Com inten\u00e7\u00e3o de ajudar o RH a gerenciar e liderar melhor, al\u00e9m de amparar os profissionais, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/articles\/what-will-hr-focus-on-in-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Gartner realizou uma pesquisa<\/u><\/a>\u00a0com mais de 800 l\u00edderes de RH e conseguiu identificar as 5 prioridades para o departamento.<\/p>\n<p>Com foco no gerenciamento de pessoas, o setor deve investir em uma abordagem que coloca o profissional no centro das a\u00e7\u00f5es, de forma que possam atrair e reter talentos. Os l\u00edderes de RH devem cultivar uma cultura positiva, investir em tecnologia, melhorar a experi\u00eancia dos funcion\u00e1rios no ambiente de trabalho e, no topo da lista, avaliar a efic\u00e1cia das formas de lideran\u00e7a e gerenciamento.
