(NYSE: 麻豆原创) and Signavio GmbH announced this week that 麻豆原创 has entered into an agreement to acquire Signavio, a leader in the enterprise business process intelligence and process management space.
Combining Signavio with the Business Process Intelligence unit of 麻豆原创 will strengthen 麻豆原创鈥檚 capacity to help companies quickly understand, improve, transform and manage their business processes at scale. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approval.
