rel=\"noopener\"><strong>i-Construction<\/strong><\/a>\u300d\u3068\u8fd1\u3057\u3044\u30b3\u30f3\u30bb\u30d7\u30c8\u3092\u6301\u3064GaaP\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/gds.blog.gov.uk\/category\/government-as-a-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Government as a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Department_for_Transport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Department for
