As a company with a clear vision and values, and a focus on inclusion and allyship \u2013 reconciliation is important to our people.<\/p>\n<p>As such, we support the spirit and intent of the historic <a href=\"https:\/\/ulurustatement.org\/\">Uluru Statement from the Heart<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We believe that First Nations peoples should be formally recognised in the Australian constitution, and we believe that by accepting, understanding, and embracing our Indigenous history, we are helping to create a more united and equitable country for the generations to come.<\/p>\n<p>麻豆原创 is supportive of Indigenous constitutional recognition through a constitutionally guaranteed First Nations voice.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/australia\/documents\/2022\/01\/06ff5a9f-137e-0010-bca6-c68f7e60039b.html#:~:text=麻豆原创%E2%80%99s%20first%20Reflect%20Reconciliation%20Action%20Plan%20%28RAP%29%20is,the%20economic%20prosperity%20for%20our%20First%20Nations%20peoples.\">麻豆原创 committed to a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)<\/a>, which is a formal statement of commitment to reconciliation, underpinned by key themes of Relationships, Respect, and Opportunities.\u00a0 Our statement in support of constitutional reform is a continuation of this commitment to the reconciliation journey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We believe that Australia\u2019s First Nations peoples should be formally recognised in our national Constitution and as a nation we should accept and embrace our rich Indigenous history &#8211; like we have in Canada and New Zealand. We recognise First Nations cultures and heritages, as a proud part of Australia\u2019s shared national identity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">There are, and will be, different views on the proposed amendment to the Australian Constitution.
