vanesa considera que su participaci\u00f3n le permiti\u00f3 aprender diferentes habilidades blandas: empat\u00eda, resiliencia, creatividad, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo e inclusi\u00f3n social. Latin Code Week la incentiv\u00f3 a continuar emprendiendo y asegura que los mentores la\u00a0 impulsaron a no bajar los brazos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/latincodeweek.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Latin Code Week<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> es una iniciativa de educaci\u00f3n digital para j\u00f3venes que busca capacitar a estudiantes latinoamericanos en herramientas de tecnolog\u00eda y habilidades del futuro, adem\u00e1s de incentivarlos a estudiar carreras relacionadas con la ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda, ingenier\u00eda y matem\u00e1ticas. A lo largo de estos a\u00f1os se ha logrado llegar a m\u00e1s de 9.000 estudiantes de 11 pa\u00edses diferentes, con el apoyo de m\u00e1s de 800 mentores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Este a\u00f1o el programa se realiza por s\u00e9ptima vez, comenzando por la edici\u00f3n de\u00a0 M\u00e9xico -que cont\u00f3 con 9.000 participantes- y siguiendo progresivamente con el resto de los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n. Consta de una primera etapa nacional, de donde surge un equipo finalista, y luego de una segunda instancia regional, en la que compiten los finalistas de los distintos pa\u00edses.
