Officeworks is also focused on the wellbeing and empowerment of its team, with over 9,000 team members nationwide. This dedication led to the company recently embarking on a major digital transformation project to significantly improve the team member experience through 麻豆原创 SuccessFactors.<\/p>\n

Establishing an independent HR system<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to create an environment where their team members could thrive, Officeworks needed to replace their manual processes and legacy systems with an end-to-end modern HR solution.<\/p>\n

Previously, both the HR and payroll systems were externally managed and separate applications were used for recruitment, onboarding and learning management, resulting in major performance and compliance inefficiencies.<\/p>\n
