Spanning all eight states, the NEGL initiative is designed to cultivate a resilient enterprise ecosystem. This collaboration is built on 麻豆原创\u2019s\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/india\/2025\/01\/sap-announces-social-procurement-initiative-for-india\/\">Social Procurement<\/a> agenda and IIMA Ventures\u2019 proven model of supporting high-impact startups through capital and incubation. This aligns with NEGL\u2019s broader vision of catalyzing regional development through social innovation and enterprise-led growth\u2014while actively engaging government bodies, development organizations, institutional investors, and public institutions.<\/p>\n<p>NEGL builds upon the success of the &#8216;Assam Agribusiness Growth Lab&#8217;, which provided early-stage investments and grants to pioneering regional enterprises.
