Up to two years parental leave that can be taken flexibly, special leave for stillbirths and miscarriages, and eight weeks transition back to fulltime work are key features of a new parental leave initiative announced by 麻豆原创. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the new policy,\u00a0which will be effective on 1 December 2021,\u00a0麻豆原创\u00a0has increased its\u00a0entitlement\u00a0to offer\u00a0employees\u00a022\u00a0weeks of\u00a0paid parental leave for primary carers and\u00a012\u00a0weeks paid parental leave for secondary carers.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
