Actualmente, la manera en c\u00f3mo nos relacionamos ha dado un giro de 360\u00b0, colocando al e-commerce como uno de los canales de compraventa indispensables para adoptarnos a este nuevo panorama.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En a\u00f1os recientes, M\u00e9xico se ha posicionado como uno de los principales protagonistas en materia de comercio electr\u00f3nico en Am\u00e9rica Latina, aportando significativamente a los m\u00e1s de $84 mil millones de d\u00f3lares que esta regi\u00f3n report\u00f3 en 2019 en t\u00e9rminos de ventas online, esto de acuerdo con el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eCommerce Report LATAM 2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, elaborado por la eCommerce Foundation y 麻豆原创. En la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, el valor de mercado de la venta en l\u00ednea en el pa\u00eds pas\u00f3 de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asociaciondeinternet.mx\/es\/component\/remository\/Comercio-Electronico\/Estudio-de-Comercio-Electronico-en-Mexico-2019\/lang,es-es\/?Itemid=\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$1 mil millones a $21 mil millones<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de d\u00f3lares.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pesar de estos indicadores, la reciente pandemia que aqueja a m\u00e1s de 150 pa\u00edses y cientos de miles de personas ha obligado a muchas industrias y sectores econ\u00f3micos a replantear su estrategia, pues la transformaci\u00f3n digital ha sido desde tiempo atr\u00e1s un factor clave para el crecimiento de los negocios, y ahora se vuelve indispensable para subsistir ante el cambio tan dr\u00e1stico en el mercado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivel mundial, este tipo de comercio se ha convertido en el mejor veh\u00edculo para satisfacer necesidades de compra sin el riesgo que implica reunirnos en espacios p\u00fablicos. Sin embargo, no todos los locales de venta del pa\u00eds cuentan con una estrategia de comercializaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea que les permita adaptarse a esta nueva realidad. De acuerdo con el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estudio sobre Ventas Online en Pymes 2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elaborado por la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Venta Online, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvo.org.mx\/estudios\/estudio-sobre-venta-online-en-pymes-2019\/#0\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solo 30% de las pymes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del pa\u00eds cuenta con una estrategia de e-commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este sentido, 70% de las pymes del pa\u00eds deber\u00e1n reconocer que est\u00e1n un paso atr\u00e1s en su proceso de transformaci\u00f3n y que deber\u00e1n prepararse de manera inmediata no s\u00f3lo para adaptarse a estas nuevas reglas del juego, sino para crear nuevas experiencias para sus clientes, tomando las mejores pr\u00e1cticas que se han implementado en otras regiones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un ejemplo global de c\u00f3mo las empresas de e-commerce se vuelven m\u00e1s competitivas en el actual panorama es WeMake Price, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/1103042\/south-korea-online-sales-growth-of-high-end-retailers-due-to-covid-19-at-wemakeprice-by-category\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retailer<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> online en Corea del Sur,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que ha presentado un incremento del 700% en pedidos de productos de salud y comida. Esto para facilitar la vida a los usuarios al no tener que salir de casa o hacer filas, pero sobre todo por darles una mejor experiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, M\u00e9xico ha tenido un gran crecimiento en t\u00e9rminos de comercio electr\u00f3nico, a\u00fan quedan muchas empresas que no han dado este paso y, en consecuencia, ya se han enfrentado a diversos retos para ofrecer mejores experiencias y optimizar recursos, retos que actualmente est\u00e1n amenazando incluso su existencia. Ahora bien, para aquellos negocios que forman parte del 30% con una estrategia online, mantenerse competitivas radica en mejorar la experiencia de sus clientes, cerrando la brecha entre la expectativa y la entrega de un producto o servicio, lo que permitir\u00e1 crear lealtad entre sus clientes, al tiempo que marcar\u00e1n las pautas de nuevos modelos de negocio.
