Uma empresa de cursos online <a href=\"https:\/\/digitais.net.br\/2020\/09\/busca-por-cursos-online-aumenta-durante-a-pandemia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lan\u00e7ou um estudo<\/a> que mostra que o n\u00famero de matr\u00edculas cresceu 425% durante a pandemia, assim como a ades\u00e3o de empresas e governos \u00e0s plataformas EAD tamb\u00e9m cresceu em 80%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acessibilidade no topo da lista<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apesar de n\u00e3o existir regras universais sobre experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio, o crescimento no n\u00famero de pessoas utilizando servi\u00e7os digitais mostrou que designers devem estar atentos \u00e0s necessidades e prefer\u00eancias que mudam constantemente, visando criar solu\u00e7\u00f5es que ajudam a manter as pessoas dispostas a direcionar seus recursos para as empresas que oferecem sites e aplicativos mais amig\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>As caracter\u00edsticas de novos usu\u00e1rios que chegam de diferentes regi\u00f5es e com necessidades diversas elevam o grau de exig\u00eancia para o trabalho dos designers que precisam colocar a experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio no centro das estrat\u00e9gias para o desenvolvimento de produtos adapt\u00e1veis \u00e0s pessoas com defici\u00eancia visual, auditiva, usu\u00e1rios com dislexia e os idosos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aprimoramento de recursos para dispositivos m\u00f3veis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No segundo trimestre de 2020, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobiletime.com.br\/noticias\/09\/07\/2020\/app-annie-usuarios-ficam-40-mais-tempo-em-aplicativos-na-pandemia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tempo mensal em aplicativos m\u00f3veis cresceu<\/a> 40%, comparado ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior. Ao passar mais de 200 bilh\u00f5es de horas em seus smartphones, os usu\u00e1rios tamb\u00e9m elevaram os gastos com aplicativos de jogos e servi\u00e7os de assinatura; de acordo com os dados da App Annie, foram gastos no primeiro trimestre de 2020 U$17 bilh\u00f5es com iOS e U$ 10 bilh\u00f5es com apps para sistema Android.<\/p>\n<p>Com mais pessoas utilizando os recursos a partir dos celulares, o UX Writing passa a fazer parte da comunidade do design e contribui com um padr\u00e3o de escrita que ajudar\u00e1 a melhorar a experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio a partir da hierarquiza\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es e do uso de palavras-chaves.
