This March 8, as we mark International Women’s Day, we embrace this year鈥檚 powerful theme: Give to Gain. 滨迟鈥檚 a call to action rooted in a simple but profound truth – when we give our support, time, and experience with generosity, we create a ripple effect of opportunity that lifts everyone. This mindset of collaboration and reciprocity is the cornerstone of a truly inclusive culture, where the advancement of women strengthens our entire community.

At 麻豆原创 Canada, this mindset is a core part of our culture. To explore what Give to Gain means in practice, we spoke with some of our senior women leaders. They shared their experiences, lessons learned, and advice, painting a powerful picture of advocacy, mentorship, and collective success.

Finding Your Voice and Taking Your Seat

A common thread in the journeys of many women in technology is the experience of being one of the few, or only, women in the room. This was a formative challenge for leaders like Victoria DeBoon, Vice President, 麻豆原创 Canada, who started her career in the male-dominated financial world. She recalls her ideas being dismissed, only to be validated when presented by male peers. This taught her the crucial lesson, if you don鈥檛 assert yourself, no one will do it for you.

For Victoria this realization created a driving force to empower others alongside her. She became deeply committed to helping women bridge the confidence gap she saw repeating around her.听鈥淲e as women often feel we need to check every box at 150 percent before taking a risk, while our counterparts will often raise their hand at 60-70 percent. We must empower more women to do the same, because that鈥檚 how we truly grow and learn.鈥

Cathy Tough, Country Manager, 麻豆原创 Canada, shares a similar story of finding her place. 鈥淚 started in the utilities industry. I was often the only woman in the room,鈥 she remembers. 鈥淚 am a thinker, so often I would sit quietly at the back of the room.鈥 It wasn’t until a customer mistook her quiet reflection for a lack of confidence that she made a conscious choice, 鈥淚 sat at the front of the room and assumed my place.鈥

These moments of self-advocacy are critical, but as our leaders attest, they are often learned through hard-won experience.

The Power of Advocacy and Recognition

There鈥檚 a point in every career when doing good work isn鈥檛 the missing piece, stepping up is. Christine Vukusic,听Head of Strategy and Operations, 麻豆原创 Labs Canada, learned this early in her career when she was overlooked for a role, simply because her manager didn鈥檛 know she was interested. This experience reframed her understanding of career growth. 鈥淭hat moment was revolutionary. I realized advocacy and clear communication with your manager matter as much as doing good work. It wasn鈥檛 about being boastful or loud. It was about being clear.鈥 That moment informed how she advocates for the next generation of women in tech. 鈥淚鈥檝e learned not to mistake silence for contentment, and to create space for new voices early and not after the fact.鈥

Advocating for others, recognizing their contributions and highlighting their potential is one of the most powerful ways to foster a Give to Gain culture. As Cindy Fagen, Managing Director, 麻豆原创 Labs Canada, notes, this not only helps individuals but strengthens the entire organization. 听When we actively advance women, the whole organization gets stronger. The research clearly shows that companies with more women in leadership outperform on profitability and long-term value creation. Diverse teams make better decisions and innovate faster to build better products, and that momentum lifts everyone. It shapes the culture, too.鈥

Paying It Forward: The Ultimate Gain

The spirit of generosity is most powerfully expressed through mentorship and paying it forward. Michelle Zorn, Industry Account Executive, 麻豆原创 Canada, has built her career on the principle of being the change she wants to see, from rising in the ranks of the tech industry to coaching girls鈥 hockey to show them what鈥檚 possible. For Michelle, success is measured by the success of those she helps lift. Her philosophy is not one of transactions, but of continuous forward momentum. 鈥淲hen people I鈥檝e helped ask what they can do for me, I tell them I don鈥檛 believe in pay back, I only believe in pay forward. Remember to help somebody else, because all of us at one time or another will need a hand. If you want to do something for me, look for all the ways you can be in service to other people.鈥

This sentiment is echoed by Sonia Daigle, Vice President, 麻豆原创 Canada, who carries with her a defining piece of advice from one of her first mentors. It has become a guiding principle in her own journey of lifting others. 鈥淥ne of my first mentors told me, 鈥楳y star only rises when I鈥檓 lifting others into the light.鈥 I believe every interaction is an opportunity to grow and to help others. I鈥檝e learned just as much from a mentee as I have from a CEO coach.鈥

Building the Environment for Success

Individual acts of generosity thrive within a culture that intentionally makes space for them. Creating an environment of psychological safety, where every voice is heard, collaboration is the default, and everyone feels they belong, is a leader鈥檚 most important role. It is in this environment that the cycle of Give to Gain can truly flourish.

鈥淚t is absolutely important to intentionally create a team environment where generosity and collaboration are the norm, not the exception. We’re better together. We lift each other up and we pay it forward,鈥 shared Cathy Tough.

As we look to the future, the hope is that the next generation of women entering technology will find more open doors and fewer barriers. The insights from our leaders show us the way:

Find your voice, advocate for yourself and others, and embrace the transformative power of paying it forward.

This International Women’s Day, let鈥檚 all commit to the Give to Gain mindset. Whether it鈥檚 by mentoring a junior colleague, amplifying a teammate鈥檚 idea, or simply telling someone you appreciate their work, every act of generosity builds a stronger, more inclusive world for us all.

Happy International Women’s Day from all of us at 麻豆原创 Canada.

Meeting customer demands for faster delivery, managing inventory, and adapting to rapidly changing market trends and technologies are daily pressures in the wholesale distribution industry. By leveraging technology and embracing digital transformation, wholesale companies can differentiate themselves and optimize their processes for greater efficiency and profitability. As the demand for faster and more flexible delivery options increases, wholesale distributors have the opportunity to innovate their logistics and distribution processes to meet the evolving needs of their customers.

, a leading national food and beverage distributor with a network of over 6,000 distribution points, is embracing digital transformation to support its aggressive growth. Founded over 80 years ago, the company initially catered to Canadian consumers returning from WWII and European immigrants seeking authentic foods. Over the decades, Tree of Life has expanded significantly, both organically and through acquisitions.

Recognizing the need to modernize its aging IT systems, Tree of Life adopted a cloud-first approach to streamline operations and support future growth. Their top priority is migrating to a best-of-breed system that consolidates their existing legacy tools, simplifies their processes, while providing the scalability to support an agile business need for future growth.

One challenge they were facing was spending too much time pulling and cleansing data, leaving little time for timely, data-driven decisions. With real-time data, Tree of Life can better control inventory by accurately predicting demand fluctuations, ensuring they have the right products available at the right time. Tree of Life also needed to see efficiencies in route planning, optimized delivery scheduled and reduced transportation costs, one of their highest costs in the business.

Tree of Life turned to and to drive their digital transformation. A critical aspect of the partnership was the focus on streamlining integration. With many disparate systems that did not communicate with each other and mature internal processes, Tree of Life needed a solution that would support and amplify their processes, provide seamless integration, and have a robust ecosystem.

麻豆原创, a leader in enterprise applications and business AI known for its innovation, provided Tree of Life with the tools and expertise to improve their wholesale distribution business.听NTT DATA, an innovator of IT and business services, played a crucial role in implementation including bolstering the Tree of Life board鈥檚 confidence and facilitating open conversations between all partners. With Private Cloud edition, and NTT DATA鈥檚 expertise in the CPG, distribution and logistics industries, this collaboration is properly primed to navigate the complexities of implementing the digital platform and processes that will touch every aspect of Tree of Life鈥檚 business.

鈥淲e鈥檙e not just reacting to market changes 鈥 we鈥檙e anticipating them. By leveraging data and analytics, we鈥檙e building a more proactive and responsive supply chain. This means greater efficiency, improved forecasting, and a stronger ability to meet the evolving needs of our customers and suppliers.鈥 said Christopher Parker, Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Operations, Tree of Life Canada. 鈥淧artnering with NTT DATA and 麻豆原创, our commitment to continuous improvement means more than just better numbers for our business. It translates directly to value for our customers and suppliers.

NTT DATA strongly believes that a successful digital transformation is a combination of the best technology coupled with the right people. 鈥淭ransformation starts with a leading technology platform like 麻豆原创, paired with industry experts from NTT DATA, working together for a customer who is willing to change,鈥 said Jason Mausberg, Managing Director, NTT DATA Business Solutions. 鈥淭he Tree of Life team, from IT to senior leadership and Board of Directors, were ready and willing to change, and took a collaborative approach with their team and partners which will unleash new opportunities for their business and customers.鈥

Tree of Life is showcasing the power of technology in transforming wholesale distribution businesses. By leveraging AI and advanced ERP systems, companies like Tree of Life can optimize their operations, offer high-value services to their customers, and differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace. With the support of innovative technology partners, wholesale distributors can navigate industry challenges and achieve profitable growth in today鈥檚 fast-paced business environment.

Investing in the right technology and collaboration, wholesale companies can optimize their operations, differentiate their brand, and remain competitive in the industry. Parker鈥檚 advice to other mid-sized businesses looking to grow their operations, he said, 鈥淏usinesses need to invest in the technology that will support their future selves and not be limited to who they are today. Our approach serves as a model for other companies looking to leverage technology for transformative growth.鈥

HMC focused their Hackathon efforts on developing an invoice automation prototype including capabilities such as vendor invoice recognition, invoice data extraction validation, approval workflows and automated posting into 麻豆原创 S/4HANA for continued AP process, that would allow them to recover approximately 600 hours of time each month.

HMC was partnered with , an 麻豆原创 system integrator partner and specialists in 麻豆原创 BTP, who helped HMC build their Hackathon prototype. SDA also gave the HMC team the confidence to explore and tackle other operational issues with an 麻豆原创 BTP solution.

Reflecting on their experience, HMC realized how much they were able to accomplish in just three days working with mostly low-code/no-code solutions. BTP was not overly technical and could be leveraged by any of their users with the right support.

鈥淭he Hackathon experience was eye-opening for our team has shown us the power and scalability of 麻豆原创 BTP,鈥 said Don Cortell, IT Manager, HINO Motors Canada. 鈥淲e are now scoping out our prototype including identifying opportunities for further enhancements, and we are excited to continue developing our prototype into a full-scale production solution.鈥

HMC鈥檚 advise to another team looking to participate in a BTP Hackathon: diversify your hackathon team, bring in people from outside your IT team. For example, HMC brought someone from their finance team who could help address finance process specific questions in real time.

鈥淲e worked hard to make the most of the opportunity,鈥 continued Cortell. 鈥淲e are confident that the lessons learned from this experience will continue to benefit our business as we move forward with our 麻豆原创 BTP solutions.鈥

Plans are being made for this long weekend. Whether gathering with loved ones, enjoying family traditions, or preparing meals, this time of the year is about recognizing all there is to be thankful for and finding ways to give back to those in need. 滨迟鈥檚 a harsh reality that this season one in eight households in Canada will go without access to a warm meal and experience food insecurity.

#麻豆原创CanadaCares by Fighting Food Insecurity 听

Teams across Canada have long treasured the opportunity to play a hands-on role in 麻豆原创鈥檚 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy through volunteering. In 2024, 麻豆原创 Canada employees from coast-to-coast have already volunteered 722 hours with causes that are directly impacting our communities. From toy drives to park clean-ups and supporting local shelters, 麻豆原创 employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto, Waterloo, and Montreal take pride in making a difference in their communities.

鈥淓very day, I have the privilege of witnessing the impact our employees have on our communities through volunteering,鈥 said Kate Booth, CSR Director 麻豆原创 North America & Latin America. 鈥淲hether it’s through hands-on service or utilizing their professional skills, our employees are instrumental in driving the positive change that we are focused on achieving as a company.鈥

Out of those hours volunteered in Canada, 300+ were driven by 麻豆原创 Labs Canada employees who set their sights on fighting food insecurity by volunteering at neighbouring nonprofits throughout the year.

Canadians visited food banks almost 2 million times last year, which is a 32 percent increase over the previous year. The demand for help at organizations focused on food insecurity is exceedingly high. The response from 麻豆原创 Labs Canada employees has been inspiring, with 21 events where we actively forged partnerships with local organizations. 麻豆原创 Labs Canada has proudly partnered with in Montreal, in Waterloo, and , , and in Vancouver.

To further combat food insecurity, 麻豆原创 Labs Waterloo organized a Thanksgiving Funds Drive with all donations going to the . One incredibly generous employee even pledged to match donations up to $2,500.

鈥淚鈥檓 grateful for all opportunities to give back to my community,鈥 said Roxy Robles, Data Analyst BDC&I P&A Quality & Ops Deployment, 麻豆原创 Labs Canada. 鈥淰olunteering with my colleagues at a local organization was fulfilling and helped me see how even the smallest of tasks leads to meaningful impact.鈥

The benefits of giving back are plentiful. Employees are experiencing a sense of community in and out of the workplace, as well as seeing the impact they bring when they work together. The opportunity to make life a little brighter for those facing adversity is just one more reason to be thankful this season and a reminder of the impact we can make together as 麻豆原创 employees.

鈥淥ur teams have embraced the challenge to become changemakers in our neighborhoods,鈥 said Cindy Fagen, Managing Director, 麻豆原创 Labs Canada. 鈥淥ur strength lies in our people鈥攐ur employees who show up together to bring their time, energy, and hearts to causes that matter.鈥

Strong employee engagement needs to be driven by the entire company 鈥 top down and bottom up. At 麻豆原创 Canada we prioritize employee culture and empower our employee engagement teams to inspire their peers.

With the return of nice weather and more individuals returning to the office, 麻豆原创 Canada’s Green Teams and Wellness Teams have joined forces to create a campaign aimed at motivating employees to find more sustainable ways to commute and enhance their overall wellness. The goal was not only to raise awareness about the benefits of sustainable transportation, but also to collectively achieve a significant milestone as a team.

The employee-driven Strides for Sustainability challenge encouraged individuals to walk, bike or blade to work, and if that wasn鈥檛 feasible, to simply add more steps to their daily routine and track them. The goal was to collectively complete one journey across Canada, the equivalent of 4,830,000 combined steps (steps and steps converted from biking or blading) or approximately 3,682km, within a month. This challenge not only promoted sustainable transportation options and physical activity, but also aligns with 麻豆原创’s Pledge to Flex and sustainability commitments, challenging employees to take it to a new level. It is no wonder why 麻豆原创 Canada has been named one of by Canada鈥檚 Top 100 Employers again in 2024.

鈥淲e succeed as a company when our teams work in unison towards a common goal. These goals need to be balanced between business objectives and employee engagement,鈥 said Cindy Fagen, Managing Director, 麻豆原创 Canada Labs. 鈥淚t is inspiring to watch our employee engagement groups empower their peers and create these wonderful challenges to get the entire country activated, which ultimately impact their health and our environment.鈥

After four weeks, the results were outstanding, with 110 employees, from five locations actively participating and completing a total of 30,180,067 combined steps, equivalent to 23,003km. As a group, they far surpassed their initial goal, completing 6.25 journeys across Canada. The success of the Strides for Sustainability campaign not only demonstrates the commitment of 麻豆原创 Canada’s employees to sustainability and wellness, but also sets an inspiring example for other organizations to prioritize sustainable transportation options.

鈥淥ur vision for the Strides for Sustainability challenge was to encourage people to find creative, low-carbon ways to commute to the office,鈥 said Anik Roy, Green Team lead, 麻豆原创 Canada Labs Montreal. 鈥淲e were thrilled with the response we received from our colleagues across the country and hope the spirit of the challenge continues to grow throughout the year with everyone embracing healthy, environmentally friendly commutes.鈥

Over the last few years, companies of all sizes have had to reconsider how parts, or the entirety, of their business operates. 麻豆原创鈥檚 program is dedicated to supporting systemically under-resourced businesses in our communities. In its inaugural year in Canada, the team focused on supporting Indigenous-owned businesses who were faced with transforming digitally and could use support in driving their growth journey.

The program focused on five companies that turned to 麻豆原创 to help them address various business challenges. Twenty 麻豆原创 employees worked over six weeks to address the identified critical business challenges these entrepreneurs were facing. Overall, the program was a huge success with all the companies feeling confident in their business鈥 future growth and we congratulate you all on your hard work and dedication.

Here are their stories:

Chims Guest House

In Port Alberni, British Columbia, the owners of are offering a unique experience through Indigenous-designed guest house accommodations. Naomi Nicholson came to 麻豆原创 with many challenges, such as building an online presence, improving the booking system, and IT Application Controls (ITAC) certifications. The 麻豆原创 team started with an analysis of the entire business to build a structured approach and worked to update the website by defining the target customer profile, connecting the website to the new Reservation Management Systems (RMS) booking engine, offered web search optimization and messaging for local self-promotion, and much more.

鈥淏uilding an online presence is understandably challenging and I could not have done it without the help of the 麻豆原创 PBEE team. I am filled with gratitude as I now feel I have a more equitable chance to compete in this market,鈥 said Naomi Nicholson, Co-Owner Chims Guest House.

Totem Design House

specializes in Native designed apparel, jewelry, home d茅cor and fine art, and works to give back to their community as a social enterprise. Totem was at a standstill in their growth strategy. With a retail and e-commerce business, their plan was to expand their B2B wholesale program and order management, production, and processing, and payment methods to reduce fees with high volume, but didn鈥檛 have backend operations established.

The 麻豆原创 team finalized a solution to digitize operations by implementing a small Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, for manufacturing, workflow, efficiencies, and cost purposes.

鈥淭he way I was doing work on the wholesale side of the business before this program was all manual and I did not have an efficient system in order to expand our wholesale operations. The 麻豆原创 PBEE team found a suitable solution that I can now implement to improve and streamline by business operations,鈥 said Erin Brillon, Owner Totem Design House.

Red Rebel Armour

Designing and making sustainable and authentic Indigenous streetwear, works hard to represent Indigenous culture in Canada. Their goal was to seek support on a 2023 growth plan and develop a transformation roadmap to focus on their social mission of amplifying cultural awareness and support the healing path of relatives returning from the criminal justice system.

After conversations with owner Sean Rayland-Boubar, the 麻豆原创 team needed to implement a market analysis for 2023, with a complete repositioning process that changes the way services are delivered within an institution.

鈥淎s a hands-on and very involved owner, I commend the 麻豆原创 team for being able to let me step back so they could immerse themselves into my business to support me. I now have a clearer vision for where I want my business to go, along with being equipped with the skills to make it happen,鈥 said Sean Rayland-Boubar, Owner Red Rebel Armour.

Aurora Heat

provides hand-crafted hand, foot, and body warmers made from sustainably sourced beaver fur. Expanding on the sensory properties of this material, they recently created a new product designed to cater to those experiencing depression, anxiety and stress. They sought 麻豆原创 expertise to break into this trillion-dollar market, while preserving brand values and identity.

The 麻豆原创 team planned to categorize the product under something more niche such as sensory mental health wellness, but by conducting extensive market research and helping the small business segment the market, they discovered a larger market could be addressed. This was an amazing opportunity for the 麻豆原创 team to strengthen collaboration and for Aurora Heat expand market research capacity.

Sean Myomi Hougan from Aurora Heat shared, 鈥淥ur growing social enterprise operates with a small and nimble team. We are grateful that we were able to benefit from the market research expertise of 麻豆原创 marketing consultants and look forward to further analyzing the ideas they brought forward for a successful market launch.鈥

Jelly Academy

The 麻豆原创 PBEE team conducted two projects for , a digital marketing company focused on supporting individuals reskill and upskill to land promotions and new jobs in digital marketing.

The first project helped Jelly Academy to create a regulatory Non-Profit Organization (NPO) body to ensure quality control of their digital marketing bootcamps. The 麻豆原创 team worked with the owners to brainstorm and design working files, conducted interviews to assess the grading system and drafted an NPO checklist.

The second project was focused on supporting Jelly Academy with tactics on what structures and systems they needed to navigate an anticipated growth trajectory, while increasing outreach in order to partner with organizations. This will enable Jelly Academy to remove the barriers of accessibility to Indigenous people and be able to integrate their trainings into university curriculums.

鈥淲orking with 麻豆原创 felt like a supercharger boost into our business. They came alongside us and brought the people power to take our business to the next level with a project that we were needing to bring to life. It was a huge gift and I’m so thankful for the team. I’m so excited for the months to come as we roll out this work and see the fruit of their labour,鈥 said Darian Kovacs, Jelly Academy.

Programs like PBEE strengthen ties with under-resourced communities by supporting entrepreneurs in building capacity for long-term economic opportunity through pro bono volunteering. At the end of the six-week program, participating business owners receive a toolkit to tackle their strategic challenges, knowledge share with participants about life as Indigenous entrepreneurs, and develop business skills that will carry them forward.

鈥淚鈥檓 blown away by the success of this program and am proud that this also allows 麻豆原创 Canada to continue its reconciliation journey by supporting Indigenous-owned businesses,鈥 said Brian Moore, Chief Operating Office, 麻豆原创 Canada.

]]>
In honour of National Indigenous History Month, 麻豆原创 Canada is taking the opportunity to reflect upon our history and the informed future we must carve out to be in better relations with Indigenous Peoples and communities in Canada.

When 麻豆原创 Canada began our journey, we wanted to ensure our strategy was comprehensive, culturally informed and effective. To achieve this, we engaged partners at the First Nations Technology Council (FNTC) to provide expertise and to ensure our process was guided by Indigenous perspectives. The First Nations Technology Council听worked with us to create an action plan focusing on learning enablement and systematic change to help 麻豆原创 Canada become more inclusive to Indigenous Peoples. Working with FNTC and its Moving Beyond Inclusion cohort, 麻豆原创 Canada has an opportunity to take action on TRCCTA#92 to create a corporate culture that embraces Indigenous worldviews, culture, and thought leadership.听

In 2021, we provided decolonization training, hosted an Indigenous Artist showcase, launched an employee network group, and sponsored learning opportunities, including a six-week training by an Indigenous-owned training consultant focused on Canadian History through the Lens of Indigenous Women as part of our efforts towards reconciliation. We also honoured our first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with a session on Canadian History and adopted a strong stance towards meaningful land acknowledgments. It was a year where non-Indigenous members of our company reflected personal and collective responsibility to decolonize our corporate systems in Canada.听

麻豆原创 Canada is proud of the learning and cultural growth we have already seen in the first year of our initiative. This is a journey of reconciliation that must continue to grow and evolve.听

With the leadership of our Indigenous Inclusion Steering Committee, we have laid the groundwork for 2022 and continue to move forward on our reconciliation journey. We have created a strategy that allows us to set attainable, impactful targets and engage our employees across Canada. In 2022 麻豆原创 Canada will continue to evolve through our designated workstreams. Our goals and priorities for 2022 include:

Corporate Social Responsibility

In 2022, 麻豆原创 Canada is working to increase employee engagement in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities focused on Indigenous initiatives and encouraging our employees to learn more about Indigenous cultures. Recently we announced that this year, our Pro Bono for Economic Equity program will focus on accelerating Indigenous-owned businesses in Canada. The program will allow 麻豆原创 employees to leverage their professional skills and expertise as pro bono volunteer consultants for businesses and social enterprises to help address systemic and business challenges.

Internally, we will begin a benchmarking exercise to review our existing CSR portfolio and provide an assessment on which organizations support Indigenous programs, and at which level. We will then amplify our volunteerism to increase 麻豆原创 Canada employee involvement in CSR activities that support Indigenous programs. Here, our goal is to build relationships and gain a stronger understanding of local Indigenous cultures and communities.

HR

To support an inclusive workplace our HR team is updating ethnicity options for employees in SuccessMap. With more inclusive selections, we hope more employees will choose to self-ID. Visibility into the demographics of employees ensures we are investing in programs and initiatives that align with our workforce. HR is also focused on continuing the great learning options provided in 2021 so employees can continue to grow their knowledge on such an important topic. For example, our HR D&I team has partnered with our employee network group to deliver a Territorial Acknowledgement workshop to 麻豆原创 Canada employees in June.

Our recruitment strategy is focused on re-imagining the recruitment processes. This means looking beyond our typical hiring pools to identify Indigenous talent and enabling an inclusive hiring process where every candidate has an equitable opportunity to showcase their skills. With this goal in mind, our campus engagement strategy for our early talent and intern groups has been working to build relationships with universities’ Indigenous Employer Advisor and Experiential Learning offices and increased focus and presence at the campuses.

Communication

This year, we are focusing on creating meaningful and consistent communications centered around Indigenous initiatives at 麻豆原创. This will help our employees to be aware of the resources we are offering and the actions we are taking at an organizational level, while also outlining pathways for personal engagement.

Indigenous Ally Network

Finally, to ensure that these initiatives are carried out in a meaningful way, 麻豆原创 Canada launched an Indigenous Ally Network in the first quarter of 2022. The Indigenous Ally Network brings employees together to learn about indigenous culture and history and to engage in supporting indigenous people and communities. The employee network group will help organize, compile resources and volunteer opportunities, and support the workstreams in executing their objectives to deliver meaningful actions both internally and externally. This network is a simple and powerful way to engage employees in reconciliation and inclusion company-wide.

2022 and Beyond

As we charter our course for 2022 and beyond, 麻豆原创 remains committed to the work of reconciliation and eager to continue to evolve our strategy, ensuring that our organization reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Through the first year or our work, we have found that a key factor in our progress so far has been the combination of taking a partnership-based approach working with Indigenous-led organizations, investment from key decision makers in our organization, as well as the engagement of employees company-wide all leaning in together to drive change at 麻豆原创.听
