Afortunadamente, hay acciones que podemos llevar a cabo para construir un mundo m\u00e1s equitativo.<\/em><\/span><!--more--><\/h3>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe inform\u00f3 que la pandemia por COVID-19 ha provocado un retroceso de m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada de participaci\u00f3n laboral de la mujer en esta regi\u00f3n. Tan es as\u00ed que 1 de cada 4 mujeres est\u00e1 pensando abandonar su carrera profesional totalmente para dedicarle m\u00e1s tiempo a su vida personal.<\/p>\n<p>Entendamos que la b\u00fasqueda de igualdad entre g\u00e9neros tiene el prop\u00f3sito de construir un mundo m\u00e1s inclusivo, diverso y sostenible.
