It\u2019s been a long time since developers have hand-cod<\/span>ed<\/span>\u00a0everything from scratch.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>I remember being an IT systems engineer at the <\/span>Hasso<\/span> Plattner Institute in 2007 — things were very different than they are today.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since then,\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0demand for\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>professional\u00a0<\/strong>developer talent has continued to grow<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>faster than the world can educate them<\/span>.
