No solo ha ayudado a peque\u00f1as empresas a\u00a0sobrevivir la pandemia sino a varias marcas de gran calibre\u00a0que ya tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n duplicando los ingresos de\u00a0<a style=\"color: #666699\" href=\"https:\/\/www.merca20.com\/ingresos-de-mercado-libre-se-disparan-123-4-por-ciento-pero-sus-acciones-bajaron-por-que\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marketplaces<\/a>\u00a0influyentes. A eso se debe sumar el hecho de que el comercio electr\u00f3nico \u00a0est\u00e1 impulsando una revoluci\u00f3n en\u00a0varios\u00a0negocios.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un\u00a0informe sobre los comportamientos de compra y consumo durante y despu\u00e9s de crisis sanitaria actual, elaborado por la AECOC, menciona que el confinamiento facilit\u00f3 que el e-commerce se haya casi duplicado: anteriormente se ten\u00eda un 45% de penetraci\u00f3n y en los \u00faltimos meses alcanz\u00f3 a un 83%. \u00a0En los tres primeros meses de la pandemia se obtuvieron 13 millones adicionales como primeros usuarios en el e-commerce, esto significa que\u00a02 de cada 10 usuarios\u00a0son nuevos o est\u00e1n us\u00e1ndolo por primera vez.<\/p>\n<p>Cadenas de distribuci\u00f3n de gran magnitud han tardado en tomar medidas y transformar los procesos comerciales en digitales, por el contrario, peque\u00f1as empresas, productores y las PyMEs han logrado adaptarse r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00a0estudio de Nielsen\u00a0refleja que las empresas de\u00a0venta directa\u00a0al consumidor lograron su transformaci\u00f3n en poco tiempo. Aprovechando los beneficios del canal de venta electr\u00f3nico donde elimina la necesidad de intermediarios y permite identificar nichos de mercado y las necesidades de los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p><u>Seg\u00fan los expertos, existen factores clave para este proceso:<\/u><\/p>\n<div class=\"panel\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica:<\/strong>\u00a0trabajar con metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles, que permitan una mayor comunicaci\u00f3n con el cliente final y ofrecer una experiencia de usuario incomparable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles:<\/strong>\u00a0introducci\u00f3n de tarjetas de fidelizaci\u00f3n a aplicaciones m\u00f3viles, digitaliz\u00e1ndolas, esto permite obtener funcionalidades como el posicionamiento en tienda y la segmentaci\u00f3n de clientes, lo que permite al vendedor ser m\u00e1s selectivo en las promociones, adapt\u00e1ndolas en funci\u00f3n del nivel de consumo o el perfil del cliente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La gesti\u00f3n de los ingresos (Revenue Management<\/strong>):\u00a0la asignaci\u00f3n de precios debe ser flexible y adaptada a la demanda en tiempo real. Los sistemas\u00a0de gesti\u00f3n de ingresos\u00a0permiten asignar precios con algoritmos inteligentes que cruzan informaci\u00f3n sobre demanda, capacidad, canal, competencia y\/o stocks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La estrategia omnicanal:<\/strong>\u00a0 lograr que la experiencia ofrecida a los consumidores entre los canales\u00a0online\u00a0y\u00a0offline\u00a0sea fluida y sin fricciones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La integraci\u00f3n del proveedor log\u00edstico en la cadena de valor:<\/strong>\u00a0actualmente la rapidez en la entrega y la informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real del estado del pedido son esenciales. La robotizaci\u00f3n y la inteligencia artificial ayudan a mejorar estos procesos log\u00edsticos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La\u00a0experiencia de usuario:<\/strong>\u00a0un dise\u00f1o atractivo para la tienda online, con contenido relevante como fotos o videos, y en donde la informaci\u00f3n del producto sea intuitiva y precisa, transmite confianza en la marca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las\u00a0redes sociales:<\/strong>\u00a0el uso continuado y coherente de las redes sociales ayuda a crear comunidad entre la marca y sus usuarios. Hacer que el usuario se sienta identificado con la marca, har\u00e1 que desee compartir su experiencia de compra con sus amigos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La compra como experiencia sensorial: <\/strong>el comercio del futuro ser\u00e1 un h\u00edbrido entre lo digital y lo presencial.
