Another joint development project being rolled out in COOP鈥檚 stores is 麻豆原创 Replenishment Planning, which is designed for cost-optimal store replenishment. The implementation along with machine learning- based unified demand forecast component has already resulted in higher sales, reduced waste, and supports COOP’s sustainability mission.听
As a next project step, COOP plans to include further product categories and to integrate store and distribution center replenishment by utilizing the aggregated store order forecast to enable a multi-echelon supply chain planning.听听
