Itelligence en fait la d\u00e9monstration avec un cas d\u2019usage innovant\u00a0: FrontlineAI.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le constructeur automobile Kia Motors a pour ambition de renforcer sa pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9, \u00e0 travers l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un grand nombre de points de vente. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 doit toutefois faire face \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques de recrutement et de formation du personnel. Un double d\u00e9fi renforc\u00e9 par un catalogue de produits et de services particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9toff\u00e9. La solution choisie a \u00e9t\u00e9 de mettre au point un assistant num\u00e9rique. Un projet confi\u00e9 \u00e0 itelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet FrontlineAI a comme objectif principal d\u2019humaniser les assistants num\u00e9riques, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le foss\u00e9 existant entre robots et humains. Second objectif\u00a0: rendre l\u2019assistant plus pertinent. Ce dernier doit ainsi pouvoir reconnaitre qui lui parle, puis acc\u00e9der aux donn\u00e9es du client, comme son historique d\u2019achats, et proposer des services sur mesure. Enfin, le dernier objectif est de couvrir un maximum d\u2019agences dans un d\u00e9lai r\u00e9duit, tout en limitant au maximum les besoins en formation des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un projet IT et m\u00e9tier<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En premi\u00e8re partie de projet, des sessions de design thinking ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es avec Kia Motors, afin de d\u00e9finir la partie exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. Le constructeur souhaitait imp\u00e9rativement disposer d\u2019une interface humanis\u00e9e pour son assistant num\u00e9rique. Une technologie d\u2019avatar a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la plate-forme 麻豆原创, avec fonctionnalit\u00e9 de reconnaissance faciale.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde partie du projet concernait le back-end. Pour pouvoir fournir des services sur mesure et proposer un assistant \u00e9volutif, il a fallu se connecter aux diff\u00e9rents catalogues du constructeur (clients, produits et services). Ces catalogues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 revus, modul\u00e9s et transform\u00e9s pour devenir facilement consommables depuis le cloud.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, l\u2019int\u00e9gration entre l\u2019avatar, les services fournis par le concessionnaire et les services de Machine Learning et d\u2019Intelligence Artificielle, propos\u00e9s \u00e0 travers des plates-formes comme 麻豆原创 Leonardo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce travail a mobilis\u00e9 5-6 personnes pendant trois \u2018releases\u2019, qui ont men\u00e9 \u2013 au bout d\u2019environ 9 mois \u2013 \u00e0 la fourniture d\u2019une solution fonctionnelle, op\u00e9rationnelle et proposante un certain nombre de services. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La premi\u00e8re \u2018Release\u00a0\u00bb a permis d\u2019avoir une solution fonctionnelle, op\u00e9rationnelle proposant un certain nombre de service, <\/strong>Le tout en mode full cloud. L\u2019assistant peut aujourd\u2019hui identifier la personne qui s\u2019adresse \u00e0 lui, acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019historique de ses passages\/achats et mener une conversation de bout en bout.<\/p>\n<p>Un assistant en constante am\u00e9lioration<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assistant est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 au sein de certaines agences de Kia Motors. Le travail se prolonge sur plusieurs th\u00e8mes cl\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconnaissance vocale en milieu bruyant\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration des algorithmes de reconnaissance faciale\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Meilleure classification des services expos\u00e9s sur le cloud\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place de nouveaux services, par exemple autour de la maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, un travail de fond se poursuit sur la qualit\u00e9 de la donn\u00e9e, qui se doit d\u2019\u00eatre parfaite, afin de permettre un entrainement optimal de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle. Un enjeu cl\u00e9.
