Una forma de llegar all\u00ed es abandonar por completo la idea de las <em>best practices<\/em>\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Grant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construir una red de personas que te desaf\u00eden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una cultura de aprendizaje requiere el apoyo de un grupo de expertos, lo cual consiste en una \u201cred de desaf\u00edos\u201d de personas que tienen la seguridad psicol\u00f3gica de hablar, incluso si no saben c\u00f3mo solucionar un problema. He acudido con algunas personas que han detonado en m\u00ed lo m\u00e1s desagradable de mi vida laboral y les he dicho que tal vez no siempre he aceptado sus cr\u00edticas, que a veces me he puesto a la defensiva y otras veces he sido despectivo, pero que lo lamentaba, porque s\u00e9 que necesito que me desaf\u00eden a pensar de nuevo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trabajar para la inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La lluvia de ideas en grupo no funciona si una persona, con anterioridad, se sinti\u00f3 relegada o marginada. Por ello, Grant propone algo llamado \u201cescritura de ideas\u201d, que evita el pensamiento grupal y cultiva la diversidad de pensamiento.
