Now it its secondyear, thecelebrate the achievements of the top companies and people in Australia and New Zealand that are using 鶹ԭ products to turn insight into action, drive innovation, and transform their businesses.

The Awards are open toanycustomersorpartnerswho are using鶹ԭ products or technology. Participants are encouraged toemphasisenew ways of thinking, disruptive uses cases and the deployment of technologies that setthe benchmark for their industry and makes the world run better.

The awards cover10 categories, including Experience Management, Industry Disruptor, CRM & Customer Experience, HR and People Management, and Network and Spend Management, amongst others..

Winners were announced in a virtual event hosted by Australian TV personality Rove McManus, and the President and Managing Director of鶹ԭ Australia and New Zealand, Damien Bueno.

Commenting on the awards, Damien Bueno, said:

This year’s awards are particularly special, celebrating and showcasing exceptional innovation during a challenging climate.

In the COVID-19 crisis,we’ve seen customersrapidly adapt, adopting technology at speed to automate operations and redesign business models. Technology has been implemented at an unprecedented pace and scale, redefining expectations around the possibilities and timelines for technology projects. But we’ve also seen some sectors heavily impacted by the pandemic – recovery is uneven and some companiesare still facingsignificantbusiness uncertainty.

Today, 鶹ԭ has announced the finalists for the 2020 In total, there are 32 entries in the running for the 10 categories.

The Best Run Awards is Australia and New Zealand’s peak recognition event for the 鶹ԭ community.Now in its second year, the awards program provides a unique opportunity to celebrate the top-performing businesses leveraging 鶹ԭ technology.

From companies implementing the most intelligent ERP, to those leading in customer experience, procurement, HR and more, the Best Run Awards program showcases and champions the work of 鶹ԭ customers and partners, and their creative and innovative approaches to improving business operations with technology.

Thefull list of finalistscovers organisations in almost every sector, including retail, the public sector, utilities, mining, and finance among others, with all submissions publicly available to view. This year, there has been a particularly strong turnout for the Intelligent ERP and CX categories, with four finalists for each.

Commenting on the awards, Pete Andrew, COO, 鶹ԭ ANZ, said:

“We’ve seen a tremendous increase in the number of entries for each category this year, and it’s inspiring to see that the competition is so fierce. It doesn’t matter what sector, or the size of the company, we’ve had some incredible submissions sharing innovative projects that have grown revenue, reduced costs, and transformed their business models. Now, more than ever, innovation and creative use of technology will be essential in getting Australia and New Zealand back to their best.”
