Para los expertos, visualizar a los consumidores como el centro de las estrategias es la clave del Customer Experience.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hasta hace cinco a\u00f1os, la generaci\u00f3n de experiencias de compra satisfactorias para los clientes empez\u00f3 a colocarse entre las prioridades de las empresas debido a que los consumidores han dejado de ser fieles a las marcas para pasar a ser seguidores de las experiencias que tienen en cada una de sus compras.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Accenture, actualmente 65% de los consumidores cambiar\u00eda de marca definitivamente si es que tiene una mala experiencia de compra, lo que pone en evidencia la necesidad de que las empresas atiendan de mejor manera las demandas de sus consumidores.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cQue la generaci\u00f3n de experiencias satisfactorias se convierta en el centro de las estrategias de las empresas tiene diversos beneficios para los negocios, ya que les obliga a tener una mayor cercan\u00eda con los clientes, hace a las empresas m\u00e1s sensibles a su realidad y los hace m\u00e1s creativos a la hora de generar ventajas competitivas\u201d<\/em>, explico <strong>Juan Sadurn\u00ed, Managing Director l\u00edder de Accenture Digital<\/strong>, durante su participaci\u00f3n en la d\u00e9cima edici\u00f3n de 麻豆原创 NOW en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Un ejemplo es la labor que ha logrado la empresa de cementos CEMEX, la cual se impuso como objetivo para 2019 la optimizaci\u00f3n de sus procesos de producci\u00f3n y el brindar una mejor atenci\u00f3n a sus clientes, es decir, dieron un giro al pasar de una visi\u00f3n centrada en el producto, a una basada en el aplicaci\u00f3n CEMEX GO a trav\u00e9s de la cual la cementera ha mejorado la interacci\u00f3n y fidelizaci\u00f3n de sus clientes al ofrecer una experiencia omnicanal segura.<\/p>\n<p>CEMEX GO es una aplicaci\u00f3n mediante la cual la empresa atiende digital y estrat\u00e9gicamente los pedidos que hacen a la compa\u00f1\u00eda, y gracias a la cual obtienen una mejor perspectiva de las necesidades y preferencias del mercado, dicha aplicaci\u00f3n ha tenido una adopci\u00f3n de 60% de los clientes de la cementera y a futuro se\u00a0planea lanzar CEMEX GO en los 50 pa\u00edses en los que la
