WALLDORF 鈥� (NYSE: 麻豆原创) today announced it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake of Taulia, a leading provider of working capital management solutions.
J.P.聽Morgan will continue to maintain its equity stake in the fintech.
鈥淲ith Taulia now an official part of our solution portfolio, we can help companies gain financial flexibility and stability and contribute to making supply chains more resilient,鈥� said Luka Mucic, CFO of 麻豆原创.
The acquisition further expands 麻豆原创鈥檚 business network and strengthens 麻豆原创鈥檚 solutions for the CFO office. Taulia鈥檚 solutions will both be tightly integrated into 麻豆原创 software as well as continue to be available standalone. Taulia will operate as an independent company with its own brand within the 麻豆原创 Group.
