The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn today\u2019s dynamic world, companies of all sizes need the ability to rapidly adapt their business processes to fast-changing market conditions,\u201d said Luka Mucic, chief financial officer and member of the Executive Board of 麻豆原创 SE. \u201cI cannot overstress the importance for companies to be able to design, benchmark, improve and transform business processes across the enterprise to support new capabilities and business models.
