That\u2019s one idea being discussed by our CPO Think Tanks &#8211; a global initiative uniting Chief Procurement Officers and supported by 麻豆原创. From Johannesburg to Ottawa, social enterprises, sustainable suppliers, and industry procurement leaders gathered to reimagine the role of procurement. These insights, centered around emotional growth, co-creation, and the shifting role of educators, are shaping how immersive learning is adopted at scale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expanding Impact Through Partnership: 麻豆原创 and NPower Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, through a new partnership launched in 2024, 麻豆原创 is supporting NPower Canada in its mission to <a href=\"https:\/\/npowercanada.ca\/all-hands-on-deck-supporting-job-seekers\/\">help underserved job<\/a> seekers access digital skills training and meaningful employment. By enabling NPower\u2019s core programs and alumni services, 麻豆原创 is contributing to a more inclusive and resilient workforce.<\/p>\n<p>One of the many lives impacted is that of Ehiwe Idehen. Diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and adjusting to a new start in Ottawa, Ehiwe joined NPower\u2019s Junior IT Analyst program in 2023 during an incredibly challenging time. With access to mentorship, certifications, and professional development, he found a path forward. Today, he\u2019s in remission and thriving as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager at ADGA Group Consultants.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s clear to us at 麻豆原创 is that impact doesn\u2019t scale through vision alone, but through ecosystems, standards that build trust, and partnerships that unlock lasting value.
