Parte dessa mudan\u00e7a incluiu, por exemplo, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento pessoal. \u201cOs clientes pediram para serem atendidos por humanos e, para isso, mudamos nosso UX para mostrar o rosto do atendente e dar mais seguran\u00e7a ao cliente\u201d, explicou o CTO da CantuStore, Julierme Arrais, que ainda compartilhou que, com um ticket m\u00e9dio de R\uff04 6 mil, o cliente B2B quer ter o contato e o relacionamento com os atendentes.<\/p>\n<p>Com 1,3 mil funcion\u00e1rios atualmente, as \u00e1reas que mais crescem na empresa s\u00e3o, justamente, as de Vendas e de Atendimento. \u201cAs pessoas compram online, mas querem ter com quem esclarecer d\u00favidas e se informar sobre os produtos. Por isso sempre estamos buscando o atendimento humanizado. Estamos investindo em bots, mas para dar mais produtividade para o atendimento\u201d, revelou Cantu.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Essa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m contempla o atendimento local, principalmente para o B2B, feito sempre a partir de um dos 40 armaz\u00e9ns que a CantuStore tem em todo o pa\u00eds. \u201cEsses armaz\u00e9ns s\u00e3o polos comerciais locais pensados para deixar o cliente confort\u00e1vel\u201d, acrescentou o CEO.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<p>E as mudan\u00e7as t\u00eam trazido resultados para a companhia. Hoje, os clientes B2B da CantuStore t\u00eam m\u00e9dia de recompra de 45 dias, compram em m\u00e9dia tr\u00eas mil pneus mensalmente e visitam o site da companhia cerca de 15 mil vezes ao m\u00eas. \u201cNo ano passado crescemos cerca de 15% ao m\u00eas em nossa plataforma B2B, mas o portal ainda representa aproximadamente 2% de nossas vendas.
